MARSHALL: Stay tuned for UWA Fury-You can't afford to miss out AGAIN!!!
VTR OPENING:
As the music plays we see the following:
Billy Jack Haynes holding a championship belt above his head!
Haynes overhead press slamming an opponent!
Rock and Roll Express hitting a double dropkick!
The Super Samoans and Ron Wright entering the Arena!
Tom Prichard holding the TV Title belt above his head!
Ron Fuller leading Master of Pain to the ring!

Nord the Berzerker coming to the ring, waving his sword above his head!
Cactus Jack dropping an elbow off the ring apron onto Johnny Ace!
MARSHALL: Welcome to UWA FURY! Tonight, Tom Prichard defends his UWA TV Championship against Jos LeDuc!
STASIAK: Tommy ran Adrian Street and Miss Linda out of the UWA, but tonight, he's got to wrestle one of the strongest men in our great sport!
MARSHALL: “Midnight Soldier”Brian Adams will take on Dangerous Dan Spivey!
STASIAK: In my career, I was a big brawler and these are two men who fit that description. I'm looking forward to this match!
MARSHALL: UWA World Champion Billy Jack Haynes, coming off a huge title defense, will team with young Johnny Ace against House of Dundee members Cactus Jack & Nord the Berzerker in our Main Event!
STASIAK: Johnny Ace and Cactus Jack really hate each other! Espcially after Cactus injured Johnny! If it weren't for Cactus jack, I really believe Johnny Ace would hold that American Title right now! Throw the Undsputed World Champion and Nord into the mix and you've got a wild one!
MARSHALL: Stan, our first match is in the ring and it features a big, tough hombre!
“Outlaw” Ron Bass vs. SD “Special Delivery” Jones: SD looks good early, using head butts and arm drags to gain an early advantage. Bass is s a rugged Texan who soon comes back and takes over the match. The Outlaw hits a running powerslam to score the convincing win. Marshall and Stasiak agree that Bass could give Billy Jack a tough time in a championship match!

“Mad Dog” Buzz Sawyer (“Tennessee Stud” Ron Fuller) vs. Denny Brown: Sawyer, the new American Champ proceeds to take the capable Brown apart tonight. Sawyer gets the duke after a powerslam off the middle turnbuckle. Mark Lowrance enters the ring to speak with Sawyer and Fuller.
LOWRANCE: You certainly were impressive winning the tournament at Winter Warfare, but Austin Idol made a challenge before you really had a chance to celebrate!
SAWYER: Idol, you got a big mouth and I'm gonna shut it for you! There's no way that you take this title belt! Billy Jack Haynes, you been ducking me since you won that belt! (holds up title belt) This says I deserve a title match! 1988 will be the Year of the Mad Dog!!!
FULLER: Yessir! Yessir! Austin Idol, I know you want payback for what happened in Pensacola! But to get to me, you'll not only have to get by my cousin, Jimmy Golden, the Master of Pain, and my American Champion-the Mad Dog! Idol, you can beat anybody in a bragging contest, but the Stud Stable is gonna leave you for dead, by! Just like Pensacola!
LOWRANCE: Let's go to a very important video...
VTR:
Bill Dundee is riding in the back of a limo. Dundee is dressed in a tux and holds a championship belt on his lap.
DUNDEE: Superstar Bill Dundee here with some big news! I just got back from a trip to my homeland of Australia! Over there, they treat me like a hero! They're not like you Yanks! While I was over there, I beat a bloke from England named Chris Adams for the World Junior Heavyweight Title! This belt means I'm the best wrestler under 230 pounds in the entire world. Of course, you people already knew that! The House of Dundee is on a roll, daddy! Later tonight, Jos LeDuc is gonna beat Tom Prichard to win the TV Title! It won't be long before the Nasty Boys take the tag team titles! Then Cactus and Nord can decide which one of'em wants the American belt and which one wins the World belt! I tell ya what, I can't wait to look in the mirror, 'cause I get better lookin each day and the future's so bright (puts on sunglasses) I gotta wear shades!

Stan & Steve, the Fabulous Ones enter the arena, dressed in top hats, bow ties, and tails. The fans seem really glad to see'em!
The Fabulous Ones vs. Iron Mike Sharpe & Frankie “the Thumper” Lancaster: Sharpe and Lancaster are no slouches, but the Fabs are really on their game this week. Lane pins Lancaster after a series of martial arts kicks.

Eric Spracchia & Fantasma are standing in the ring. We hear an ominous sound...
Kokina leads the way, followed by Afa pushing Ron Wright in his wheelchair. The UWA World Taqg Team Champions have arrived!
The Super Samoans (w/Ron Wright) vs. Eric Spracchia & Fantasma: With Wright shouting instructions from the wheelchair, the new champs deliver a dominant performance. After Afa Samoan drops Spracchia, Kokina drops a leg on him to set up the pin. Mark Lowrance speaks with the heels after the bout.
LOWRANCE: It's a complete farce to see you in a wheelchair!
WRIGHT: Hold on there, son! There's something they call a defamation of character lawsuit! My attorney down in Knoxville told me all about it-I could sue you and the UWA! I could end up bein your boss! How'd ya like that, boy?
Let's watch the closing moments of your team's match with the Rock and Roll Express...
As the tape rolls, Lowrance and Wright continue their dialogue....
WRIGHT: The referee was knocked out of the ring. Morton and Gibson did that on purpose!
LOWRANCE: Ridiculous!
WRIGHT: Watch'em tie my man Kokina up in the ropes like he's a common criminal or something! They are no good, I tell you! No good!
LOWRANCE: Now, here you come!
WRIGHT: No! That is an officer of the law! He came down there to serve justice and make sure my Samoans weren't robbed, I tell you! Thank goodness, my boys were able to fight back and get the win!
LOWRANCE: That so called “officer of the law” hit the Rock and Roll Express with a nightstick! When his cap fell off, he looked an awful lot like you, Mr. Wright!
WRIGHT: It ain't his fault that he was a handsome man! Why can't you just admit that the Super Samoans are the best tag team in the world today? Fabulous Ones! Rock and Roll Express! Nasty Boys! Bring 'em all on! We are #1! These belts prove it!
LOWRANCE: We have a TV Title match when we return...

UWA TV TITLE MATCH: Tom Prichard vs. Jos LeDuc (w/Superstar Bill Dundee): Prichard uses his speed advantage while LeDuc relies on his power game. The challenger works the area of the body that id affected by the bearhug and when LeDuc tosses prichard through the ropes, Dundee stomps his midsection and nails him with a chair to that area as well. LeDuc exacerbates the situation by driving Prichard's lower back into the ring post and dropping him stomach first across the ring barricade! Back in the ring, LeDuc locks in the bearhug and Prichard has no choice but to submit and JOS LEDUC WINS THE UWA TV TITLE!!!
COMMERCIAL
“Universal Heartthrob” Austin Idol vs. Doug Vines: Idol makes his UWA debut and looks like a superstar. Buzz Sawyer and Ron Fuller observe from the Crow's Nest and see Idol score a dominant victory via submission to the Las Vegas leglock.
COMMERCIAL
Dangerous Dan Spivey stands stoically in the ring. Then, we hear....
It seems like most of the fans are wearing MIDNIGHT ARMY T shirts(yep, we gave freebies to the first 500 people through the door) and Brian Adams gets a hero's welcome!
“Midnight Soldier” Brian Adams vs. “Dangerous” Dan Spivey: Nothing but a hossfight here! The ring can't contain this one and they end up brawling all over the building and referee David Manning counts both gladiators out! Marshall and Stasiak want a rematch of this one!
COMMERCIAL
MARSHALL: Ladies and gentlemen, this is HUGE news! The UWA has just signed a major international superstar. Every other organization in the world was attempting to add this man to their roster, but the UWA has got him! This is BIG VAN VADER!!!
VTR:
As the music plays, a single spotlight follows a huge man walking down the aisle in an empty arena...
The big man enters the ring, removes his helmet, places it in the center of the ring. As the Vader pumps his fist, smoke shoots out of the helmet. A graphic that says BIG VAN VADER IS COMING!!! appears on the screen.
We cut back to our announce team.
MARSHALL: I thought I was bringing good news to our fans, but Stan Stasiak is not happy!
STASIAK: I wasn't a saint back when I wrestled and I'm honest enough to admit that, Lee. I put a bunch of guys in the hospital. It was always incidental. What I mean is that I never went into a ring to deliberately hurt an opponent. Anything I did, including the heart punch, was strictly to win a match! This Vader's goal is to injure opponents! Everywhere he goes-Japan, Canada, Europe, Australia, or the Caribbean-Vader has hurt people and he's hurt'em really bad! Somebody like that has no place in the United Wrestling Alliance. This week, I'm going to schedule an appointment with new UWA President Frank Dusek and make the argument not to bring Van Vader to the UWA!
MARSHALL: Strong words from Stan the Man! The Main Event is next!
COMMERCIAL
World Junior Heavyweight Champ Superstar Bill Dundee leads two of the most dangerous men in the UWA into the Arena! Cactus is firing his imaginary pistols while Nord waves his sword in the air! They enter the ring and the tunr changes...
Billy Jack Haynes and Johnny Ace get a hero's welcome!
Billy Jack Haynes & Johnny Ace vs. Nord the Berzerker & Cactus Jack (w/Superstar Bill Dundee): Ace's ribs are taped, but it doesn't seem to hinder him much. This is an all out brawl. Referee Carl Fergie finally gives up on any semblance of order and calls for a no contest!Dundee and Jos LeDuc jump in to help the heels! Brian Adams and Don Muraco intervene on behalf of the faces! The wild brawl rages as Lee Marshall says next week's Main Event will featue Billy Jack Haynes & Austin Idol vs. Jimmy Golden & the Master of Pain! And they are still fighting as credits roll!
