The entrance stage is set up to look like a battlefield with big guns, jeeps, foxholes, barbed wire fencing, and even a tank. There is a ramp leading from the stage to the ring. Marshall and Stasiak are set up at ringside.
MARSHALL: Welcome to Denver and Winter Warfare! Tonight, we have the three man Iron Man match for the Undisputed World Title! The tournament to crown a new American Champion!
STASIAK: We also have the match for the held up World Tag Team Title! Then, the match for the UWA TV Title where the loser must leave the UWA! Right now, our colleague Mark Lowrance is standing by with your Undisputed World Champion!
Lowrance is standing in front of the UWA logo along with Billy Jack Haynes. Haynes holds his title belt and is wearing his trademark hat and a fur coat.
LOWRANCE: Our Undisputed World Champion is with me. Billy jack, never let it be said that you aren't a fighting champion! Tonight, you take on two of your top contenders in one match!
BILLY JACK: They say it's an impossible task! I'll admit it won't be easy, but nothing worth doing is ever easy! Spivey is a bad hombre, but I beat him for this belt! The Master of Pain is one of the toughest guys to come down the pike in a long time! I've been working out like a maniac and I'm ready for anything you two can dish out! Bring it on, boys! I'm ready for ya!
American Title Tournament
All matches are 1 fall, 10 minute time limit
1.Nord the Berzerker (w/ Superstar Bill Dundee) pinned SD Jones in 6:11 after hitting Jones with three kicks to the face while SD was tied in the ropes.
2.“Midnight Soldier” Brian Adams pinned Steve DiSalvo in 5:55 after nailing him with a clothesline off the middle turnbuckle.
3.“Mad Dog” Buzz Sawyer pins Cowboy Scott Casey in 9:09 after a powerslam. This is an excellent bout and the popular Texan gives Buzz a solid bout before being eliminated from the tourney.
4.Iceman King Parsons pins Gentleman Jimmy Golden after a butt bump in 8:57 in another highly competitive bout. The announce team is shocked that Golden's cousin Ron Fuller isn't seconding him in the bout.
5.Jos LeDuc (w/ Superstar Bill Dundee) defeats Sam Houston in 8:47 when referee Sandy Barr stops the match when Houston is trapped in LeDuc's legendary bearhug.
6.Johnny Ace pins Catus Jack(w/Bill Dundee) in 9:45 with an inside cradle. Ace wears a rib brace and that's like a bullseye for Jack. Cactus works really hard to re-injure Ace's ribs and Ace takes a ton of punishment before gutting out a win and advancing. After the bout, Dundee and Jack put the boots to Ace. The announcers seem worried about his second round match with LeDuc.
We return to the backstage area. Mark Lowrance is standing by as Ron Fuller enters the arena, pushing Ron Wright in his wheelchair and the Master of Pain following closely.
LOWRANCE: The Tennessee Stud, Ron Fuller, the Master of Pain, and RON Wright have arrived in Denver. Mr. Fuller, the fans here were a bit surprised to see that you didn't arrive in time to second your cousin in his tournament match. He was defeated by Iceman Parsons and eliminated from the tournament!
FULLER: I'm sorry to hear that my dear cousin is no longer in the tournament, but that is only a temporary setback, I promise you! The Stud Stable always has a Plan B! I do mean always! I also want to tell you that my Master of Pain is ready for both Billy Jack Haynes and Dan Spivey! I promise you that both the Undisputed World Title and the American Title will belong to the Stud Stable! As for the tag team titles, let my dear friend, Ron Wright speak to that!
WRIGHT: I want to thank my dear friend Ronald for flying me out here to see my beloved Super Samoans defeat the Rock and Roll Express for our World Title belts! Sadly, I really don't feel very well this evening. I will be sitting in my heated dressing room watching Kokina and Afa win the belts!
MASTER OF PAIN: Tonight, I will be the Undisputed World Heavyweight Champion! Deal with it!
American Title Tournament, second round
All matches are 1 fall, 15 minute time limit
1.Nord the Berzerker(w/Superstar Bill Dundee) vs. “Midnight Soldier” Brian Adams: These two have been feuding for over a month. The hatred is obvious as they start slugging it out at the bell! They end up brawling all over the building and referee Scott LeDoux has no choice but to count both men out in just under ten minutes. This elimiantes both wrestlers from the tournament!
2.Iceman King Parsons vs. “Mad Dog” Buzz Sawyer: After Iceman boogies to the ring, Sawyer comes out and he's accompanied by “Tennessee Stud” Ron Fuller! Fuller announces that Sawyer has joined the Stud Stable! Parsons gives the Mad Dog the fight of his life here, but Sawyer hits his patented powerslam and advances into the next round! Since the bracket with Nord and Adams is eliminated, Sawyer will wrestle the winner of our next bout for the American Title!
3.Jos LeDuc (w/Superstar Bill Dundee) vs. Johnny Ace: Ace still seems to be suffering the after effects from his previous tournament bout with Catus Jack. Ace battles bravely, but the Canadian Freight Train beats the youngster from pillar to post! Cactus Jack slinks down to ringside, but amazingly, he doesn't interfere at first. LeDuc throws Ace throuh the ropes and Johnny lands hard on the floor! LeDuc attempts to distract referee Sandy Barr as Cactus does the elbow drop off the apron onto Johnny! The referee saw it! Barr DQ's LeDuc for Cactus Jack's interference! Uh oh! LeDuc looks irate, like he's about to go after Cactus for costing him the match! Dundee is talking to LeDuc and whatever he says seems to calm the big lumberjack down. Brian Adams comes out and helps his pal Johnny Ace to his feet. Stan Stasiak says it's good that there's some time for Ace to recover before the tournament final!
As the music blares, Exotic Adrian Street prances to the ring! Miss Linda follows, spraying perfume. They enter the ring and the music changes...
UWA TV Champion Tom Prichard looks as fired up as we've ever seen him as he almost runs to the ring!
UWA TV TITLE MATCH-LOSER LEAVES THE UWA!!!: Tom Prichard © vs. Exotic Adrian Street (w/Miss Linda): This feud has raged for several months, but it all ends at WINTER WARFARE! Early on Street uses Linda's distraction and a foreign object to gain control. Prichard doesn't let that stop him and fights back. After 12:28 of action, Prichard hits an enzuguri and gets the pin! The music cranks up and as Street struggles to his feet, Prichard rolls to the floor and gives Miss Linda a soulful goodbye kiss! So long, Exotic One, we hardly knew ye!
Back in the dressing room, Mark Lowrance is standing by...
LOWRANCE: Ladies and gentlemen, it seems odd to say this, but we currently don't have World Tag Team Champions! The belts were held up after a controversial match between Ron Wright's Super Samoans abd these men, the Rock and Roll Express! Ricky, Robert, tonight, we will have champions! You have to be concerned with the size advantage that these Samoans have...almost 350 pounds!
MORTON: Mark, you can tell by looking at us that we ain't never been the biggest and strongest! It's like my daddy told me a long time ago: “It ain't the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog!” Samoans, you've seen bigger bodies, but I guarantee that you'll never see two bigger hearts!
GIBSON: Yeah, the Samoans are the biggest tag team in the UWA, but they don't have our quickness or our teamwork. They also don't have thousands of fans chanting “Rock and Roll”! I also hear that they don't have a weasel manager cheating for them tonight! We don't wish bad health on anybody, but we've never needed somebody taking 20% of our paycheck and interfering in our matches!
MORTON: The belts are coming home where they belong! WHOO!
The Super Samoans walk into the arena. Ron Fuller wheels Ron Wright onto the stage in his wheelchair.Wright gives his team some last minute advice before Fuller wheels him away. Then the huge Polynseian team stalks to the ring. In the ring, they warm up by trading forearms across the chest and headbutting each other...
Ricky and Robert come out to a terrific pop!They look fired up and confident tonight!
FOR THE HELD UP UWA WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP: The Rock & Roll Express vs. The Super Samoans: In the early going, Afa & Kokina use their power and size advantage to batter Ricky and Robert all over the ring, Around the five minute mark, the Rock and Roll get their high flying, fast breaking offense going and take control! Ricky and Robert hit a double dropkick on Kokina and the massive grappler falls backward into the rope, tying himself up! The Rock and Roll double dropkick Afa and the veteran goes sprawling out of the ring! Unfortunately, Afa stumbles into referee David Manning and David goes flying from the ring, too! Ricky and Robert have it going their way and they double dropkick Kokina as he is tied up on the ropes! Hold on...what in the world is this? A cop hits the ring! The cop hits Ricky with his nightstick! Morton goes down! The cop nails Robert with the nightstick and Gibson goes flying out of the ring! The cop's cap comes off! That's no policeman...THAT's RON WRIGHT!!! There's nothing wrong with him!!! Wright releases Kokina from the ropes! Kokina drops a leg on the fallen Morton! Wright leaves the ring and, with Afa's help, rolls a groggy David Manning into the ring! Manning sees Kokina covering Ricky! He manages to crawl over and count 1...2...3!!!! THE SUPER SAMOANS ARE YOUR NEW WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!!!!
It's time to crown a new American Champion!!!
Ron Fuller leads his newest Stud Stable member, Buzz Sawyer to the ring! Buzz looks a bit unhinged! Sawyer hits the ring in a frenzy, bouncing off the ropes and howling!
The music changes and popular young Johnny Ace enters the ring! Johnny wears a brace on his ribs and his ribs are also taped. He is obviously hurting, but he's not letting this opportunity pass him by!
AMERICAN TITLE TOURNAMENT FINAL: Johnny Ace vs. “Mad Dog” Buzz Sawyer(w/ “Tennessee Stud” Ron Fuller): Sawyer attacks at the bell and goes right after Ace's ribs! Ace fights back and the two finalists brawl in the ring and on the floor! After several near falls by both men, Sawyer finally hits his patented powerslam and pins Ace! One...two...three! Ace got a shoulder up, was it in time? NO! Referee Carl Fergie is saying that Sawyer got the pin! The injured Johnny Ace fought like a warrior poet, but “MAD DOG” BUZZ SAWYER IS THE NEW AMERICAN CHAMPION!!! Ron Fuller applauds the Mad Dog as Sawyer holds the title belt above his head and lets out a howl!
Hold on just a second! Somebody has appeared on the entrance stage! When Fuller sees him, the Stud attempts to hide behind Sawyer!
IDOL: Well, well, well! Fuller, I told you that I was coming to the UWA! I promised you payback and now, I see a new way of getting my revenge! I know how much money that a blood sucking leech like you can make off of one of your men holding a title like that! Buzz, you'd better watch out because I'm coming after that title, jackson! Not only am I oming after the belt, I'm coming after your worthless hide, Fuller! The Stud Stable and everybody else in the UWA will find out why they call Austin Idol the ladies' pet, but, oh, the men's regret!
With the new American Champion crowned, it's Main Event Time!
Ron Fuller has already added a champion to the Stud Stable this evening! Now, he has the opportunity to manage the World Champion! He leads a belligerent looking Master of pain to the ring!
Dangerous Dan Spivey storms to the ring. He looks determined and glares at Fuller and the Master!
The Undisputed World Champion enters the arena, high fiving fans as he jogs to the ring.
MAIN EVENT: IRON MAN MATCH FOR THE UNDISPUTED WORLD TITLE: Billy Jack Haynes © vs. Dangerous Dan Spivey vs. Master of Pain(w/”Tennessee Stud” Ron Fuller):
As champion, Haynes has the right to choose who he starts the match with. Haynes chooses Spivey. Haynes and Spivey slug it out, nothing pretty here. Just an all out hossfight! Haynes gets the advantage and it looks like he'll get the better of the former champion. However, Spivey kicks Haynes in the face and pins him after the big boot! With 11:45 gone, it's Spivey 1, Haynes and Master 0.
After a one minute rest break, Haynes goes at it with Master of Pain as Spivey watches from ringside. At first, it seems like Haynes is still suffering the effects of his battle with Spivey, but soon he fights back. Fuller acts like he's going to interfere and Spivey cuts him off! This is a real hossfight here. In a stunning turn of events, the Master of Pain hits Haynes with the heart punch! Billy goes down in a heap and the Master scores a pin! After 18:08 of action, it's Spivey 1, Master 1, Haynes 0! The title is is serious jeopardy!
Haynes barely makes it up after the rest break and Spivey is waiting! The champ is behind the 8 ball here. The Denver crowd rallies behind Billy as Dangerous Dan beats him from pillar to post! Finally, Haynes hulks up and makes a remarkable comeback! Spivey rolls out of the ring and Billy Jack chases after him! Spivey grabs the Wolrd Title belt and swings it at Haynes! Billy ducks and Spivey inadvertently nails the master of Pain! Haynes rolls back into the ring, just beating referee Scott LeDoux's count! Now, all three wrestlers are tied at one fall apiece! We are at the 27:59 mark, almost halfway finished.
Spivey will take on the Master of Pain next and the two heels are chomping at the bit, ready to get it on! Haynes sits in a chair at ringside, getting a much needed rest.
The two challengers slug it out! They brawl in the ring and on the floor! At the 33:22 mark, Fuller hands the master a knuckle duster that he uses to KO Spivey and score the pin! Master 2, Spivey 1, Haynes 1!
Haynes stands in the corner and gives Spivey all the time he needs to get his bearings. That turns out to be a mistake as Spivey goes on the offensive and really takes it to the champ! Spivey beats Billy from pillar to post and when the action spills to the floor, Spivey drives Billy headfirst into ring post and batters him with a chair! Back in the ring, Spivey goes for the big boot again, but Haynes ducks under the boot, goes behind Spivey, and applies the full nelson! Spivey can't escape and Haynes gets the submission at the 46:28 mark. That makes it Master 2, Haynes 2, Spivey 1
That last fall just seems to have made Spivey mad! He goes after the Master and the brawl is on! After beating the Master all around the ring, Spivey clotheslines him to the floor! As they brawl on the floor, Fuller attempts to nail Spivey from behind with a chair. Spivey gets out of the way and inadvertantly blaswts his own man with the chair! Spivey gets back in and beats the referee's count at the 54:00 mark! The Master is not so lucky and it's Spivey 2, Master 2, Haynes 2!
During the break, Ron Fuller talks to the Master of Pain in a very animated way. Fuller is telling his guy that it was Haynes who hit him with the chair and from the way the master is glaring at Billy Jack, he believes his manager! Basically, whoever wins this fall will be World Champion!
Master starts out by going on the attack! He beats Haynes aqround the ring for a few minutes before going for the heart punch....HAYNES BLOCKED IT! Haynes fights back with chops and and a dropkick that sends the Master reeling out of the ring! Fuller gives Master something that he puts into the tape that he has on his right hand! Whatever it was, it makes the Master's right hand very effective as he knocks Haynes down several times and has him in serious trouble! The Master goes for the heart punch once again, but Billy jack manuvers behind his opponent and locks in the full nelson! The Master kicks out his long legs and pushes backward off the turnbuckles! Master and Billy go crashing to the canvas...Haynes keeps the hold, but it looks like his shoulders are down! The ref goes to the mat! One...two....thr....NO! Haynes got a shoulder up! The ref is calling for the bell! THE MASTER OF PAIN SUBMITTED!!!! BILLY JACK HAYNES IS THE IRON MAN AND HE IS STILLL YOUR UWA UNDISPUTED WORLD CHAMPION!!! What a win for Billy Jack! What a Champion!

Ron Fuller leads his newest Stud Stable member, Buzz Sawyer to the ring! Buzz looks a bit unhinged! Sawyer hits the ring in a frenzy, bouncing off the ropes and howling!
The music changes and popular young Johnny Ace enters the ring! Johnny wears a brace on his ribs and his ribs are also taped. He is obviously hurting, but he's not letting this opportunity pass him by!
AMERICAN TITLE TOURNAMENT FINAL: Johnny Ace vs. “Mad Dog” Buzz Sawyer(w/ “Tennessee Stud” Ron Fuller): Sawyer attacks at the bell and goes right after Ace's ribs! Ace fights back and the two finalists brawl in the ring and on the floor! After several near falls by both men, Sawyer finally hits his patented powerslam and pins Ace! One...two...three! Ace got a shoulder up, was it in time? NO! Referee Carl Fergie is saying that Sawyer got the pin! The injured Johnny Ace fought like a warrior poet, but “MAD DOG” BUZZ SAWYER IS THE NEW AMERICAN CHAMPION!!! Ron Fuller applauds the Mad Dog as Sawyer holds the title belt above his head and lets out a howl!
Hold on just a second! Somebody has appeared on the entrance stage! When Fuller sees him, the Stud attempts to hide behind Sawyer!
IDOL: Well, well, well! Fuller, I told you that I was coming to the UWA! I promised you payback and now, I see a new way of getting my revenge! I know how much money that a blood sucking leech like you can make off of one of your men holding a title like that! Buzz, you'd better watch out because I'm coming after that title, jackson! Not only am I oming after the belt, I'm coming after your worthless hide, Fuller! The Stud Stable and everybody else in the UWA will find out why they call Austin Idol the ladies' pet, but, oh, the men's regret!
With the new American Champion crowned, it's Main Event Time!
Ron Fuller has already added a champion to the Stud Stable this evening! Now, he has the opportunity to manage the World Champion! He leads a belligerent looking Master of pain to the ring!
Dangerous Dan Spivey storms to the ring. He looks determined and glares at Fuller and the Master!
The Undisputed World Champion enters the arena, high fiving fans as he jogs to the ring.
MAIN EVENT: IRON MAN MATCH FOR THE UNDISPUTED WORLD TITLE: Billy Jack Haynes © vs. Dangerous Dan Spivey vs. Master of Pain(w/”Tennessee Stud” Ron Fuller):
As champion, Haynes has the right to choose who he starts the match with. Haynes chooses Spivey. Haynes and Spivey slug it out, nothing pretty here. Just an all out hossfight! Haynes gets the advantage and it looks like he'll get the better of the former champion. However, Spivey kicks Haynes in the face and pins him after the big boot! With 11:45 gone, it's Spivey 1, Haynes and Master 0.
After a one minute rest break, Haynes goes at it with Master of Pain as Spivey watches from ringside. At first, it seems like Haynes is still suffering the effects of his battle with Spivey, but soon he fights back. Fuller acts like he's going to interfere and Spivey cuts him off! This is a real hossfight here. In a stunning turn of events, the Master of Pain hits Haynes with the heart punch! Billy goes down in a heap and the Master scores a pin! After 18:08 of action, it's Spivey 1, Master 1, Haynes 0! The title is is serious jeopardy!
Haynes barely makes it up after the rest break and Spivey is waiting! The champ is behind the 8 ball here. The Denver crowd rallies behind Billy as Dangerous Dan beats him from pillar to post! Finally, Haynes hulks up and makes a remarkable comeback! Spivey rolls out of the ring and Billy Jack chases after him! Spivey grabs the Wolrd Title belt and swings it at Haynes! Billy ducks and Spivey inadvertently nails the master of Pain! Haynes rolls back into the ring, just beating referee Scott LeDoux's count! Now, all three wrestlers are tied at one fall apiece! We are at the 27:59 mark, almost halfway finished.
Spivey will take on the Master of Pain next and the two heels are chomping at the bit, ready to get it on! Haynes sits in a chair at ringside, getting a much needed rest.
The two challengers slug it out! They brawl in the ring and on the floor! At the 33:22 mark, Fuller hands the master a knuckle duster that he uses to KO Spivey and score the pin! Master 2, Spivey 1, Haynes 1!
Haynes stands in the corner and gives Spivey all the time he needs to get his bearings. That turns out to be a mistake as Spivey goes on the offensive and really takes it to the champ! Spivey beats Billy from pillar to post and when the action spills to the floor, Spivey drives Billy headfirst into ring post and batters him with a chair! Back in the ring, Spivey goes for the big boot again, but Haynes ducks under the boot, goes behind Spivey, and applies the full nelson! Spivey can't escape and Haynes gets the submission at the 46:28 mark. That makes it Master 2, Haynes 2, Spivey 1
That last fall just seems to have made Spivey mad! He goes after the Master and the brawl is on! After beating the Master all around the ring, Spivey clotheslines him to the floor! As they brawl on the floor, Fuller attempts to nail Spivey from behind with a chair. Spivey gets out of the way and inadvertantly blaswts his own man with the chair! Spivey gets back in and beats the referee's count at the 54:00 mark! The Master is not so lucky and it's Spivey 2, Master 2, Haynes 2!
During the break, Ron Fuller talks to the Master of Pain in a very animated way. Fuller is telling his guy that it was Haynes who hit him with the chair and from the way the master is glaring at Billy Jack, he believes his manager! Basically, whoever wins this fall will be World Champion!
Master starts out by going on the attack! He beats Haynes aqround the ring for a few minutes before going for the heart punch....HAYNES BLOCKED IT! Haynes fights back with chops and and a dropkick that sends the Master reeling out of the ring! Fuller gives Master something that he puts into the tape that he has on his right hand! Whatever it was, it makes the Master's right hand very effective as he knocks Haynes down several times and has him in serious trouble! The Master goes for the heart punch once again, but Billy jack manuvers behind his opponent and locks in the full nelson! The Master kicks out his long legs and pushes backward off the turnbuckles! Master and Billy go crashing to the canvas...Haynes keeps the hold, but it looks like his shoulders are down! The ref goes to the mat! One...two....thr....NO! Haynes got a shoulder up! The ref is calling for the bell! THE MASTER OF PAIN SUBMITTED!!!! BILLY JACK HAYNES IS THE IRON MAN AND HE IS STILLL YOUR UWA UNDISPUTED WORLD CHAMPION!!! What a win for Billy Jack! What a Champion!
