Bill McCaullah and Milt Avruskin welcomes the fans to another edition of ECWA Championship Wrestling.
They mention that the Maritime Heavyweight Champion “Rotten” Ron Starr will be in action this week, plus big news for wrestling fans, as the Rougeau Brothers, Raymond and Armand will be making their long expected return to Quebec and Canada. Plus a Big 6 man Tag Team TV Main Event Leo Burke, Cuban Assassin and Stephen Petitpas will battle Super Destroyer, Frenchy Martin & Kendo Nagasaki.
Plus more entries in the ECWA World Title Tournament and much more.

Bill McCaullah welcomes Bobby Bass, Super Destroyer and Frenchy Martin at the interview area.
Bass says that is wish is coming true. In one match he’ll be able to get rid and destroy Burke, Cuban and Petitpas. He says that his men are ready for total destruction. He says that the Cuban is complaining about losing money, well there’s no money to be made when you lose and the Cuban lost a lot.
Frenchy Martel tells the fans in French, that tonight is the night that he gets rid of one of his biggest nemesis in Leo Burke. It’s time for the people to take notice.

Bill McCaullah welcomes Jacques Rougeau Sr. to the interview area.
Rougeau mentions that the ECWA World Title Tournament is shaping very nicely with lots of wrestling stars from around the world wanting into this tournament. He confirms that 4 more names have confirmed their entry in the tournament.
From the NWA Indian Chief Wahoo McDaniels, from Continental Wrestling Association Ted DiBiase, The Super Destroyer and Frenchy Martin.
Rougeau mentions that the Tournament will be held at the Montreal Forum on August 24th and 25th. A Big 2 night wrestling extravaganza that will crown a new World Champion.

Raymond & Armand Rougeau defeats Len “Kojak” Shelley & Masked Marvel when Raymond pinned Marvel following the Bombs Away from the top rope.

Mil Avruskin welcomes the Rougeau Brothers to the Interview area.
Armand says that it’s great to be home. He mentions that they’ve been wrestling all over the world and there’s no place like home.
Raymond says that they are here for one reason, and one reason only and that’s to win the ECWA World Tag Team titles. He mentions that he’s very good friends with Ron Ritchie, and hopes that his friend will be more than willing to defend their titles against Armand and himself.

Bill McCaullah welcomes Maritime Heavyweight Champion Ron Starr
Starr says that people from all over the world are coming down to Canada for the World Title tournament and that’s fine with him cause the Maritime Champion is the #1 man to beat in the tournament and he’s going to prove it to the world. He also says that Leo Burke has been running his mouth, well if Burke is so tough why can’t he beat him. The answer is simple cause Leo Burke is a phony.

Milt Avruskin is joined at the interview area by Leo Burke, Cuban Assassin and Stephen Petitpas.
Burke says that in a few moments things are going to heat up on the East Coast when they step in the ring against Martin, Nagasaki and Super D. He says that even though Ron Starr is not in this match, he’s going to be sending a message to the Maritime Champion.
Petitpas says that he’s sick and tired of the Super Destroyer and that it’s time for the Masked man to be unmasked and shipped back to Parts Unknown.
Cuban says that Bobby Bass cannot hide forever and sooner or later he will need to step in the ring with the Cuban.

Steve Strong defeats Buddy Lane & Denis Goulet in a Handicap match when he pinned both men following a vicious Back Breaker to each men.

Leo Burke, Stephen Petitpas & Cuban Assassin defeats Super Destroyer, Frenchy Martin & Kendo Nagasaki (With Bobby Bass) when Petitpas pinned Martin after Nagasaki spraying the Green mist missed his target and hit Martin square in the face.
Following the match, Cuban Assassin managed to get his hands on Bobby Bass, and ripped the jacket off of him, but couldn’t do much more as Super Destroyer and Nagasaki pulled out Bass.
