7/24/85
JOEL WATTS and THE LORD ALFRED HAYES welcome the fans and review last weeks matches and preview this week MISSOURI TITLE TOURNAMENT.MATCHES. They are joined by SIR WILLIAM ROBINSON who along with THE LORD are upset about how Robinson was robbed by RICK MCGRAW and should have advanced in the tournament. SIR WILLIAM says that McGraw will be sorry for cheating him out of victory.
Watts and THE LORD are then joined by THE MISSOURI MAULER, he says that he dominated wrestling as a WRESTLER and now he is going to use his vast knowledge of the sport and become the greatest manager of all time. He explains that he is putting a stable together and and introduces his first man and he brings out OX BAKER! Baker says that all men fear him. Ox says he is about to go into that ring and teach that RED FACE STRONGBOW a lesson.
MATCH #1
MISSOURI TITLE TOURNAMENT MATCH
OX BAKER with THE MISSOURI MAULER vs CHIEF JAY STRONGBOW
Baker controls most of the early match thanks to frequent interference of The Mauler. Strongbow with the support of the fans is able to kick out several times at the count of two to keeps things going. Mauler continues to interfere, and Strongbow steps out of the ring and waives to the back. Out come JULES STRONGBOW and JAY STRONGBOW JR. and they stay at ringside. However their support isn't enough and Baker finishes off The Chief with a HEART PUNCH and gets the 1-2-3 pinfall victory.
WINNER AND ADVANCING TO THE NEXT ROUND OX BAKER
The Chief is not in good shape. Jules and Jr tend to The Chief as the paramedics are brought out to help him. He is loaded on a stretcher and has an oxygen match placed on him and the cameras follow to the back where he is loaded into an ambulance.

Watts is back and he says that The Chief has been taken to the local hospital and that they will give an update when they get one. THE LORD shows no compassion for Strongbow saying he got what he deserved.
Watts and The Lord are joined by DICK THE BRUISER, he says he is disgusted by what he just saw and that after he BEATS THE SNOT out of some foreigner he will BEAT THE CRAP out of BAKER in a couple of weeks..
Watts then tells the fans to watch a short highlight clip of Bruiser's opponent THE INVADER!
MATCH #2
MISSOURI TITLE TOURNAMENT MATCH
DICK THE BRUISER VS THE INVADER
Invader attacks Bruiser before the bell but Bruiser fights back and just destroys The Invader and finishes him off with an ATOMIC KNEE DROP then covers him for the 1-2-3.
WINNER: DICK THE BRUISER
Watts and The Lord are talking about The Bruiser and Watts sings his praises while The Lord calls Bruiser an absolute disgrace and certainly not a gentleman in the least. The Lord calls it appalling that The Bruiser has a lack of sportsmanship and how he hopes the Invader is ok.
They are then joined by ANGELO MOSCA JR, who says how excited he is to be in the MISSOURI TOURNAMENT and hopes that he wins. During the interview The Lord is turned around the other way.

Watts and The Lord are back and are joined by THE MISSOURI MAULER who introduces another member of his stable. THE MONGOLIAN STOMPER! Mauler says his man is about to destroy BABY MOSCA!
MATCH #3
MISSOURI TITLE TOURNAMENT MATCH
THE MONGOLIAN STOMPER with THE MISSOURI MAULER vs ANGELO MOSCA JR
Stomper is slow but methodical and he just wears down and pins him after a RUNNING POWER SLAM.
WINNER: THE MONGOLIAN STOMPER
Watts and The Lord are joined by THE FRIGHT TRAIN RUFUS R JONES who is real excited and gives the Lord a BIG HUG, this disgusts Hayes who acts like he is throwing up. Jones tells Watts that the BLUE DEVIL is just a first person he will defeat in route to the crown.

Watts and The Lord are jumped by Devil Blue. The Lord tells Watts he will conduct this interview as he is fluent in SPANISH. The talk back and forth in jobberish which obviously isn't Spanish. Lord then says that Devil Blue said he is going to derail the FRIGHT TRAIN

MISSOURI TITLE TOURNAMENT MATCH
THE FREIGHT TRAIN RUFUS R JONES VS DEVIL BLUE
Blue attacks Jones at the bell but Jones fights back with the help of the fans. Jones then throws Blue into the corner and gets a running start and FREIGHT TRAIN SPLASHES him in the corner. Blue crashes to the canvas and Jones. Jones covers him and gets the 1-2-3.
WINNER: RUFUS R JONES
Watts and The Lord are joined by CSW President BOB GEIGLE. Geigle says that they have an update on the condition of CHIEF JAY STRONGBOW. Strongbow has been admitted to a local hospital and it appears he may have suffered a HEART ATTACK at the hands of OX BAKER'S HEART PUNCH, and next week hope to have an update on his condition.
WATTS signs off
