AWA logo goes across the screen and then we go to ringside as Rodger Kent and Rod Trongard welcome everyone to the action. They talk about a shocking event last night in Comiskey Park for their AWA summer series of outdoor events. It involves a cage match between the Road Warriors and Brody/Nord. They will have the shocking footage later on the broadcast, along with reaction. Plus in the main event today, Superstar Billy Graham promises to defeat Honky Tonk Man one more time or retire from wrestling. Honky promises to leave the AWA if he loses. They also have Mulligan and Duncum in action as well, as Doctor Death.
FLOYD CREATCHMEN is interviewed by Ken Resnick, he has Bock, Stevens and Larry Z with him along with Bob Roop. He talks about how Bob Backlund is wearing down under the pressure of facing these men. Last night at Comiskey, (footage is shown as he narrates) Backlund was facing Larry Z, and Larry had Bob beat all night before Bob was able to get lucky and catch him in the chicken wing. Then it shows the Players Club attacking Backlund after the match until Doc and Superstar make the save. Floyd talks about how this outdoor summer series going on will continue until Bob does not have that AWA title around his waist.

HONKY TONK MAN is with Dr Jerry Graham Jr. He promises tonight to make it Superstar Billy Graham's swan song in wrestling. He then promises to sing a new song of his for the occasion after he wins and nobody will be able to stop him.

SUPERSTAR BILLY GRAHAM comes out to talk to Ken, he talks about his great career in wrestling and how he has made many great fans all over the world. Now it might be over tonight and he has to come to terms with that. He wants all the fans to cheer him on, and help deliver him a huge victory. He tells Honky that as long as he is around, he will not let Honky make a mockery of what he has worked so hard for all these years.
AWA INTERNATIONAL TITLE MATCH:
MIL MASCARAS DEF. RICK MARTEL
Another classic match between the two, Martel goes hold for hold from Mil and even has him caught in the Boston Crab, but Mil makes his comeback and after hitting a frog spalsh on Martel gets the pin and the win.
CURT HENNIG talks about how he is rising up the ladder in the AWA. He has beaten Mr Saito, Larry Z, Ray Stevens and even Nick Bockwinkel along this summer series and he wants a shot at Bob Backlund. He wants Floyd Creatchmen to grant him a title match against Bob Backlund, he will do whatever it takes to secure it, wrestle anybody that is put in front of him. He knows the AWA fans deserve this and he wants it more than anything.

ROD and RODGER talk about how they are going to show footage from the wild cage match last night at Comiskey Park. Remember that all summer long The Road Warriors have battled Bruiser Brody and Nord the Barbarian, in may types of matches. Often times, these matches have been taken into the stands and people were almost hurt. Verne Gagne who is almost all the way back after his injuries from Bob Roop had declared a cage match in the Warriors home town of Chicago, for the AWA Tag Titles. This would keep the action in the cage, and nobody would get hurt. Or so Verne thought, here is the footage.
VTR joined in progress, a bloody cage match, Road Warriors are slugging it out with Brody and Nord, they try to get Nord up in the doomsday but Brody stops them. All four men brawl against the cage it looks like it could be anybody match. Finally, after a few more minutes of action, a figure parachutes into the stadium and lands into the ring, the parachute covers the ring, and he un hooks himself and starts to attack the Warriors with a bat that was hooked to his belt. The Warriors are stunned from him coming into the cage they get hung up on the parachute and cannot defend themselves. The figure picks his head up as he attacks and its DOCTOR D DAVID SCHULTZ. Brody clears the parachute to one side and joins in the attack. Nord is the next one to attack the Roadies. They beat them down in the ring and Brody and Nord get them up in pildrivers and Dr. D comes off to spike piledrive both of them. The Roadies are laying motionless in the ring. Nord and Brody climb the cage and reach the arena floor to win the match. Dr D keeps the assualt up in the ring on the Roadies before he leaves the ring himself. He celebrates with Sheik Adnan and his team on the floor, as the Roadies have to be carried from the ring on stretchers. The crowd is ballistic and debris reigns down on the bad guys as they head to the back. Security has to hold fans back as they try to jump onto the field and get at them.
SHEIK ADNAN is with Ken Resnick, along with him are the new AWA tag champs and Dr D. Adnan talks about how they did it, they took out the hated Road Warriors in their hometown and won the AWA Tag Belts. Dr D talks about how Paul Ellering called him at home, and wanted him to help collect on the bounty and Dr D was happy to oblige. Dr D shakes hands with Adnan and promises the AWA people that he is not done here in the AWA.
BRUISER BRODY/NORD THE BARBARIAN DEF. BLACKJACK MULLIGAN/BOBBY DUNCUM via powerbomb from Brody on Mulligan.
After the match, Brody hits two more powerbombs on Mulligan and he has to be carried out of the arena.
VTR of PAUL ELLERING, he talks about how his promise has come true. It took him sending Dr D in to get it done, but the Road Warriors are no more in the AWA. Ellering laughs and taunts the AWA fans one more time before the screen goes to black.

He wants to be able to face Doc in a rematch or face a young superstar that has risen through the ranks like a Curt Hennig, he appeals to Floyd Creatchmen to let the AWA have back control of his booking so he can give the great fans what they want.
SUPERSTAR BILLY GRAHAM vs. HONKY TONK MAN w/DR JERRY GRAHAM JR.
Billy is attacked by Honky from the start and it looks like Honky might just have this match, but after getting hit with Shake Rattle and Roll, but Graham kicks out. Graham makes his comeback and as Honky punches him, he gets stronger. He tosses Honky into the ropes and hits a high knee. Then he catches him in a bear hug and makes him submit. Superstar has done it, chased Honky from the AWA and continues his career.
DOC DEATH talks about how Bob Roop has managed to keep him from winning any of their matches and he is frustrated, he does not know what he can do to take the next step. Superstar Graham interupts him and volunteers to help Doc in any way he can, all Doc needs to do is find his inner champion and he will be back to form. They shake hands and Superstar leaves. Doc talks about how getting back on track is his goal.
Credits roll as Rodger and Rod sign off.
