Lowrance, "Welcome to 'Saturday Night Wrestling'. We are a few days away from the 'Firecracker Spectacular', and we have an exciting night of action for you. We will see Kevin and Kerry Von Erich in action. The Nightmares will be here, and on our main event, Iceman King Parsons takes on Killer Brooks. Let's go to the ring and Joe Rinelli."
Match #1
Spike Huber vs. Steve Regal
Two young wrestlers who have campaigned in the Mid-West meet in the opener. Both men trade wrestling holds, and the action is fast and furious. Huber has the strength advantage, and he uses it. Regal combats it with illegal tactics. Both men have their chances, but they cannot seal the deal. The bell rings as the time limit expires.

The Nightmares vs. Johnny Mantell and Keith Eric
The Nightmares are gearing up for the Fantastics, and they have looked very sharp. Mantell and Eric may have a tall hill to climb. Johnny starts against Ken Wayne. The Cowboy from Montague County looks good. Johnny taes Wayne down and works him over with a headlock. Davis is frustrated on the apron. Wayne is able to get to the ropes and break the hold. Davis tags in and the veteran of the team goes to work. He punishes Mantell. Johnny tags in young Eric. Keith is no match for Davis. Danny punishes him and wins with a flying bodypress. The Nightmares are ready for the Champions.

Kevin Von Erich is with Marc Lowrance.
Lowrance, "With me is Kevin Von Erich. Kevin, on July 7, you put the Texas Title on the line against Adrian Street. Street is 'Exotic', but he is also a great wrestler."
Kevin, "That's right. He wants you to think about how he acts, not how he wrestles. He is a very good wrestler, and he'll break the rules too. I'm ready for anything he tries."
Lowrance, "Kevin Von Erich is ready for Adrian Street. That will be a great match."

Non-Title Match
Kevin Von Erich (Texas Champion) vs. Chick Donovan
Donovan and referee Rick Hazzard are in the ring. We hear,
Kevin Von Erich makes his way down the aisle. He climbs into the ring and the Ft. Worth crowd goes crazy. The muscular Donovan will be a good test. The bell rings and Donovan tries to muscle Kevin. Even though Chick is powerful, Kevin is ready. He whips Donovan into the ropes and clamps on a sleephold. Chick gets to the ropes and the hold is broken. Donovan tries everything, but Kevin is too much. He clamps on the Von Erich claw and that is it. Kevin looks ready for Street.

Kerry Von Erich is with Marc Lowrance.
Lowrance, "With me is the man who will challenge Ric Flair, at the 'Firecracker Spectacular', Kerry Von Erich. Kerry, you've held the title before, you have come close to regaining it, and now you have another chance."
Kerry, "Ric Flair, I beat you before, and I have come close again. Flair, you've pulled all the tricks in the book, but at Reunion Arena, with these fans behind me, I Will be the World Champion again!"

Kerry Von Erich vs. The Magic Dragon
The Dragon and referee David Manning are in the ring.
Plays and the "Modern Day Warrior" comes to the ring. The young, and old, ladies on the crowd swoon. Kerry looks like a Champion as he climbs into the ring. The Dragon will use his martial arts skills, but will they be enough. The bell rings and Kerry is very aggressive. He whips the Dragon into the ropes and drops him with a clothesline. Kerry goes for the cover, but the Dragon kicks out. It is a brief respite. Kerry continues the attack and hits the discus punch for the win. The 'Modern Day Warrior' ready to be the World Champion again.

Killer Brooks vs. Iceman King Parsons
First Fall-We hear,
And the Iceman comes to the ring. The biker from Waxahachie does not seem impressed by the man from St. Louis. Bronko Lubich will referee this one. Parsons goes to work. He flys around the ring and Brooks has no answer. Killer makes a brief comeback, but Iceman wins with the butt bump.
Winner-Iceman King Parsons
Second Fall-The momentum is on Iceman's side, but Brooks will not go quietly. Iceman goes to work, but Brooks has an answer. He pulls every dirty trick in the book. He chokes, punches and kicks. Parsons is in some trouble. The crowd gets behind the popular Iceman. He mounts a comeback. Parsons goes for a cover, but Brooks grabs the tights to reverse it, and uses the ropes for leverage. Lubich counts the fall. Parsons argues, but to no avail. The match is even.
Winner-Killer Brooks
Third Fall-This is for all the marbles. Both men pull out all stops. Brooks get the better of things briefly, bit Iceman comes back. The Ft. Worth crowd gets behind Parsons and he hits the butt bump and Lubich counts the fall, a very popular win!
Winner-Iceman King Parsons

Lowrance, "Fans, get to Reunion Arena on Monday night. The 'Firecracker Spectacular' will be an historic event in wrestling history and tune in next Saturday night for the action!"
Dark Match
Billy Jack Haynes and Steve Simpson vs. Rip Oliver and the Iron Sheik
Four men who arrived in the Metroplex by way of the Pacific Northwest meet in this one. Haynes and Simpson give up experience to Oliver and the Sheik, but their athleticism should make up for it. The crowd hates the "Clan", but they have been very impressive. The sheik brings his Persian clubs to the ring and puts on a demonstration. He is impressive, but will that win the match? The bell rings and The Iron Sheik opens against Simpson. The youngster uses his speed to gain the advantage. The former Iranian Olympian is frustrated. He tries to rough up Simpson, and it works. He manhandles the youngster from Africa, and tags in Oliver. Oliver takes advantage of the already injured Simpson. It looks bad for Steve. He is able to escape and dive and tag in Haynes! Billy comes in a house afire. He goes right after Oliver. "The Crippler" is on the run. Rip gets on a few cheap,shots, but it does not slow Haynes at all. Billy is able to clamp on the full Nelson! The Iron Sheik has grabbed the Iranian flag and entered the ring. He jams the pole into Haynes' back. Referee David Manning calls for the bell. He disqualifies the Clan.
