AWA logo goes across the screen, as their music plays. We got to ringside where Rod Trongard and Rodger Kent talk about being just a little over a week away from Wrestlerock. They talk about today's show hoping to hear from Floyd Creatchmen and Verne. In the main event Bob Roop will battle the Honky Tonk Man.
FLOYD CREATCHMEN is with his Player's Club. He runs down how stupid Verne is, being retired and teaming with a has been in Bob Roop to take on two great wrestlers like Stevens and Larry Z. But this will get him control of the title booking so Floyd is very happy about it. Bockwinkel talks about ending the career of Superstar Billy Graham at Wrestlerock, while Larry Z talks about he and Stevens teaming together tonight against the moondogs.
MIL MASCARAS DEF. MAD DOG VACHON with a plancha off the top rope
CURT HENNIG comes out and talks about his battle with Mr Saito coming up at Wrestlerock, he knows Saito is a tough customer but he is going to dig down deep and beat him right in the middle of the ring.

SHEIK ADNAN EL KASISSEY is with his stable, Nord and Brody wander around during the interview and cause havoc as Saito menacingly glares into the camera. Sheik talks about his men are ready to destroy anything in their path. Saito is going to start with Hennig at Wrestlerock and line himself up for a title shot. He talks about how he might just team these two crazy men together to go after the bounty Paul Ellering is putting in place on the head of the Road Warriors. He just promises that the AWA fans will be very dissapointed after his men get done with their heroes.
CURT HENNIG DEF. BORIS ZHUKOV after a suplex
After the match, Sheik's men attack. Nord, and Brody hold Hennig up, while Saito brutalizes him. This looks real bad for Hennig until the Road Warriors come down and even the score chasing the Sheik and his men away.
DOC DEATH talks about his big match coming up with Backlund. He knows how tough it will be, but with Bob Roop helping him, he knows he cannot lose. He then talks about hoping Roop and Verne win, he will face anybody that they put in front of him, but does not think letting Floyd Creatchmen have the control is the way to go.

STEVE KEIRN talks about facing Col Debeers at Wrestlerock, he knows the hatred Debeers feels for people and Steve cannot stand it. He is going to show Debeers the error in his ways.
RAY STEVENS/LARRY Z w/FLOYD CREATCHMEN DEF. MOONDOGS after Stevens hits a piledriver on Spot.
BOB BACKLUND talks about how Doc Death is a much larger man, and his strength might pose a problem for him, but he knows his training will pay off and he plans on walking out of the metrodome with the AWA belt.

MIL MASCARAS talks about being AWA International champ, he knows Rick Martel wants this belt but he has defended it all over the world and promises his fans that he will still be champ after Wrestlerock.
BOB ROOP vs. HONKY TONK MAN
Honky comes out and insults the fans and tries to sing, but Roop cuts him off battering Honky all over the ring. He hits move after move stunning Honky. Honky gets in some offense after he gives Roop a low blow, but Bob comes back and controls the rest of the match. Finally, he submits Honky to a camel clutch to end the match.
VERNE gets in the ring and congratulates Bob, and grabs the mic. He talks about how next week on this program. He and Bob will team together to face the Bruise Brothers. In the main event, Doc Death will team with Bob Backlund and Superstar Graham to face all three members of the Player's Club. He hopes everyone tunes in as it will be the last show before Wrestlerock.
Rod and Rodger talk about the action tonight and look forward to next week. They sign off as the credits roll.
