Mercer, "Tonight, the World Champion is with us. Ric Flair will meet Skip Young in our main event. Kerry Von Erich is here. Kerry and the Champion in the same place may be a combustible situation. Let's go to the ring for the Dynamic Duo."
Match #1
Chris Adams and Gino Hernandez w/"Playboy" Gary Hart and Sunshine vs. Nick Kiniski and Mike Reed
Adams and Hernandez continue to be at the top of their games. They both have big matches at Texas Stadium. Adams starts against Reed. The youngster is no match for the Englishman. Hernandez tags in and continues to work over Reed. Kiniski tags in and the big youngster makes a brief comeback. Hernandez uses the elbow drop the win.

Bill Mercer is seated in the studio with Ric Flair.
Mercer, “With me is, the NWA World Champion, Ric Flair. Mr. Flair, you have come to Texas to meet Kerry Von Erich. He beat you last time, are you ready for him this time?”
Flair, “Bill Mercer, I’m not here to yell and scream. I came here to make big money, because that’s what the Champion gets, big money. Von Erich got lucky last time, that won’t happen again.”
Mercer, “A lot of people think you have been ducking Kerry. You haven’t been to Texas in some time.”
Flair, “Listen Mercer, I told you I wasn’t going to lose my temper, but that’s about what I’m about to do! Listen, Kerry Von Erich, you are a peon to me, a lucky one, but a peon! I wrestled three guys in the gym this morning that were better than you! I’m going to Texas Stadium, in front of 60,000 people and embarrass you, you can count on that! WOOOOOO!”
Mercer, “Ric Flair, a little bit touchy right now.”

Mike Von Erich vs. Blue Panther
The young Von Erich has a tough task tonight. Panther, the veteran from Mexico, goes after Mike at the bell. He slams his head into the turnbuckle and Von Erich is in trouble. Panther chokes away and it looks bad for Mike. The crowd gets behind the popular Von Erich and he rallies. Mike rolls up Panther and referee Bronko Lubich counts the fall.

The Pretty Young Things vs. Chief Jules Strongbow and Johnny Mantell
The PYTs have an American Tag Team Title match against the Long Riders at the “Parade of Champions’. Tonight they take on two popular wrestlers. Austin and Mantell open the contest. They go back and forth and neither man is able to gain an edge. Ware tags and uses his speed to take over. Strongbow tags in and meets the same fate. Koko hits a flying bodypress for the win.

Marc Lowrance is with Kerry Von Erich.
Lowrance, “With me is Kerry Von Erich. Kerry. you heard Ric Flair earlier. He seems to be a bit worried about you.”
Kerry, “you’re darned right he’s worried! He knows I beat him last time, and it’s going to happen again! Marc, I learned a lot from last time. This time, I’m taking the title and I’,m keeping it.”
Lowrance, “Kerry Von Erich is primed and ready for the World Champion. Now let’s see the ‘Modern Day Warrior’ in the ring.”

Kerry Von Erich (American Heavyweight Champion) vs. El Diablo II
The masked from Mexico waits in the ring. We hear,
The “Modern Day Warrior” hits the ring. The masked man jumps Kerry before the bell. That was a mistake. Kerry is ready and Diablo is in trouble. Kerry batters him and finishes him with a discus punch. Ric Flair is in trouble.

Bill Mercer is seated in the studio.
Mercer, “Fans, we are one week away from the second annual ‘David Von Erich Parade of Champions’. This will be one of, if not the, greatest days in wrestling history. Bell time at Texas Stadium will be 4:00 PM, Here’s what you will see.
First of all, in matches just added, Iceman King Parsons takes on the Spoiler
and Mike and Lance Von Erich meet the Great Kabuki and Black Bart
Chris Adams takes on Chavo Guerrero
The World Six Man Tag Team Champions, Killer Khan, the Missing Link and Kamala meet Skip Young, Brian Adias and Al Madril
The Long Riders defend the American Tag Team Titles against the Pretty Young Things
In a no disqualification, no countout match, Gino Hernandez defends the Texas Title against Kevin Von Erich
And in the main event, Kerry Von Erich challenges Ric Flair for the NWA World Heavyweight Title.

Ric Flair (NWA World Champion) vs. Skip Young
The popular Young waits in the rng and we hear,
Rc Flair, wearing a beautiful red robe, walks slowly to the ring. He confidently enters the ring and has some harsh words for Young. David Manning is the referee. He goes through the introductions, Young offer to shake the Champion’s hand, but Flair refuses. The bell rings and Young is on fre. The popular minister’s son from Dallas goes right after the World Champion. Flar is in retreat. He rolls out of the ring to slow the pace. Flair returns to the ring and show people why he is the Champion. He outwrestles Young and Skp s n trouble. Flair goes for the figure four. Young fights t as long as he can, but he must submit. The crowd boos as Flair struts around the ring. Flar goes back after Young and puts the figure four on again. Suddenly, Kerry Von Erich hits the ring. He attacks Flair. Flair is in trouble. He rolls out of the ring and stares at Von Erich Kerry grabs the mic from Marc Lowrance.
Kerry, “Listen, I just ran you out of the ring! On Sunday, it all ends for you! I will be the Champion again!”
He tosses the mic in the ring.
Winner-Ric Flair
The Sportatorium crowd goes crazy. Bill Mercer closes the show.
Mercer, “Sunday, April 27, Kerry vs. Flair. It is time! Don’t miss this one!”
