Southeastern Heavyweight Champion Austin Idol and Frankie Lancaster vs. Jimmy Golden and Mr. Wrestling III
The Boss is begging for Jimmy Golden to start the match, but the #1 Contender wants to make the champ wait and sends in the talented Mr. Wrestling III who knows the champ quite well. III and Idol pick right up where they left off last fall, but the champ is on fire tonight and gets the advantage early on. Idol and Lancaster show some effective team work, cutting the ring off, and taking it to III. A blind tag from Golden while Lancaster veered too closely to that corner got Golden a distinct advantage. Now it’s the Tennessee Stud directing traffic as Golden and III wear down the Thumper.
We return from break and the champ is stomping on the apron, leading the crowd to rallying Frankie Lancaster who is being stretched by Jimmy Golden in the middle of the ring. Thumper blasts Golden in the forehead, and once again, but Golden tenaciously hangs on, he can’t however hang on through the powerslam of Thumper, aaaaaaaand, FRANKIE MAKES THE TAG!
The Boss comes in fists and fire taking to Golden and III. A big elbow to the top of the head sends Mr. Wrestling III flying over the top rope and to the floor, Jimmy sneaks up from behind, Austin spins around and catches Golden’s kick! Jimmy is begging off as he hops around the ring on one foot, Idol asks the crowd what he should do, BOOM! The Champ blasts Golden, and down he goes! Elbow drop after elbow drop in quick succession follows and now Austin Idol struts across the ring, oh so proud of himself, from behind Mr. Wrestling III knees Idol in the kidneys and down he goes!
Here comes Frankie Lancaster! He and III take it to the floor. Golden and Idol are still inside the ring smarting from the grueling contest. Idol is the first back to his feet, but Golden blasts him in the bread basket, he rolls Idol up

Perfection Connection w/Tennessee Stud vs. Scott Armstrong and the Tonga Kid
If there was ever a night where TK and Scotty needed to be sure they’re on the same page it would be while taking on Anderson and Stubbs, who prove exactly why, dominating in the early going. The athleticism of the Samoan Warrior shines through and TK builds some momentum. Armstrong keeps the momentum going with his speed and quickness. Until Stubbs wisely drives his knee into the back of Armstrong during an attempted tag, TK and Armstrong cracked heads and the Kid was nowhere to be found while Scotty needed a tag in the worst kind of way. Once Double A tagged in it was all over as the Ghordbuster finished off Scotty at 16’28.

Southeastern Tag Team Champions the Midnight Rebels vs. the Legionnaires
The South African Assassin Boomer Lynch and the New Zealand Militant Jacko Victory got the first crack at the golden goose with a tag title shot still hanging in the balance for Montgomery on March 24th, and the rugged duo were taking full advantage of that fact, but couldn’t find the move needed to put either Tommy Prichard or Mary Jannetty down for the count of 3. The Rebels battled back into the contest, but their opponents proved too large for their tandem, Rebel Yell finisher. After a chaotic sequence that saw Victory nearly put away Jannetty only to realize that Pritchard was the legal man and get pinned after a Prichard dropkick from the top rope at 15’02.
