* Dusty Wolfe versus Tommy Lane *
A handshake to start things off in a solid match between the two. Evenly matched throughout with several near pinfalls that goes to a time limit draw. Just as it started, the pair finish with a handshake.
Heading into another break, we get a graphic of The Fallen Angel, coming to Texas All-Star Wrestling!
- Commercial Break
- Our hosts come back with Stack talking once again about the connection between the lovely but deadly Fallen Angel and her Master, Kevin Sullivan, wondering if Sullivan will be following her to Texas and what chaos and mayhem they would bring.
* Rudy Gonzalez & Manny Villalobos w/Jose Lothario versus New Guinea Head Hunters, Tio & Tapu *
Tag team action that finds the violent and animalistic Tio and Tapu going to town on the youngsters. Veteran Lothario is able to regroup his guys briefly but not long enough to stem the tide of the beating. Tapu with a diving head butt finishes Gonzalez ... well, that's where it should have ended but the Head Hunters continue the beating afterwards until the referee has seen enough and calls for the bell, disqualifying the Head Hunters. Lothario hits the ring and gets in a few shots before the Head Hunters leave on their own.
- Art Crews swaggers out to join our hosts. He says he's still waiting on an answer from "your so-called champion" Bob Sweetan and with the Battle of the Belts coming up, he's looking to take that title belt away and put it around a deserving waist ... his own!
- Commercial Break
- Stack talks about being careful what you wish for because it can come back to bite you. In Art Crews case, waking the sleeper tiger in Texas All-Star Heavyweight Champion Bob Sweetan might just be the wrong thing to do.
* Texas All-Star Wrestling TV Title: The Cheetah Kid (C) versus Omar Moreno *
Ring veteran Moreno goes right on the attack, closing the distance and taking things to the mat. The masked Kid is up to the task, showing his mat work before using arm drags to toss Moreno around. A discombobulated Omar takes several drop kicks to further soften him up for a high cross body block for the win.
- Steve Stack introduces and welcomes Marvin Turner to TASW and Texas from Georgia. Stack runs down a few of Turner's accolades, saying that TASW draws some of the best wrestlers from around the world. Turner says he's here to test the best this place has to offer with the Television Champion Cheetah Kid first on his list. He says he's seen these kinds of flash in the pan wrestlers before but once you grind them into the mat, they disappear into the woodwork like the cockroaches they are.
- Before Turner can continue, they are joined by Ricky Johnson. The cheers are loud as Johnson acknowledges the crowd and shakes hands with Stack and Rodriquez. After welcoming Turner to the Great State of Texas and TASW. He says he was listening backstage when Turner said his first target was The Cheetah Kid. He's picked a top athlete and wrestler in The Kid but the fans know, the Cheetah Kid knows, everyone in professional wrestling knows ... The Cheetah Kid has a date in the very near future with Ricky Johnson! Now, as the fans saw last week, he and The Cheetah Kid had one terrific match and come February 22nd at the Freeman Coliseum, he's ready to give the fans the rematch they're all wanting to see. Before Turner can protest, Johnson cuts him off ... if Turner needs to be shown "The Truth" ... Ricky Johnson-style ... step into that ring next week! The fans cheer as Johnson walks off.
- Commercial Break
* Leo Sykes & Vinnie Valentino versus The Hoods *
Main event time with ring vet Leo Sykes and his young barefoot partner Vinnie Valentino taking on the masked Hoods. Stack raves on fan favorite Sykes who is also a local high school wrestling coach who has taken Valentino under his wing. During the match, the Fabulous Blonds and Percival Pringle come out to watch. Timbs and Embry yuck it up, making fun of Sykes and Valentine. Timbs says he's got an idea ... give the winners of the match a shot at the tag team titles. Embry goes on better, saying to give the shot to Sykes and Valentino ... since Stack is so high on these two and the fans love them, who better to get the match at the Battle of the Belts? The match? No one really cares. Valentino with a super high drop kick clears the ring of one of the Hoods while Sykes is able to roll up the other Hood for the 1! 2! 3! The Fabulous Blonds give the winners a standing ovation while Percy Pringle III says these ARE NOT the challengers to the Blonds titles!
- We are very near the end of the show with Steve Stack ready to put this week's episode to bed, when he is joined by the Heavyweight Champion Bob Sweetan.
- Stack says they have limited time here before asking if Bob Sweetan is here to answer the challenge set forth by Art Crews. Sweetan starts talking about numbers of challenges thrown his way throughout his long career ... you don't get to where he's at without having a target on his back. Stack tries to move things along, saying the clock is ticking on the wall as Sweetan continues ... he says there is a right way and a wrong way to do things in this business and Art Crews is doing it the wrong way ... speaking of Art Crews, he blindsides Sweetan with a chain, knocking him to the floor as Stack heads for higher ground. Noise from the fans as Crews beats Sweetan with the chain, leaving him laying as Texas All-Star Wrestling goes off the air!
