Interviews on this show:
- The show actually opened with Dutch Savage in the nest with Brett Sawyer. Dutch said that at the end of the broadcast last week, Sawyer and his partner Tom Pritchard were brutalized by the Sheepherders, prompting himself to immediately order a rematch for the tag team belts this week. Unfortunately, Tom Pritchard suffered a severly injured leg, and can't compete. Savage then explained to Sawyer that because the contract is already signed, and thus the match for the titles has to go on tonight. He has the choice to forfeit the belts, or he will allow him to pick a substitute partner and defend. Sawyer said that his thoughts are with his partner, but tonight, he knows Tom would want him to fight the Sheepherders and defend the belts. He tells Savage that he will find a partner and they'll be ready to go shortly.
- Timothy Flowers joined the guys in the nest and was fired up over how his partner last week, Mr. Ebony stabbed him in the back and attacked him after their match last week. Well, tonight, he is going to kick Mr. Ebony's butt and show him that he's not going to get away with that!
- Don Owen and Tom Peterson were together for an announcement. Tom Peterson SuperStores loves Portland Wrestling and it's wrestlers, and is introducing a special type of match. Everyweek, the winners of matches earn more money than those on the losing end. Tom is planning to start a special series of matches where the winner will receive a $500 bonus! for winning the match! When a man wins the match, he will also return the next week to compete again against a different opponent for a chance to earn another bonus! The more he wins, the more he earns. And here is the best part....fans can write in or call every week and let them know who they want to see in that match. The first bout will be at the Portland Special on Jan 14.....so fans, start writing in and calling about who you want to see in that bout!
- Billy Jack Haynes also joined in and said that he want's Rip Oliver someway, somehow that Mike Miller can't interfere for the PNW title. Don Owen tells BIlly Jack that he can have his shot at Oliver at the Portland Special on 1/14! He then asks Dutch for a solution to the interference. Dutch says that the only way to stop it is to put a cage around the ring, so that night on the 14th will be a cage match with the belt on the line! THe crowd kinda went wild at that announcement.
- Rip Oliver and Mike Miller joined the nest later to express their disgust at Oliver having to defend the belt again against Billy Jerk Haynes, and especially in a cage. But the bottom line is, he will be like a caged animal and take out Haynes once and for all.
Matches on this show:
- Ken Patera submitted Akio Sato with his full nelson lock
- Brett Sawyer and Joe Savoldi defended the belts against the Sheepherders. Their lack of teaming though combined with the violence of the Sheepherders was too much, and Savoldi succumbed to a double gut buster for the pin. The Sheepherders are the new PNW Tag Team Champions!
- Mr. Ebony def. Timothy Flowers with a running knee lift. After the bout, he rolled Flowers to the floor and delivered a body slam on the floor!
- Terry Adonis continued his winning ways with a victory over Steve Doll with a schoolboy rollup and holding the ropes.
- In the 2/3 main event, Rip Oliver & Mike Miller defeated Billy Jack Haynes and Steve Simpson
1. Haynes pinned Miller with a powerslam.
2. Oliver pinned Simpson following a swinging neckbreaker
3. Miller pinned Simpson after an illegal switch and a lariat.
