In our tv main event will be Brett Sawyer & Tom Pritchard defending the tag team belts against the Sheepherders in a 2/3 falls match. And after the tv portion is over, Billy Jack Haynes is taking on Rip Oliver for the PNW Heavyweight title. What a night of action! Also in action tonight will be "Mean" Mike Miller, Steve Simpson, and many more! We'll also hear from Don Owen later tonight. Let's get down to the ring where the action is ready to start!
Match 1:
Ken Patera submitted Johnny Rodz with the full nelson lock in a fun display of his power.
Patera then headed to the crows nest for a few words where he told Coss and Savage that he is here to compete with the best, and asks Dutch Savage to keep putting the best in front of him, and he'll keep knocking them down with his full nelson.

Don Owen joined the guys in the nest to announce that he feels its time to have another Portland Special to show all these great fans how much they appreciate them. The date will be Tuesday night January 14 right here at the Portland Sports Arena. He also said that next week, Portland Wrestling sponsor, Tom Peterson will be with us to make an announcement about some exciting bouts coming in the near future here in PNW.
Match 2:
Joe Lightfoot and Billy Two Eagles def. Timothy Flowers and Mr. Ebony. It was a miscommunication by Flowers and Ebony that led the loss. Mr. Ebony never takes this kind of thing lightly, so he dropped his partner like a bad habit after the bout, kicking him in the gut and then turnng his lights out with a knee lift.

Rip Oliver and Mike Miller were in the crows nest at the return, and Oliver said that tonight, he is going to put an end to Billy Jerk Haynes once and for all. After that, NWA World Heavyweight Champion Ric Flair better keep on hidin', cause if he brings that belt here to Portland, ole Rip will take it right away from him.
Mike Miller chimed in and said he's gonna whoop Steve Simpson here in just a minute, and he hopes that Rip leaves just a little of Billy Jerk, cause he wants put a little shine on him too.
Match 3:
Mike Miller w/ Rip Oliver vs. Steve Simpson
The two men went at it full tilt for a few minutes before they slowed it down and exchanged holds for a bit. Rip Oliver kept trying to interject himself from the floor, but after a few minutes of this, Billy Jack Haynes came to ringside to keep him in check. Oliver tried to lead cheers for Miller as Haynes led cheers on the other side for Simpson. Miller and Simpson picked the pace up again until the bell rang signaling a 10 minute draw. Immediately after the bell, Oliver jumped in the ring, but so did Haynes leading to a staredown between the four men. Oliver and Miller decided to fight another day and slinked from the ring.

PNW Tag Team Champions Brett Sawyer & Tom Pritchard were in the nest to talk about tonights main event. They said that they have fought men just as tough as the Sheepherders, and they don't mind mixing it up with anybody. The Sheepherders wanted to fight last week, and if thats what they want tonight, thats what they'll get!

Match 6: Main Event 2/3 Falls for the PNW Tag Team Titles
Brett Sawyer & Tom Pritchard (c) vs. The Sheepherders
The battle started off hot as all four men kept getting in the ring to go at it. The fall ended when Pritchard caught Luke Williams with a dropkick from the middle rope for the pin.
During the break in the action, Billy Jack Haynes was in the nest and said that here in just a little while, he's gonna shut Rip Oliver up and take back the PNW Heavyweight belt. He said Oliver can only run his trap for so long before he has to get in the ring and walk the walk.
Main Event Second Fall:
Pritchard and Sawyer kept the pace up until Butch Miller used a thumb to the eye to take advantage. Miller and Williams kept Pritchard in their corner and worked him down until they could finish him off with a double gut buster to even things up at one fall a piece.

Main Event Third and Deciding Fall
The two teams kept the battle hot throughout, and it eventually broke down to another four way brawl that spilled out to the floor. They kept battling even though referee Sandy Barr was issuing the count. Butch Miller took a chair and blasted Brett Sawyer with it in the head, busting him open and drawing a DQ at the same time. Then he and Luke Williams ganged up on Pritchard. Miller hit him in the back of the knee with the chair, then the two of them kept pounding Pritchards leg with the chair until security and other wrestlers came and broke things up.
Winners, and still champions, Brett Sawyer & Tom Pritchard
While clearing the carnage from ringside, Don Owen came to the crows nest to talk to Dutch Savage. He said this war needs to end. He tells Savage to book a match for next week, to settle this business. And this will be the last match between these two teams. Win or lose, it's over next week here at the Portland Sport's Arena.
As the show is closing out, the camera pans to Pritchard being loaded on a stretcher and wrestlers tending to a bloody Brett Sawyer.
End TV
Matches after the cameras stopped rolling:
- The Assassin & Karl Steiner def. The Battens
- In the PNW Title Match, Oliver and Haynes battled back and forth for over 25 minutes until Mike Miller hit the ring drawing the DQ after Haynes had locked Oliver in the full nelson. They put the boots to Haynes until Steve Simpson made the save and ran Oliver and Miller from the ring.
Afterwards, as Oliver and Miller were on the floor jawing at the two fan favorites in the ring calling them in, Dutch Savage went and got in the ring with a microphone. He said that it looks like these four men have something to settle, and he wants to settle it in the ring next week. So if all four of them have the courage (he said as he looked at Miller & Oliver), I'll make the match for the 2/3 falls tv main event next week: Billy Jack Haynes & Steve Simpson vs Rip Oliver & Mike Miller! Haynes and Simpson nodded their approval, the crowd voived their approval, and Oliver and Miller just threw their hands up and walked out.
