Matches taped November 30, 1984 to air across the territory on December 7, 1984 at the studios of KMSP TV in Minneapolis. Rod Trongard on commentary and Ken Resnick as ring announcer and interviewer.
After the opening, we cut to Ken Resnick and Rod Trongard in front of the AWA logo.
RESNICK Welcome to All Star Wrestling! We have a great hour of wrestling from the great stars of the AWA! Superstar Graham is here, Rod Trongard!
TRONGARD: This is the man who has demanded a match with World Champion Rick Martel. He is one of the most powerful wrestlers in the world today!
RESNICK: Speaking of Rick Martel, we’ll see a World Title match here on TV as the champ defends against the double tough Lars Anderson!
TRONGARD: Anderson comes from one of the toughest families in wrestling and he is sure to give Martel a run for his money and maybe take the belt here today!
RESNICK: The World tag Team Champions, the Road Warriors are here today and the men who will wrestle them in a cage for the titles. Tony Atlas & Butch Reed are here as well!
TRONGARD: Reed & Atlas have rugged pair of opponents in Boris Zhukov & Ox Baker!
RESNICK: We also have the Samoans in action here today!
TRONGARD: Afa, Sika, & Samu…..they claim to be the best three man team in the world today!
(“Bad To The Bone” begins to play)
RESNICK: Our first match is about to start!
Superstar Graham vs. Jesse Hernandez: With Paul Ellering pacing at ringside and waving his Wall Street Journal, the Superstar takes Hernandez apart and gets the sunmission win with an over the shoulder backbreaker.

RESNICK: I’m joined by Superstar Graham and his manager, the leader of the Legion Of Doom, Paul Ellering.
GRAHAM: The challenge has been made, Rick Martel! You are more than willing to wrestle that big, stiff Russian Volkoff or Lars Anderson, but will you face the Superstar? All of you kiddies and young girls who idolize little Ricky, please don’t hate him because he fears the Superstar! Any mere mortal would fear me, baby! Ricky, do I have to shame you to get my title match or will you be a man?
ELLERING: Christmas Night in the St. Paul Civic Center, the cage match has been signed! Hawk & Animal will finish Atlas & Reed once and for all! IF our World Champion will put the belt up that night against this man, it will be a Merry Christmas indeed! Speaking of the Warriors, Hawk & Animal are on the way to the ring right now!
The Road Warriors(Hawk & Animal) vs. Sonny Rogers & Tony “Hurricane” Zane: The World Champions hit the ring and destroy their opponents! Hawk pins Rogers after a clothesline off the top rope as Animal holds Rogers in a bearhug. Ellering joins Trongard on commentary and spends the time berating Atlas & Reed.
RESNICK: I’m joined by the World Tag Team Champions….
ANIMAL: Tony Atlas & Butch Reed, you guys are just plain stupid! You actually asked for a cage match with us! On Christmas Eve, you get it! We’re gonna beat you so bad that you’ll never wrestle again. The only good thing is that Mayo Clinic is only 45 minutes away! Maybe they can sew you up after we get through!
HAWK: You guys have been really bad so Santa Claus is bringing you US! We’ve made a list and we’re checking it twice and you two are at the top of our list! The next day, there won’t be an inch of your bodies that won’t be in pain! We’re keeping these stinkin belts and after Reed & Atlas, we have some unfinished business with Curt Hennig and his old man! Then, we’re gonna rule 1985 just like we did 1984!
ELLERING: Silent night, bloody night! The Legion wins and all is right! It truly is the most wonderful time of the year! Hahhahahahahahahahaha! Merry Christmas!

The Samoans(Afa, Sika, & Samu) vs. Tony Falk & Twin Devils I&II:The Twin Devils use the switching tactics to make things interesting for a few minutes, but Falk falls prey to a Samoan drop from Afa and the Samoans win a convincing victory!
RESNICK: I’m joined by the Samoans.
AFA: Ken Resnick, we want competition! We are the best three man team in wrestling and we want to prove it!
SAMU: That’s right! Any three men that you can put together! AWA, NWA, or WWF! All comers! No matter what kind of wrestlers! No matter how big or strong or fast! Scientific wrestlers or street fighters!

Tony Atlas & Butch Reed vs. Boris Zhukov & Ox Baker: Sheik Adnan El Kaissey manages Baker & Zhukov. This is a brawl for the most part and Adnan’s team gives Atlas & Reed a lot of trouble. Reed finally pins Baker after a shoulder block off the top rope. Paul Ellering is spotted watching the match from a corner of the studio.
RESNICK: Christmas night, these two men will meet the Road Warriors for the World Tag Team Titles inside of a steel cage!
ATLAS: Ellering is out here talking big talk, but the hacksaw and me are ready for anything Hawk & Animal want to dish out. That cage means that Ellering can’t stick his nose into our business! We want to win these belts for all of our fans and become the fits black AWA World Champions!
REED: That means a lot to us! There are a lot of young kids out there being told they can’t make it because they are poor or come from a bad neighborhood. We want them to see that if you work hard and do it the right way, you can see your dreams come true! We have a dream, Road Warriors! That dream is to take those belts!
RESNICK: Rick Martel will defend the World Heavyweight Title when we come back!

After the match, as the show goes off the air, Martel is in the ring, holding the belt triumphantly above his head as Graham and Ellering yell threats
