Tony Schivone and “Bulldog” Bob Brown welcome the fans to another action packed program of CWF POWER DRIVE.
They run down today’s program and mentions that We are a less than 2 weeks away from the Spring Madness PPV live from the Moncton Coliseum in Moncton, NB Canada.
They do a quick rundown of the program today, mentioning that the Canadian Tag Team Champions THUGS will be in action against the team Tom Zenk and Johnny Gunn, plus lots more action.
They immediately send us to the ring for the opening contest.

Young Gunns (Mike Lazansky & Chi Chi Cruz) defeats Cuban Warriors (Ricky Santana & David Sierra), when Lazansky pinned Santana following a Cross Body block from the top rope, as Cruz held Santana in a suplex position.

Raymond Rougeau is in the ring and he introduces his guest at this time. The man who will challenge Chris Candido, for the Canadian Heavyweight Title at Spring Madness; that man is none other then

Rick Martel mentions that he knows that he will get his chance at Chris Candido, and he knows that it will not be easy. Candido and his gang of Thugs with Anthony, Smothers & the Giant Warrior will do everything they can to make sure that the title remains around Candido’s waist.
Martel mentions that he only wants a fair shot at Candido, because he knows that he can beat him in the middle of the ring.
Martel talks about Tammy Fytch and how much of a factor she can be at ringside, and he’s found someone that will be able to keep Fytch out of the match, and make sure that she doesn’t interfere. That person is.

Martel mentions that wrestling fans around the world are familiar with Tina Moretti and she will be able to keep Tammy Fytch in her place.
Tina Moretti ends the interview, by giving Tammy Fytch a warning. “Stick your nose in the match, and you will lost that nose.”

Giant Warrior (With Tammy Fytch) defeats Todd Douglas following a fall away choke slam.
Following the match, the Giant Warrior is not finished. He throws Douglas to the outside and delivers another Fall Away slam on the protective mats on the floor. Several referees’s come out from the back and try to stop the Giant Warrior, but they can’t. He flips the mats off the floor exposing the concrete floor, and he sets up and unconscious Todd Douglas for another one, but out of the back comes Kurrgan charging down the ramp.
The Giant Warrior sees Kurrgan coming he releases Douglas and leaves for the dressing room. Owen Hart, Chris Benoit, Lance Storm also come out from the back to tend Douglas, who is out cold. They signal for a stretcher, as paramedics come down to ringside and tend to Douglas. As we go to commercial.

We return to Raymond Rougeau who is in the dressing room with the Giant Warrior and Tammy Fytch .
Fytch mentions that what happened to Douglas is just the beginning of what will happen to anybody that dares to mess with her men.
Warrior gives a warning to Kurrgan “Come Spring Madness Kurrgan, you will be destroyed.”

Return to ringside as they have Douglas loaded on the stretcher and begin to take him out of the arena. Tony Schivone and “Bulldog” Bob Brown send us to the ring for the next match.

Owen Hart & Chris Benoit defeats Well Dunn, when Hart got the submission with the Sharpshooter on Timothy Wells, as caught Steven Dunn in a Boston Crab.

Canadian Tag Team Title match up, Tony Anthony and Tracey Smothers defends against Owen Hart and Chris Benoit.
The Battle of the Giants will see Kurrgan battling the Giant Warrior.
Lance Storm will battle “Bad Boy” Eddie Watts in a NO DQ match.
