COMMERCIAL BREAK
"The Genius" Lanny Poffo telld us that the letter I stands for Intelligence. Something that he posesses more of than you.
Match: Beulah McGillicutty vs. Velvet McIntyre
Beulah McGillicutty has a good back and forth bout which sees several pin attempts before McGillicutty hits the Beulahsault for the win.
After the match we're brought the the Slammin' Saturdays set where Buck Zumhoff is flying solo. He says that he has a great guest this morning; former Women's Champion and 1995's PWI Female Wrestler of the Year; Beulah McGillicutty!
Beulah comes out and Buck tells her she's as beautiful as ever. McGillicutty says that's only because he just saw her this past Wednesday. She then talks to the kids in the audience about being a postive role model for girls around the country and how they should all be independent and treat themselves with integrity. Because that's what it takes to be a Champion and get what you want out of life. Which for Beulah will be winning the Women's Title next week at Wrestle Annual III! Buck then says speaking of independent; she should dump that Tommy Dreamer guy. She laughs and says she isn't dating either of the Tag-Team Champions. They're just friends.
The camera then cuts to a "Rocking 'N Rolling" segment where The Honky Tonk Man tells us to keep the theme going he's going to invite the kids at home to party with Cyndi Lauper and "Girls Just Want to Have Fun!"
COMMERCIAL BREAK
Welcoming us back from the last commercial break of the evening Buck Zumhoff and Captain Lou Albano bring us back in time for the Wrestling Rewind Main Event all the way back from February 9th, 1995 where at the Riverfront Coliseum in Cincinnati, Ohio then and current ECW Champion "The Enforcer" Arn Anderson fought "Macho Man" Randy Savage at the PPV event King of the Mountatin '95! For the first time on free TV!
Arn Anderson vs. Randy Savage
Savage is livid and paces the ring while eyeing Arn Anderson who heads down to the ring. Once inside he briefly poses with the belt before handing it over to acting referee S.D. Jones. The match is started and Randy Savage extends his hand to the Champ. Arn knows better however and hits Savage with a hard right. Randy looks stunned as Anderson delivers punch after punch driving him back across the ring into the ropes before whipping him across the ring and dropping the challenger with a kick to the gut. Randy rolls over to his knees and begins pleading with the Champ but AA isn't listening and keeps on hitting him as he backs him into the corner. He soon gets a surprise though when Randy drops his head between Anderson's leg and hoists him up onto the top turnbuckle head first. Anderson grabs hold of the turnbuckle while Savage grabs his legs and kicks him in the gut before dropping him. While "The Enforcer" hugs the turnbuckle Randy hammers on the Champs back until Davis breaks them up. Given somes air, Anderson turns about and walks right into a flapjack! Climbing onto Anderson Savage traps Arn in a headlock and works him over until Arn fights his way back up to his feet and hits Randy with a back body drop. Both men are down for several seconds before Savage sits up and shakes himself off in the corner. He eyes Arn up like a vulture as the Champ rises to his feet and charges across the ring looking for a flying high knee in the corner! Arn moves out of the way just in time and Randy smashes into it before tumbling out to the concrete floor below. Heading outside after him Arn picks Randy up and slams his head into the apron before climing back inside. He traps Randy is a rear chinlock until challenger begins putting his boot to canvas and fights his way out with a snapmare. He charges Anderson; but the Champ drops down low to the floor and his opponent runs the ropes instead. On the return Arn pops up and hits a deep armdrag sending Randy flying. Savage is quick to regain his foot and charges again only to fall victim to a second armdrag. Following "Macho Man" across the ring AA hits him with a knee drop before lifting to his feet and clubbing his back and neck. He then Irish whips Randy across the ring; but on the rebound Randy goes for a lariat takedown! He misses as Arn ducks under; but quickly comes back with a swinging neckbreaker that flattens "The Enforcer!" He goes for the pin. 1!...2!...
Arn kicks out! Savage and Anderson are soon both back on their feet and trading punches. Arn is clearly winning until Randy grabs his opponent by the arm and knees him in the gut before going for a suplex. Arn blocks it however and hits one of his own bridging it! 1!..2!...
Savage kicks out! Arn is sweating now as he grabs Savage by the legs and looks for the figure four! Randy however pushes his way free and climbing to his feet grabs the Champ in a headlock and begins hammering him in the head. Arn doesn't seem to know where he is and stumbles about; but "Mach Man" keeps on him until he whips him across the ring and charges in leaping over the ropes and nailing "The Enfocer" with a hairpull hangman! Arn drops back onto canvas while on the outside Savag hops up onto the turnbuckle and then like a cat onto the top rope! He launces off with a sprinboard flying elbow drop! And nobody's home! Arn rolled out of the way! Back on his feet AA grabs Savage's arm and wrenches it before dropping into an armbar! Randy screams in pain and clutches for the ropes! He wildly begins swinging at Anderson; but the Champ is holding tight! Savage grits his teeth as he inches his way towards the bottom rope! He has it! Arn is reluctant to release the hold but soon gives way to Jones' orders. Randy uses the ropes to pull himself up to his feet but Anderson is right there on him and begins hitting him with hard rights. When Anderson clubs him over the back of the head though Savage sees his chance and drops Arn with a shoulder thrust. He then delivers an elbow drop before realizing his mistake. He writhes on the floor holding the elbow he injured earlier and back up Arn scoops him up to his feet before hitting a back body drop on the challenger. Anderson makes the cover! 1!...2!...
Randy kicks out!Anderson is looking frustrated as he helps Savage to his feet and runs him into the turnbuckle! As Randy staggers back he swings around catching Arn with a forearm smash! He begins beating on the Champ and hammers him down to one knee. He quickly hoists the Champ up looking for the snap DDT! But Anderson blocks it! Pulling his head free "The Enforcer" attempts to lift "Macho Man" into the air; but he holds his ground. Arn Anderson is quick to begin kneeing Randy Savage in the side again and again until he looks a bit shaky and then he pulls him up into the air and hits a gutwrench suplex! Randy hits the canvas hard as Arn scrambles to make the cover! 1!...2!...3!
Anderson has defeated Savage! The Champ retains!
Lights Fade.
