Dark Matches:
Match 1
1 Fall 20 Minute Time Limit
RAT Patrol, Inc. member Johnny Rich met Ted Allen in the opening contest of the evening, and had to battle through an inspired effort from the former US Jr. Heavyweight Champ before turning the tide with a reversed swinging neck breaker, and Rich followed that up with the Party Ball Leg Drop delivered from the second rope on the inside @ 8’04

Match 2
1 Fall 20 Minute Time Limit
Lil Miss Sunshine’s boys, ‘Gorgeous’ Gary Young and the ‘Suicide Blonde’ Jack Victory seemed to be in the most awful of moods here as they took on ‘Golden Boy’ Jerry Grey and Frankie ‘Thumper’ Lancaster in an evenly fought, back and forth contest. Thumper picked up a couple of near falls in the contest, but the teamwork of Young and Victory prevented him from getting the three. Gary Young on the other hand made sure that he decked Frankie before tagging in Victory, keeping him from making the save when Jack hit his Diving Knee Drop from the ropes on Grey @ 16’12

Match 3
1 Fall 20 Minute Time Limit
Roy Lee Welch met up with one of the surging new comers on the block here in Southeastern Championship Wrestling, Bart Batten. Early on the veteran took advantage of Bart being accustomed to tagging out, and took the air out of his opponent. Batten battled back valiantly, and picked up several near falls himself, but the tag specialist was put away with the Welch family figure four leglock @ 10’10

Charlie Platt and Rick Stewart welcome everyone to another exciting edition of Southeastern Championship Wrestling! And fans what a week we’ve had. Mr. Wrestling II is once again, officially, the Southeastern Heavyweight Champion after a spectacular contest in Birmingham, Alabama. There is a great deal of fallout from that night, but first let’s bring out the new champion Mr. Wrestling II and his protégé III
Mr. Wrestling II holds up the Southeastern Heavyweight Championship proudly for all to see, and says that first and foremost he wants to proclaim right here for everyone to see that, III has officially graduated. He has reached black belt status. He has earned the right, and is now officially, Mr. Wrestling III. “The legacy Tim Woods created, and I expanded, will be carried on through this man!” Now, Mr. Wrestling II is not a man to come out here and blow his own horn or anything, but “I told ya so. I told all of you so!
“It was a conspiracy from top to bottom. SECW officials knew that none of their teeny-bopper, wannabe golden boys like the greasy Tonga Kid or the street fighting Austin Idol did not have what it took to wrestle this gold off the waist of Mr. Wrestling. So they did everything they could, including bring in the obviously jealous Lou Thesz to throw stumbling block after stumbling block in my way, and when the dust settled, Mr. Wrestling II prevailed. And I’m about to show you why Mr. Wrestling II will ALWAYS prevail.”
Match 1
Mr. Wrestling II defeated a very game Brad Batten in an entertaining TV match after planting him with a perfectly executed Million Dollar Knee Lift @ 6’14

ELO’S DON’T ME BRING DOWN brings the Houston County Farm Center to their feet as White Lightning makes his way to the ring, where the ever-impatient Jimmy Backlund once again informs the camera that he has places to go, people to see, and jobs to do; that punk Horner needed to pick up the pace!
Match 2
Backlund came to fight, and worked in a hurry. Which benefitted him early, but the ever talented Timmy Horner countered, and gave Backlund the damndest back drop you’ve ever seen before hitting nailing Jimmy with a cross body block off the top rope @ 8’47
After the bout Horner and the Armstrong clan, Bob, Brad, and Scott made their way to the interview desk where they delivered the news that after another week of tests and recovery, they have received word that Steve Armstrong is going to be out for the foreseeable future. That he is in good spirits and appreciates all the cards, letters, and prayers sent by the great fans here in the Southeast. Bob has to be brief because his throat has been giving him problems since the cane attack by double A last week, but he has to add that there is someone whose spirits won’t be too high for very long and that is Arn Anderson. Brad and Scott can’t wait to team up with their dad tonight to meet Anderson, Rose, and Stubbs.
And speak of the devils, the Tag Champs and Mr. Perfect have crashed the party. The Tennessee Stud being closely guarded by the South African Assassin Boomer T. Lynch is feeling rather boisterous, and is not keeping his feelings about the Armstrong family a secret. If the Stud Stable has their way, ole Stevie won’t be lonely for long; the rest of the Armstrong family will be joining him in the hospital real soon. And yes that does include the adopted Armstrong over there. Just as Fuller puts his finger in the face of Timmy Horner, Lynch catches Horner with a sucker punch erupting a brawl, it took quite a few wrestlers and referees to break these 8 up. Just as everything was seemingly settling down, Anderson grabs a handful of the Bullet’s curly brown hair, and DRIVES HIS ALREADY INJURED THROAT ON TO THE EDGE OF THE TABLE!
Bob Armstrong hits the concrete floor in a heap clutching on his throat and flopping around like a fish out of water

A shocked Charlie Platt and Rick Stewart go over what just occurred before the break, and say that Bob Armstrong was in a great deal of pain, they do not want to speculate on the extent of his injuries at this early of a stage, but they’re certain he won’t be able to compete in the arena audience’s 6 man main event with his remaining two sons. Stewart adds that the Stud Stable appears to be backing up their threat to send all the Armstrong’s to the hospital.
At this time they’d like to introduce a new tag team to the area, Tom Prichard and Marty Jannetty, collectively known as the Midnight Rebels. The guys say they want to send their best to all of the Armstrong’s, and that they’ve always respected that family, and it’s a shame what’s being done to them. The Armstrongs and the Stud Stable are exactly why Tommy and Marty decided to bring their talents to Alabama and Mississippi. They’ve been wrestling tag teams across this country, and all that everyone talks about is how hot the tag team action is down in the Southeast. Prichard and Jannetty have each held their share of tag team gold, with other partners, and that they came together as a representation of what this generation is capable of athletically. They can do things in the ring that cannot be duplicated by any other tag team in wrestling, and they came to the tag team capital of professional wrestling to prove it!
BILLY JOEL’S REBEL YELL blasts and the duo quickly makes their way to the ring where the mysterious Mr. Sato and Mr. Naka of Japan are awaiting
Match 3
These two teams really went all out in this encounter. Mr. Sato is a former champion across the globe in multiple weight classes, and presents a great deal of problems to Prichard and Jannetty. His partner, the young and exciting Mr. Naka posses a unique offensive arsenal as well, but his inexperience provided openings that Mr. Sato’s didn’t, and when Tommy and Marty put their foot on the gas, they’re hard to beat. The Midnight Rebels got the Civic Center rocking and finished Naka off when Prichard back body dropped him into the waiting arms of Jannetty who power bombed him down to the mat with extra momentum @ 7’17
Platt says to be sure and come back after the break, there is a few minutes of airtime left and they will fill it with as much of the Jimmy Golden vs Tonga Kid arena bout as they could, we’ll be right back

The Tonga Kid and Jimmy Golden match was already underway when we returned from break, and TK was getting the better of the fight, and planted Golden with a perfect dropkick, nearly picking up the pinfall before the credits finished rolling…
DARK MATCHES:
Semi-Final
1 Fall 60 Minute Time Limit
Jimmy Golden regrouped after the early onslaught of the Tonga Kid, and battled back. Each man blames the other for their loss in the survival elimination Southeastern Heavyweight Championship match and fought like it. Golden couldn’t put Kid away and grew frustrated, but luckily for him he had the Tennessee Stud at ringside that had been pestering TK for the entire match, finally stuck his nose a little too close to the action and the Tonga Kid got his hands on the Stud! That momentary distraction was all that Jimmy Golden needed to blast TK in the kidney with his size 13 boot, and drop his knee across his throat for good measure before wrapping up both legs and put his feet on the ropes for additional leverage to pick up the win @ 22’16
MAIN EVENT
1 FALL 60 MINUTE TIME LIMIT
Scott Armstrong and the Lightning Express
VS
Mr. Perfect Jerry Stubbs and the Southeastern Tag Team Champions Arn Anderson and Pat Rose
This one was originally scheduled for Bob Armstrong to team with the two sons remaining in SECW, but Arn Anderson took care of that earlier in the evening. White Lightning Tim Horner, in his second match of the evening, filled in for the Bullet and was the focal point of the Stud Stable’s attack. Scott and Brad were seeing red for most of the contest and weren’t in the mood to display much of their wrestling acumen. Anderson, Stubbs, and Rose played on those emotions and took advantage of each opportunity that the emotional Armstrong Bros. provided them with. Brad had Anderson ready to put away after planting him with his Side Russian Leg Sweep, but instead of going for the cover he proceeded to blast right hands into the face of one half of the tag champs. Stubbs and Rose came in once again, this time met by Scott and Horner. In a wild conclusion, Scott Armstrong was taking some of his frustrations out on Jerry Stubbs, and Double A was able to plant Timmy Horner with a devastating spinebuster. In the melee Pat Rose caught Brad with The Tennessee Stud’s trusty cane. After Stubbs and Rose cleared the ring, Anderson ran his thumb across his throat, slapped the taste out of Brad’s mouth and planted him face first with his Ghordbuster front suplex for the 1…..2……..3 @ 31’13
