" . . . . . . . TERRY BAM BAM GORDY! “Freebird” plays and here comes Bam Bam! Terry thanks the AWA for bringing him back home to Tennessee, and puts over some of the other competitors. . .Austin Idol . . . Eddie Gilbert . . .Tully Blanchard . . . and Mr. Saito, but says it is now his time, he wants to be the first ever wrestler to hold the UWF and AWA world heavyweight titles! Dutch Mantell: “Not so fast, Big Man, because your first round opponent is none other than . . ABDULLAH THE BUTCHER! Terry: “Remember one thang Mister Dutch Mantell, once a Freebird, always a Freebird, and if there is one more thang a Freebird loves more than a good party, IT’S A GREAT FIGHT, and that what ah expect from the Butcher, a great fight, and when ah get done dragging it out with the Butcher all that’s gonna do is get this good ‘ol boy ALL FIRED UP TO BEAT THE REST OF HIS OPPONENTS OCTOBER 10 IN NASHVILLE AND WIN THE AWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE FOR THE PEOPLE OF TINNOSSEE! Chris thanks Terry and turns to his announcing duties: “In the ring at this time at 234 pounds from Surf City USA, SURFER RAY ODYSSEY! “And his opponent. . .. lead to the ring by his manger, Hunter Q. Robbins III, uh, oh, someone might need to bring Mr. Gordy back here, out of the aisle . . . . . . . . . . “ . . . . . . at 515 pounds FROM THE SUDAN: . . . . . . . . . . . . ABDULLAH THE BUTCHER!  IT’S TOO LATE! WHAT A MISCUE FORM THE TV PRODUCERS AS ABBY AND BAM BAM ARE BELLY TO BELLY, NOSE TO NOSE IN THE AISLE! TERRY WON’T BACK DOWN! ABBY WONT STEP ASIDE AS BAM BAM LEANS RIGHT INTO BUTCHERS FACE, AND STARTS JAWJACKING WITH HIM WITH A BIG SMIRK ON HIS FACE! THERE WON'T BE A NOVEMBER 10TH! ITS ALL GONNA GO DOWN HERE TODAY ON AWA SOUTHERN CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING! Hunter, trying to save his man for the tournament, gets between the two, and somehow convinces Abby to step aside, and Bam Bam smirks and jawkjacks with him some more, before finally heading to the dressing room, BUT LOOK AT ABBY, HE HAS HIS BACK TURNED TO THE RING, AND KEEPS GLARING AT BAM BAM AS BAM BAM BACKPEDALS TO THE DRESSING ROOM, EGGING THE BAD MAN FROM THE SUDAN INTO A FIGHT! It is only until Terry Gordy is completely gone from the arena is Hunter Q. able to convince Abdullah to go to the ring, where he enters, and IMMEDIATELY GOES RIGHT AFTER SURFER RAY, IN A BLOODY RAMPAGE! ABDULLAH THE BUTCHER w/Hunter Q. Robbins III v SURFER RAY ODYSSEYButcher totally ignores the referee’s instructions as he utilizes a plastic fork and BLOODIES ODYSSEY’S FOREHEAD, and Odyssey'S bleach blonde hair becomes a red mop! Finally, Butcher disdainfully throws a bloodied Odyssey out of the ring! Chris: “Good god, this maniac just gets meaner and more sadistic with age! Dutch: “See Ray Odyssey? He just insulted the Butcher by having the temerity to step in the ring with him. But what Terry Gordy just did was WORSE. Imagine what is going to happen to Terry Bam Bam Gordy October 10 in Nashville! Chris: “With all due respect to Surfer Ray Odyssey and anyone brave enough to step into the ring with Abdullah the Butcher or any wrestler for that matter, Dutch, that is not Terry Gordy that Abdullah the Butcher is toying with right now! Abby makes no attempt to pin Odyssey, instead settles for a COUNT OUT! Abby wins the match, BUT IS NOT DONE, HE STEPS OUTSIDE THE RING, AND THROWS ODYSSEY INTO A GUARDRAIL, And THEN SLAMS A STEEL CHAIR ON HIS BACK! Chris: “This . . . this is an unfortunate way to start the program, fans, we will be right back as we check on the condition of Ray . . . OH NO, NOT AGAIN! ABBY RAMS POOR RAY’S HEAD INTO THE RINGPOST, BEFORE HEADING TO THE BACK! . . . . . . . . . . BREAK . . . . . . . . Chris is ringside and introduces: . . . . . . . . . . . TULLY BLANCHARD! Tully comes to the ringside area to applause! Tully: “October 10 is going to be a special night for me, Chris Cruise, because while I have rode with the Four Horsemen, held the NWA AND WWF World tag team titles with Double A, fought for the United States Heavyweight Championship against Dusty Rhodes, and rubbed shoulders with movies stars and celebrities of all types, I have NEVER ever won a World Heavyweight title. Well, that is all gonna change October 10 because Tully Blanchard is clean and sober, tanned, rested, and in the best shape of his life, and to top it all off, I am gonna have someone VERY special and dear to my heart by my aide. Eddie: “WEEEEELL Crispy Cruiser, lets just say that Hotstuff International is EXPANDING its corporate activities to here in the AWA, and with the First Lady at my side, and Jack Victory and Mr. Hughes watching my back, there is NOTHING stopping me from winning the AWA title and RULING ALL OF WRESTLING! In the ring, Joey and Chazz put on a spirited fight, but they are clearly outsized by the bigger Jacko and Mr. Hughes! Missy: “Crispy Cruiser, Eddie is the handsomest, and best wrestler ever, and the AWA should be PROUD to have him as their world champion! With that, Mr. Hughes chokeslams Chazz for the pin! Eddie and Missy take off their headsets and go into the ring to congratulate the other half of Hotstuff International! Chris: “I don’t know what Eddie Gilbert's intentions are as it pertains to this new tag team of Jack Victory and Mr. Hughes, but there is no denying they make a very formidable tag team! But lat week to not step aside, respectfully, for the greatest, most vicious athlete this world has ever seen is a fatal mistake, and one in which you shall pay for in buckets of your own blood if you show up in the ring in Nashville. See, Terry Gordy, Abdullah the Butcher doesn’t punish his opponents in the ring because he is sadistic. No, for see it is because he does not value human life, or the well being of his opponents. Chris: “That match will be an opening round match in the AWA World Heavyweight title tournament, Kevin Nortchutt is in the ring right now, awaiting another of the eight participants! . . . . . .”HOTSTUFF” by Donna Summer plays, and HERE HE COMES, WITH MISSY HYATT ON HIS ARM, and leads to the ring by Jack Victory and Mr. Hughes, EDDIE GILBERT! EDDIE GILBERT w/Missy Hyatt, Jack Victory and Mr. Hughes v KEVIN NORTHCUTTEddie is all class at the beginning of the match, shaking Northcutts hand, clean breaks, even helping Nortcutt up, and even letting him escape from a hold. At ringside, Missy jumps up and down and yells encouragement, and pats Jack and Mr. Hughes on the back, who nod at her. But you know Eddie’s demeanor was just an act, as he throws Northcutt out of the ring, distracts the ref, AND JACKO AND MR. HUGHES PUT THE BOOTS TO KEVIN! Chris: “This is a bit unneccessary. Eddie then goes over and tells the boys to stop the abuse, to ease up, and asks them to throw poor Northcutt in the ring! Eddie helps Kevin up, asks if he is OK . . . . THEN FOREARMS HIM INTO A CORNER, AND WHIPS HIM INTO THE OTHER CORNER! EDDIE CHARGES: NORTHCUTT MOVES OUT OF THE WAY, AND EDDIE HITS THE TURNBUCKLE, NORTHCUTT WITH THE ROLLUP: 1 . . . 2 . . MISSY SCREAMS . . . . . . . . . . EDDIE KICKS OUT, AND KEVIN NORTHCUTT IS A HOUSE OF FIRE, AND THE ROOKIE DROPKICKS EDDIE, THEN BOUNCES OFF THE ROPES: EDDIE DUCKS, NORTHCUTT OFF THE OTHER ROPES: QUICK AS A CAT EDDIE WITH KNEE RIGHT TO NORTHCUTTS BELLY, THEN A DDT! AND THROWS HIM OUT OF THE RING, AND EDDIE, MISSY, JACKO AND HUGHES ALL ENJOY A LAFF! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Chris: “Fans, I can guarantee you that Eddie Gilbert will NOT be throwing ANY of his opponents out of the ring like that this Monday night! There will be tag team action Monday night, let’s hear from one of those teams right now: Jimmy Jack Funk and Hare Krishna, managed by Bobby Bowden’s nephew, SCOTT Bowden! . . . . . . WINNER FACES EDDIE GILBERT IN THE SEMI-FINALS The bell rings and ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE as Abby immediately attacks Gordy before the bell, paying him back for his perceived insult when Bam Bam would not step aside 2 weeks ago on TV! But Terry battles back, and lands some haymakers on the Big Bad Man from the Sudan, until Abby pulls out a pencil, and jabs Gordy in the forehead, and the referee does not see it, and Gordy is busted open, and Abby throws Gordy out of the ring! Abby gives chase, and takes a chair and swings it at Gordy- GORDY DUCKS, AND KICKS ABBY IN THE BELLY, AND POSTS HIM, DRAWING BLOOD, WE HAVE A DOUBLE JUICE SPECIAL! Gordy then sees Abby's pencil laying on the ground, picks it up, and goes to Abby but the referee stops him, and as Gordy and the ref wrestle over the pencil: ABDULLAH THE BUTCHER BULL-RUSHES BOTH OF THEM KNOCKING DOWN THE REFEREE AND WAILS ON GORDY! That’s it, the referee ORDERS THE BELL RUNG THIS WILL BE A DOUBLE DISQUALIFICATION, AND BOTH MEN ARE OUT OF THE TOURNAMENT! Chris: “Therefore fans, our next match will determine Mr. Gilberts opponent . . . WAIT! . . . . . . . . . . . . “HOTSTUFF” PLAYS OVER THE LOUDSPEAKER, AND HERE COMES EDDIE GILBERT, WITH MISSY HYATT ON HIS ARM, AND WITH MR. HUGHES AND JACK VICTORY BEHIND HIM! Mr. Hughes is carrying his trademark hat in his arm. A referee follows him, shaking his head disapporvingly. Eddie takes the house mike from Chris: “NOW HOOOOOOOLD ON THERE, Mister Announcer Man! You are right, both Terry Gordy and Abdullah the Butcher are out of this title tournament, but when I beat either Tully Blanchard or Austin Idol later tonight, you know what they are both gonna say, right? ‘It wasn’t fair—Eddie Gilbert only wrestled one match, I had to wrestle two!’ “Well, I don’t wants ANYONE to have any doubt as to what kind of man Eddie Gilbert is and what kind of World Heavyweight Champion I will be, therefore, to make it fair, I am taking on a match, right here, right now, to ONE lucky wrestler who tonight, will get a chance to wrestle and who knows—even beat? ---the FUTURE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION! “Mr. Hughes, if you will give me that hat--- ladies and gentlemen, in this hat are the names of all the other wrestlers in the back, but right here, right now only ONE will get a chance to wrestle the great Eddie Gilbert! The referee, shaking his head in disgusts, order the bell rung and we are underway! With that, Eddie and Jack lock up--- . . . . . . WAIT! JACK GRABS HIS BACK, AND COLLAPSES TO THE FLOOR, YELLING ‘MY BACK! MY BACK!’. Eddie checks on Jack, who then lays on the mat in apparent agony, Eddie covers him, the ref shaking his head in disgust, hits the mat: 1 . . . .2 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 3!! WINNER, EDDIE GILBERT, 7 SECONDS Eddie jumps up and down in joy, but then he, Mr. Hughes and Missy Hyatt check on Jack Victory, who slowly gets up, shaking his head, he is OK and he and Eddie shake hands and hugs Eddie than asks for the house mike: Eddie: “HE’S OKAY, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! HE’S OKAY, WHAT A COMPETITOR, LETS HEAR IT FOR JACK VICTORY! THE FANS BOO AT THIS SHAM! Eddie: “There you have it fans, now things will be fair and square when I beat either Austin or Tully later tonight! Jack, thank you for giving me a chance to prove why I will be the best AWA champion ever, and better luck next time!
9. AWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE TOURNAMENT
SEMIFINAL, MATCH #2
AUSTIN IDOL V TULLY BLANCHARD w/Baby DollThe bell rings, both men shake hands, and both wrestlers entertain the fans, first with Tully strutting around the ring, then Austin Idol posing. They lock up and Idol shoves Tully into the corner with his strength, then poses, Tully comes at Idol with his dukes up, but the ref puts the brakes on that! They lock up again, Tully with some cheap shots and he gets the advantage, and then takes Austin down, and both men go on to treat the fans to a mat clinic for the next several minutes. At the 15 minute mark, the mat wrestling turns to brawling again as Tully with a cheap shot in Austin’s mid section, but Austin turns it around with a punch, and a brawl breaks out between these two legends! Austin gets the better of it, and with a dazed Tully in the middle of the ring, he bounces off the ring ropes and plants an elbow on Tully, knocking him to the mat, Austin then gets over Tully— BLANCHARD PULLS THE TIGHTS AND IDOL FLOPS THROUGH THE ROPES TO THE FLOOR BELOW! Tully come out, and AUSTIN IS CLEARLY STUNNED, and Tully goes for a suplex on the hard concrete floor of the Nashville Arena! . . . . . WAIT! AUSTIN BLOCKS IT, AND GOES FOR a suplex: HE NAILS IT, AND TULLY BLANCHARD LANDS BACK FIRST ON TOP OF THE CONCRETE FLOOR! FANS, THIS MATCH HIS OVER! Austin then throws Tully into the ring, and goes for the rollup, but an elbow drop first: HE MISSES AS TULLY HAS THE WHEREWITHAL TO ROLL OUT! Austin has had enough, and PUTS TULLY IN THE LAS VEGAS LEGLOCK! TULLY IS IN IT, HE IS TRAPPED, BUT WAIT, WITH BABY DOLL SCREAMING, HE IS INSPIRED TO GET HIS HAND ON THE ROPES, AND IDOL IS FORCED TO BREAK THE HOLD! Tully is wobbled, and barely gets to his feet when Idol kicks at his leg, and poses, and points at Tully, which draws mixed reactions from the crowd, some who are now siding with Tully’s never say die attitude! Austin the picks up Tully and nails him with a Russian leg sweep, and then covers him: 1 . . . 2 . . . . TULLY KICKS OUT! Idol slaps his hands on the mat, in frustration, then goes for a DDT, but Tully slips out of it and shoulder tackles Idol in the gut, and backs him into a corner, and with some reserve from somewhere pounds Idol with kicks punches and fists as the crowd loves it, Idol covers up, then throws back some battery of his own, and punches Tully in the face, and Tully dukes up, collapses to the mat, Idol then goes for the Las Vegas leglocks again, but wait! TULLY KICKS IDOL IN THE FACE, ROLLS OVER, AND GRABS IDOLS LEGS, AND ALLIGATOR CLUTCHES HIM: THE REF COUNTS: 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . . . . . THREE!!! TULLY BLANCHARD HAS A CHANCE TO WIN HIS FIRST WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP!

TULLY BLANCHARD HAS A CHANCE TO WIN HIS FIRST WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP!AUSTIN CANT BELIEVE IT, AS BABY DOLL FLIES INTO THE RING, AND CHECKS ON AN EXHAUSTED TULLY, IDOL COMPLAINS THE REF WITH THE PULLING ON THE TIGHTS STORY, THEN CLAIMS A PULLED HAIR, no says the referee, you lost fair and square, so Idol comes over to Tully who is still being helped up by Baby Doll: . . . . . . AUSTIN IDOL RAISES HIS HAND IN VICTORY, AND SHAKES HIS HAND! WHAT A SPORTING GESTURE FROM THE UNIVERSAL HEARTTHROB AS IT WILL BE TULLY BLANCHARD AND EDDIE GILBERT TO DECIDE THE NEW AWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION! WINNER, TULLY BLANCHARD, 24:47 8. JACK VICTORY + MR. HUGHES V ICEMAN KING PARSONS + KENDALL WINDHAMBefore the match, the referee questions Jack Victory if he is ready to wrestle, since he hurt his back, as we saw in his match" with Eddie Gilbert. Jack suddenly winces, and grabs his back, and says yes, referee I am OK I will wrestle anyway. What a joke. It is a tough see-saw back and forth match, but in the end Hughes nails Kendall with a chokeslam for the win at 12:10!
WE WILL TAKE A SECOND INTERMISSION TO ALLOW THE TWO FINALISTS FOR THE AWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP TO REST
9. AMERICAN ASSOCIATION WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
ONE FALL TO A FINISH, THERE MUST BE A WINNER
TULLY BLANCHARD w/Baby Doll V EDDIE GILBERT w/Missy HyattTully enters first, and while he puts a brave face, you can tell he is exhausted and will have a tremendous disadvantage to Eddie Gilbert. “Hotstuff” plays and here he is with Missy on his arm, looking supremely confident, HOTSTUFF EDDIE GILBERT! HOTSTUFF ENTERS THE RING, AND GETS ONE knee with his sunglasses on, and preens for the crowd, as Tully looks on from his corner, encouraged by Baby Doll. The bell rings and we are underway, and Eddie starts by showing off how much more in shape he is, dancing, doing pushups and jogging in place. Tully knows he is the more exhausted man, and challenges Eddie anyway, Eddie goes after Tully, TULLY WITH AN ARM DRAG! EDDIE, INCREDULOUS AND WILD EYED GOES AFTER TULLY AGAIN, HIP TOSS! EDDIE GOES AFTER TULLY AGAIN, AND TULLY KNOCKS EDDIE SILLY WITH RIGHT CROSS, THEN A SHAKE AND BAKE WITH THIS FISTS, AND A COMBO, AND EDDIE COLLAPSES TO THE RING ROLLS OUT, AND IS IN MISSY ARMS LOOKING FOR COMFORT OUTSIDE THE RING AS TULLY BASKS IN THE FANS APPLAUSE! Eddie seems as if he is ready to wrestle again, but stalls as Tully, now fired up, snatches at him very time he tries to enter the ring, finally Eddie steps through after given clearance by the ref, but its Tully who is the aggressor with a knee lift to Eddie’s face, and its Tully who is the aggressor with kicks, stomps and punches! Its all Tully as he forces a stunned Gilbert o the mat, but Eddie finally escapes, and pokes Blanchard in the eyes, then a knee to Tully’s stomach, and Eddie with an armbar, and he starts jawkjacking with the crowd, wearing Blanchard down. The fans chant for Tully, but each time Tully tries to make a comeback, Eddie kicks him back down to size, until at the 15th minute of the match, Eddie throws Tully into a corner, and charges him, the clever Blanchard steps aide, and Eddie flies into the turnbuckle! Blanchard falls to the mat, checking his lip, then gets up and NAILS EDDIE WITH A BULLDOG! THE CROWD IS ON ITS FEET, AND TULLY COVERS: 1 . . . . 2 . . . . MISSY PUTS EDDIES FOOT ON THE ROPE! THE REF DIDN’T SEE MISSY, BUT SEES THE FOOT, AND MISSY HYATT MAY HAVE JUST SAVED EDDIE GILBERT THE AWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE! Tully pulls himself up on the ropes and stomps on Eddie, then rolls him up: 1 . . . . 2 . . . . EDDIE KICKS OUT! Tully off the ropes, BODY BLOCK ON EDDIE, takes Eddie down, 1 . . . . 2 . . . . . MISSY HYATT IS ON THE RING APRON, BARKING AT THE REF! THE REF IS DISTRACTED, MEANWHILE, TULLY HAS GILBERT PINNED, 3 . . . 4 . . . . . 6, its no use, Tully lets go of Gilbert and turns his attention to Missy and the ref, and the distraction allows Eddie to gets behind Tully, schoolboy him: 1 . . . 2 . . TULLY REVERSES THE ROLLUP, THE REF SEES IT: 1 . . . . . . . 2 . . . . . . . EDDIES THROWS OFF TULLY, THEN STANDS UP AND NAILS BLANCHARD WITH A CLOTHESLINE! DAMMIT! TULLY BLANCHARD HAD THE AWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE WON TWICE BY NOW! But at the end of the day, Eddie is still the fresher man, and Eddie nails Tully with two suplexes, and then covers Tully: 1 . . . 2 . . TULLY KICKS OUT! Eddie then NAILS Tully with a second DDT, makes the cover: 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . . THREE!!!

This is a moment I have dreamed of for a few years now, the moment when we could proudly say that the AWA has a World Heavyweight Champion once again, and that man is you, Eddie Gilbert, and it is my honor and privilege to award you my final AWA World Heavyweight title belt, and I bid you, wear it PROUDLY. Eddie: “Mister Verne Gagne, to be remembered on the same list as yourself, Nick Bockwinkel, Rick Martel . . who I beat tonight, Mr. Saito and all the many greats who have held this belt . . THIS is the greatest night of my life! “Tully Blanchard, you wrestled one hell of a match, but the bottom line is, you weren’t good enough to beat Eddie Gilbert, and THAT makes me number one, and let me say this right now to everyone watching this today----BRET HART . . . Chris: “Fans, to his credit, Eddie Gilbert defeated former AWA World Heavyweight Champion RICK MARTEL in round one of the AWA World Heavyweight title tournament at AWA: REVIVIAL, but then, Terry Gordy and Abdullah the Butcher got double disqualified leaving Mr. Gilbert with a bye in the semi-finals, leaving him with an exhausted Tully Blanchard in the final match for the belt. I have to be fair---it's not Eddie Gilbert's fault that Terry Gordy and the Buthcer were knocked out leaving him no opponent, but, as this show opened, Eddie claims he wrestled a "competitive" match anyway, just to make it fair for Tully Blanchard. Eddie takes the house mike from Chris: “NOW HOOOOOOOLD ON THERE, Mister Announcer Man! You are right, both Terry Gordy and Abdullah the Butcher are out of this title tournament, but when I beat either Tully Blanchard or Austin Idol later tonight, you know what they are both gonna say, right? ‘It wasn’t fair—Eddie Gilbert only wrestled one match, I had to wrestle two!’

Tully is wobbled, and barely gets to his feet when Idol kicks at his leg, and poses, and points at Tully, which draws mixed reactions from the crowd, some who are now siding with Tully’s never say die attitude!
Austin the picks up Tully and nails him with a Russian leg sweep, and then covers him:

WINNER FACES EDDIE GILBERT IN THE SEMI-FINALS
The bell rings and ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE as Abby immediately attacks Gordy before the bell, paying him back for his perceived insult when Bam Bam would not step aside 2 weeks ago on TV!
But Terry battles back, and lands some haymakers on the Big Bad Man from the Sudan, until Abby pulls out a pencil, and jabs Gordy in the forehead, and the referee does not see it, and Gordy is busted open, and Abby throws Gordy out of the ring! Abby gives chase, and takes a chair and swings it at Gordy- GORDY DUCKS, AND KICKS ABBY IN THE BELLY, AND POSTS HIM, DRAWING BLOOD, WE HAVE A DOUBLE JUICE SPECIAL! Gordy then sees Abby's pencil laying on the ground, picks it up, and goes to Abby but the referee stops him, and as Gordy and the ref wrestle over the pencil:
ABDULLAH THE BUTCHER BULL-RUSHES BOTH OF THEM KNOCKING DOWN THE REFEREE AND WAILS ON GORDY! That’s it, the referee ORDERS THE BELL RUNG THIS WILL BE A DOUBLE DISQUALIFICATION, AND BOTH MEN ARE OUT OF THE TOURNAMENT! But Gordy and the Butcher give the fans their money's worth and are not finished with each other, as Gordy and Butcher brawl into the seats, and to the back!
RESULT: DOUBLE DISQUALIFICATION, 5:45[/b] Chris: “Fans, as a result of that match, and we hate to keep harping on it, Eddie Gilbert earned a second round bye on his way to defeating Tully Blanchard in the finals for the AWA World heavyweight title. What will happen when Terry Gordy and Abdullah the Butcher try and throw each other into a boiling pot of water? How will the Tully Blanchard versus Eddie Gilbert be different now that there has been rest? Who will win the AWA WORLD TAG TEAM TITLES? Who is truly the ‘master’: Austin Idol or The Maestro? TERRY “BAM BAM” GORDY V ABDULLAH THE BUTCHER w/Hunter Q. Robbins IIIA huge, huge kettle powered by an extension cord is wheeled to ringside! Steam is coming out of holes in the lid! Abdullah the Butcher is first, lead to the ring by Hunter Q. Hunter points to the kettle, and Abby sees it, takes his headdress off, and smiles and licks his lips, HE APPROVES OF WHAT HE THINKS WILL BE A HALLOWEEN MEAL! Terry Gordy comes out next to “Train Train” by Blackfoot, then looks at the kettle with his hands on his hips, then opens the kettle, and backs off from the steam in his face! WOW! WAIT! BUTCHER FROM BEHIND! HE SUNDAYS GORDY, THEN THROWS HIM INTO THE GUARDRAIL; AND KARATE THRUSTS HIM IN THE THROAT! BUTCHER THEN THROWS GORDY TOWARDS THE BOILING HOT KETTLE. . . . . . . . . . . . GORDY SLIDES BEFORE HE GETS IN TOUCH WITH IT, AND ABBY GETS BEHIND HIM, AND TAKES THE EXTENSION CORD TO IT, AND STRANGLES BAM BAM WITH IT! THE REFEREE IS DESPERATE TO BREAK UP THE TWO, AND TRIES TO WREST THE CORD OUT OF ABBY'S HANDS! Abby finally lets go, and turns his attention to the referee! ABBY POINTS AT THE REF, THEN THE KETTLE: IS HE GOING TO THROW THE REF IN TO THE KETTLE? THE REF IS QUICK TO BACK PEDDLE AWAY FROM ABBY, AND POINT TO THE RING demanding he turn his attentions toward the task at hand! But the distraction helps Gordy, who gets behind Abby and BULL RUSHES HIM FROM BEHIND INTO THE RINGPOST, AND BLOOD TRICKLES DOWN ABBY’S HEAD, and Abby, in an effort to escape Gordy’s wrath, waddles into the ring. Gordy gathers his senses, and follows him in, BUT IT’S A TRAP, ABBY IS THERE WAITING WITH A PENCIL, WHICH HE JABS INTO GORDY FOREHEAD, AND GORDY IS A BLOODY MESS! The ref tries to find the pencil, but Butcher is like Houdini, and keeps hiding it, finally throwing Gordy out of the ring! Butcher throws the pencil to Hunter who hides it in his jacket, and then exits the ring, and takes a chair, and shots Gordy in the back, then drags HIM BY HIS HAIR TO THE KETTLE! ABBY TRIES TO OPEN THE DOOR WITH HIS OTHER HAND, BUT GORDY PUTS HIS HANDS ON THE DOOR, AND A TUG OF WAR STARTS! Finally, Gordy elbows Abby in the gut, and escapes a fate worse than death! Gordy then throws some punches at Abby and then clotheslines the big man to the floor! He punches at the cuts, and then in a headlock frog-marches Abby to the kettle, and opens the door, and IS GOING TO THROW ABDULLAH IN! --------NO! HUNTER Q. ROBBINS JUMPS GORDY ON THE BACK! GORDY TURNS AROUND AND GRABS THE PESKY MANAGER BY THE LAPELS, OPENS THE KETTLE LID, AND IS ABOUT THE THROW HIM IN THE KETTLE! DO IT, TERRY DO IT! NO!
