Dark Matches:
Match 1
In a battle of veterans, Jerry Oates took on Roy Lee Welch in a back and forth contest. Welch had things under control in the early going, but Oates was able to fight back. Roy Lee’s attempt at the Welch Family Leg Lock was reversed into a Figure Four of Oates’ own; Welch couldn’t reach the ropes and was forced to submit @ 12’14

Match 2
Special Attraction
In another visit to Alabama, Tom Prichard took on Ted Allen in a contest between possible leading contenders for the US JR Heavyweight Title. Allen had things well in hand, but the perseverance of Prichard shone through as he ended up putting Allen away with a running knee to the temple in corner @ 16’22

Match 3
LED ZEPPELIN’S BLACK DOG led out Miss Sunshine and her boys, the ‘Suicide Blonde’ Jack Victory and ‘Gorgeous’ Gary Young. The Farm Center came alive as GEORGE CLINTON’S ATOMIC DOG brought out the Alabama Heavyweight Champion Porkchop Cash and his protégé from Southaven, MS, Brickhouse Brown. In a stellar tag team encounter that had a little bit of everything, The Gorgeous One was finally able to one-up the Chopper after Cash was distracted by Victory attacking Brick on the outside. Young rolled up Cash, and grabbed a handful of tights to secure the victory at 14’22

Match 4
Brad and Bart Batten drew a tall order in their Alabama debut as KISS’ GODS OF THUNDER brought out Speed and Flash, the Nightmares, but the Batten Twins proved why they have been one of the most sought after tag teams in wrestling, hanging with the Nightmares every step of the way. Midway through the contest TIM HORNER made his way to ringside and began jawing with Flash, and whiles the referee was doing his best to keep the masked men in the ring, BRAD ARMSTRONG hopped the guard rail, and assisted the Battens in pulling off the Nightmare’s trademark switcheroo! Enabling Brad to roll up Speed in an inside cradle to pick up the upset victory @ 21’44.
After the contest The Lightning Express celebrated with the Battens and the Nightmares were flipping their wigs pleading their case to official Bobby Simmons but their complaints fell on deaf ears!

Charlie Platt and Rick Stewart welcome everyone to another exciting hour of Southeastern Championship Wrestling! They announced that SECW President and liaison to the NWA, the venerable LOU THESZ would be on hand today to personally announce some type of resolution to the Southeastern Heavyweight Championship situation and…
The Tennessee Stud and Jimmy Golden swagger out with The Flame and Boomer T. Lynch in tow, they interrupt saying they know exactly what Mr. Thesz ought to do, and that is hand Jimmy Golden the strap! Not only is Jimmy the best wrestler in Alabama, and rightful #1 Contender to the NWA World Heavyweight Championship, but he pinned Austin Idol clean in the middle of the ring this past week, and best the Stud could tell, gives his cousin proper claim to the SECW Heavyweight Title!
ELO’S DON’T BRING ME DOWN blares across the PA system and the crowd erupts as
RAT Patrol, Inc. makes their way to the set. The Tonga Kid says that he’s not sure where Golden and Fuller get the right to come out here and shoot their mouth off like that, but TK has been chasing Wrestling II all across Alabama and Mississippi for months, jumped and injured by he and III at every turn because II is scared that what happened this past week would happen in any fair match, and that is that TK would pin his shoulders to the mat.
TK says there are no hard feelings between he and Austin Idol, the Dr.’s were not going to let Kid compete that night anyway, and it’s never a bad time to see II take a whooping. But if anyone deserves to be considered in the Southeastern Heavyweight Title picture it’s the Tonga Kid! Wrestling II has done everything in his power to avoid putting the title on the line against him, and in their first singles match in months, Kid pinned him clean!
Platt hates to interrupt, especially with emotions running so high, but he and Stewart ask for some decorum as the first match is set and ready to go…

Match 1
Frankie ‘Thumper’ Lancaster has been making a name for himself in Alabama recently, and took on Southern Rasslin vet. ‘Marvelous’ Marvin Turner in a competitive contest. Turner gave the youngster all he could handle, but the power advantage was more than Marv could overcome, and Lancaster put him away with a running powerslam @ 6’16

RUSH’S LIMELIGHT brings out Brad Armstrong and Tim Horner, the Lightning Express to a big reaction. They stop by at the set and ask Platt and Stewart if they saw The Nightmares get a taste of their own medicine earlier? As Platt and Stewart are explaining what happened earlier in the evening to the fans at home, the Lightning Express’ opponents in the ring are tired of waiting!
Jimmy Backlund and the ‘Ragin’ Bull’ Randy Barber are not patient men, and could not care any less about what Timmy and Bradley have going on with those Nightmares. Backlund and Barber have places to be, and jobs to do, and the Lightning Express need to pick up the pace, juniors!
Match 2
The team in High Demand across the country talked a big game and competed with the LX in the early going, but their mouths wrote a check their butts could not cash as Armstrong and Horner turned the tide of battle and took out the Bull after a devastating Side Russian Leg Sweep, Flying Back Elbow combination from LX @ 7’02
After the contest THE NIGHTMARES came flying down the aisle looking to get some payback on Horner and Armstrong for costing them their match earlier, but they were met by dueling dropkicks from the Lightning Express, and outsmarted once again as the popular duo made their way back up the aisle!

Match 3
Special Challenge Match
Former Alabama Heavyweight Champion ‘Goldenboy’ Jerry Grey issued this challenge to Mr. Wrestling II and his protégé III last week after being viciously attacked for no reason. II has sent III in, and the fire and adrenaline of Jerry Grey leads him to an early advantage, as he really tears into III, even going after his mask. But the anger of Grey led to him making a mistake, and III was able to capitalize, catching him in the step over, toe hold facelock, STF for the submission @ 7’22
.
.
After the contest II and III join Platt and Stewart at the booth where Mr. Wrestling II says he is about to run out of patience with Southeastern Championship Wrestling, he returned his title belt, wrongfully he adds, as a peace offering, and yet they have still not done what’s right and named him champion. Now as far as the Tonga Kid goes, that greasy punk needs to be thanking his lucky stars that Mr. Wrestling II decided to grace the fans with his presence even though he has a 104 degree fever, and believe you me, that is the only reason the Tonga Kid was able to pick up a victory, because Mr. Wrestling II is too generous for his own good.
LOU THESZ!! Appears with the Southeastern Heavyweight Championship Title!! Platt and Stewart welcome Mr. Thesz, and even Mr. Wrestling II is glad handing and calls Lou the ORIGINAL Mr. Wrestling. Lou thanks II, but says that flattery will get him nowhere. He goes on to say to apologize to the great fans of Southeastern Wrestling, but the National Wrestling Alliance had a big decision on their hands, and rushing to that decision was not in anyone’s best interest. Lou says that all available footage has been observed, and after a week of meetings the NWA has decided that this Friday night in Mobile, Alabama there would be a Battle Royal featuring the Top 10 Contenders for the SECW Heavyweight Championship and each man would have an equally fair opportunity. Mr. Thesz shakes hands with Platt and Stewart and bids everyone a good day. Mr. Wrestling II is unhappy with this development to say the least.

<Arn and Pat>
Southeastern Tag Team Champions Arn Anderson and Pat Rose have joined Rick Stewart at the interview area and Arn says that they came out tonight without the Tennessee Stud because their message was very simple. Steve Armstrong made the biggest mistake of his life last week, and that following in his Daddy’s footsteps are leading him straight into the belly of the beast, something he will find out later on tonight. Double A has a special message for the Bullet, he removes his shades, “Bob Armstrong I want you to look into my eyes when I say this, you are one of the toughest men I have ever thrown hands with, and as an Anderson, you damn well better take that as a compliment, but Bob I’m sick and tired of hearing about how great the Armstrong family is. Gene and Ole Anderson, the original Minnesota Wrecking Crew created a legacy as the greatest brother tag team of all time, and if you think they handed out harsh lessons while defending the World Tag Team Titles, you wouldn’t have the stomach for the lessons they taught me in the backyard. Mark my words Bob Armstrong, I am willing to do whatever it takes to make sure those lessons were not in vain, and that the Anderson’s are remembered as the greatest wrestling family to ever lace up the boots. I’m hungry Bob, and willing to eat a Bullet to prove I’m right!”

TV MAIN EVENT
<Golden, Flame, Lynch, Fuller>
The Stud Stable
VS
RAT Patrol, Inc.
ELO’S DON’T BRING ME DOWN gets the Houston County Farm Center rocking as the Tonga Kid, Scott Armstrong, and Johnny Rich make their way to the ring! ZZ TOP’S BEER DRINKERS AND HELL RAISERS brings out Jimmy Golden, The Flame, and Boomer T. Lynch w/The Tennessee Stud. This one is pure chaos from the opening bell. When it finally settles down it turns into a battle of the speed of the Rat Patrol vs. the Power of the Stud Stable. Flame, Boomer, and Golden have targeted the oft injured shoulder of the Tonga Kid and have him in the wrong part of town. TK shows the heart of a champion and fights his way out and finally makes the tag to Scott Armstrong who goes to work on The Flame. Golden and Boomer try to get involved, but are nullified by TK and Johnny Rich, and Scott Armstrong is finally able to finish off the Flame with his flying shoulder tackle from the middle rope @ 14’21
As the RAT Patrol celebrates their big victory, Platt and Stewart remind everyone to be sure and make it to Mobile this Friday Night if they can, and to be sure and tune in next week!

DARK MAIN EVENTS:
Semi-Final
1 Fall with a 1 Hour Time Limit
Mr. Wrestling II vs. The Universal Heartthrob Austin Idol
Neither Mr. Wrestling II nor Austin Idol can be in a very good mood, each hoping to be named the SECW Heavyweight Champion. They have developed a deep personal animosity for one another and show that in this back and forth, heated contest. They throw everything at each other, eventually taking the fight to the floor where Mac Murray is unable to convince them to bring it back in the ring and is forced to count out both competitors @ 16’44

MAIN EVENT
FOR THE SOUTHEASTERN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
1 Fall with a 1 Hour Time Limit
© Arn Anderson and Pat Rose w/Tennessee Stud vs. Bullet Bob and Steve Armstrong
GEORGE THOROGOOD AND THE DESTOYER'S B-B-BAD TO THE BONE brings out the challengers to a huge ovation, and that's when the familiar riff of LED ZEPPELIN'S KASHMERE brings out the Champions, whose faces tell the story of this one; wrought with intensity. This feud has been building for months, and while the Armstrong’s have been able to gain pinfalls on the champions, they have not been able to do so with the titles on the line. There is some fine technical wrestling, and plenty of brawling in this one. Arn and Bob tear into one another just as they have in previous meetings. The difference proves to be the inexperience of Steve Armstrong and the champions exploit that inexperience. Arn viciously takes apart Steve’s shoulder like a mechanic, and his partner Pat follows suit. Flying hammerlocks, powerslams on the shoulder and the most vicious looking armbar you will ever see have Steve screaming in pain. Bob is getting antsy and uncomfortable standing on the apron watching his boy being taken apart. Steve is refusing to quit, and finally Bob has no choice but to run past referee Ron West and cover his son. Arn and Pat put the boots to Bob, and West has no choice but to call the match and declare the champions victorious in brutal fashion @ 33’03.
