WWA “Thunder Live” 8/5/94 Recap

I’m a bit bogged down right now, so instead of falling behind, I’m doing a quick recap. “Thunder Live” continues on the road. We are at the Lawlor Events Center in Reno, NV.
Three things happened this week.
Diamond Dallas Page made his in ring debut accompanied by Kimberly tne Diamond Doll.
Big John Hawk returned to the WWA and challenged Dustin Rhodes for the United States Championship. Hawk says a real Texan should be U.S. Champion.
Sam Houston was scheduled to wrestle Kevin Sullivan. Sullivan tells him he’s not worthy of being in the ring with him, so he has to face the newest member of Sullivan’s group…Gangrel. Gangrel has the WWF entrance with the lights and the blood. Houston wrestles well, and eventually Sullivan and Hugh Morrus run in for a disqualification. Sullivan tells Baby Doll that the “Wicked Witch” will soon join him.
