Maxx Payne vs. Mr. Hughes w/Woman
Two massive men open the show. The bell rings and we are underway. They exchange heavy blows, and neither man takes a step backwards. Woman shouts instructions from ringside. This is a wild brawl. Both men have their chances. The end comes when Payne hits a clothesline, and covers Hughes for the win.

The Fantastics vs. The Long Riders
Two teams that have recently arrived in the WWA do battle. The Fantastics will use their speed and quickness, the big cowboys will use their strength. Bobby Fulton starts with Black Bart. Both veterans go back and forth. Bart traps Bobby in the corner, and works him over. Fulton fights his way out and tags in Tommy Rogers. He cleans house. Irwin tags in for his team. He and Rogers go at it. The action gets hotter and hotter. Finally, all four men end up in the ring. Referee Billy Silverman calls for the bell. He disqualifies both teams.
Result- Double Disqualificarion

Mike Tenay and Dusty Rhodes open the program.
Tenay, “Fans, welcome to the Tacoma Dome! Dusty, it’s taken a long time to get here, but the time has come!”
Rhodes, “That’s right Iron Mike, the eyes of the wrestling world are on us tonight! And I’ve got one thing to tell you, my son Dustin is walking out of here with the United States Title, book it!”
Tenay, “That would be a proud father moment for sure. We have a lot in store for you tonight, some surprises, so let’s not waste any more time, and go to Marc Lowrance!”

Tatanka vs. Billy Black
The Lumbee Indian and the “Bad Boy” open the contest. Tatanka starts quickly. He chops away at Black. He whips Billy into the ropes and clamps on the sleeper. Black fights to the ropes. Black breaks out all his dirty tricks, but Tatanka is ready for it. He takes over and clamps on the Indian deathlock. Black submits.
Winner- Tatanka

Earthquake w/Scott D’Amore vs. The Ultimate Warrior
The massive Earthquake has been very impressive since joining “Team Canada”. D’Amore demands “Oh Canada” be played. He and Earthquake stand at attention. The Warrior attacks at the bell. We have an early brawl. Earthquake withstands the attack, and takes control. He wins in less than five minutes with the Earthquake.
Winner- The Earthquake
Marc Lowrance is with Jimmy Hart.
Lowrance, “With me is Jimmy Hart. Mr. Hart, your tag team champions have a match later with the Bushwhackers, but you have something else to talk about, you promised a new man.”
Hart, “HAHAHA! That’s right, I have Hollywood Hogan, and the Giant. You would think that was enough, but not for the ‘First Family’! My organization just got even better, our newest member, ‘Mr. Wonderful’ Paul Orndorf.”
Orndorf comes out and shakes hands with Hart.
Lowrance, “Paul Orndorf! You are one of the legends of pro wrestling, Mr. Hart, this is quite a coup.”
Hart, “We are headed to the top, tell them Paul!”
Orndorf, “That’s right Jimmy. I am ‘Mr. Wonderful’, and I’m in the WWA. I am out to win every title in the organization, and I’m putting everyone on notice. Paul Orndorf is here.”
Lowrance, “‘Mr. Wonderful’ is in our next match.”

“Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorf w/Jimmy Hart vs. Tito Santana
Two veterans of big matches meet here. Orndorf makes Jimmy Hart’s “First Family” even more dangerous. Referee Chad Patton calls for the bell and we are underway. Both men are sharp and the action goes back and forth. Paul gains the early edge. He works over Tito. Santana manages to mount a comeback, but Orndorf is too much, and hits the piledriver for the win. Hart’s men may be unstoppable.
Winner- Paul Orndorf

Brown waits in the ring and the circus music plays. Doink comes down the aisle. He entertains the fans on the way to the ring. As strange as he is, most of the people like him. Doink stops at the announce table. He reaches into his jacket and pulls out an envelope. He hands it to Tenay who starts to open it. Doink shakes his head “no”. Tenay puts the envelope on the desk, and Doink acknowledges it.
Doink goes to the desk. He points at the envelope. He wants Tenay to open it. Tenay does.
Tenay, “It’s a WWA match contract for the ‘Summer Spectacular’, the Quebecers vs. Doink the Clown and…Hacksaw Jim Duggan! It looks official. It’s signed by President JJ Dillon.”
Doink jumps up and down and celebrates.
We see Dusty Rhodes and Hacksaw Jim Duggan.
Rhodes, “Hacksaw, what’s going on?”
Duggan, “Dusty, I have an open contract for singles and tag team matches. This Clown signed his name and got D’Amore to sign the Quebecers for a match.”
Rhodes, “Are you going to go through with it? Are you going to wrestle this match?”
Duggan, “Old Hacksaw never backs down from a fight. I’ll wrestle with this clown as a partner, but Doink, listen to me. You better hold up your end of the bargain. I’m not coming to fool around, I’m coming to win, you better do the same! Tough guy!”
Rhodes, “I don’t know about this one.”
Tenay, “Hacksaw and Doink seem to be an uneasy tag team. Let’s see what happens.
Match #4
The Quebecers w/Scott D’Amore vs. Hacksaw Jim Duggan and Doink the Clown
D’Amore and the Quebecers stand at attention while the Canadian National Anthem plays. Doink and Jacques open the contest. As odd as the clown is, he is a talented wrestler. They exchange holds and counter holds. Doink gets a two count, but Jacques kicks out. The Quebecer returns the favor. Pierre tags in and tries his hand with the clown. Pierre’s size gives him the advantage. Doink is in a bit of trouble, and he tags in Duggan. Now two big bulls lock up. These two exchange power moves. Finally, all four men end up in the ring. Referee Billy Silverman tries to get Jacques out of the ring. In the confusion, Pierre grabs Duggan from behind in a full Nelson. Doink comes off the ropes, but Pierre releases the hold and Doink decks Duggan. Pierre covers him. Doink is terrified, as Silverman counts the fall Doink high tails it to the back. Duggan struggles to his feet. He’s not sure what happened.

DDP, “Thanks Marc, it’s great to be here.”
Lowrance, “You are known all over the wrestling world, what brings you to the WWA?”
DDP, “Everyone knows me. They know I’m the hardest worker in the sport. I started out as a manager, and then I became a wrestler. I’m not the most talented in the business, but I’m the hardest worker. I always give the fans their money’s worth. I’m here to wrestle for the fans, and I’m ready to go! Just remember…FEEL THE BANG!.
Lowrance, “DDP is in the WWA.”
We see video of a Thunderstorm. It ends with a lightning strike. We hear a voiceover.

Sam Houston w/Baby Doll vs. ?
Houston and Baby Doll wait in the ring. Kevin Sullivan leads a hooded figure to the ring. Sullivan grabs the mic.
Sullivan, “Wicked Witch, you will join us! You will lead us! Do it now, we need you! Your man is finished. He has to wrestle…Hugh Morrus!”
Morrus removes the hood, and laughs manically.
Tenay, “Dusty! That Hugh Morrus! The ‘Laughing Man’! He’s one of the most athletic big men in the sport!”
Referee Scott Dickinson calls for the bell. The action is underway. Morrus is big, and athletic. He wrestles very aggressively. Houston uses his speed to frustrate Morrus. Sullivan and Baby Doll support their respective men. Morrus traps Sam in the corner and dishes out punishment. Houston fights his way out of the corner. We have a pier six brawl. Both men ended up on the arena floor. They brawl as Dickinson counts. He reaches 10 and both men are counted out. This isn’t finished.

IRS vs. “Macho Man” Randy Savage
IRS waits in the ring and “Pomp and Circumstances” plays. The “Macho Man” comes down to the aisle, and the crowd goes crazy. Savage enters the ring and does his signature spinning and pointing. IRS waits in the corner. Referee Chad Patton calls for the bell and we are underway. IRS is very talented, and the early moments are very exciting. Savage gains the edge, and the “Tax Man” is in trouble. IRS goes to the underhanded tactics. Savage has had enough, and rallies. He slams IRS and goes to the top rope. He hits the flying elbow, and covers IRS for the win. The face of the WWA has just changed.

Marc Lowrance is with Woman and the Bossman and Mr. Hughes.
Lowrance, “With me is the United States Champion, and Woman. Woman, a lot of people think this is Dustin Rhodes’ time.”
Woman, “Don’t make me laugh Marc. I got the better of his Father Time and time again in Florida. I’ve done the same thing with his son. Bossman has been a great champion, and it’s not going to change.”
Lowrance, “That’s a lot of confidence.”
Woman, “Marc, look at me, do I look like I should ever lack confidence?”
Lowrance, “I suppose not. Let’s go to Dustin Rhodes, and a Pedialyte interviewer.”
We see Dustin Rhodes with his father.
Dusty, “I’ve been in this sport for a long time, and I’ve been in a lot of big matches, but this is the biggest. I’m here with my son, and Dustin, you’re about to make me the proudest father in the world, you are about to win the US Title.”
Dustin, “Dad, it’s not going to be easy, I know that, but you raised me to be a champion. I know you went round and round with the Bossman. He’s good, but with the fans behind me, and especially you behind me. I’m walking out of here with the title.”
Dusty, “Book it baybee!”

United States Championship
The Bossman (Champion) w/Woman and Mr. Hughes vs. Dustin Rhodes
The crowd is on the edge of their seats for this one. Billy Silverman is your referee. He calls for the bell and we are underway. Bossman is very aggressive, and takes the fight to the challenger. Dustin fires back and we have a pier six brawl. The crowd gets louder and louder. Woman is able to distract Rhodes. This allows Bossman to get in a cheap shot. Bossman has the edge now. He works over Dustin, and the Texan is in trouble. The crowd gets behind Dustin. He starts to rally. He lands rights and lefts, and now Bossman is in retreat. Rhodes grabs Bossman and hits a bulldog. He covers Bossman. Silverman counts 1…2…3! Dustin Rhodes is the United States Champion! Silverman hands the title to Dustin. Dusty comes to the ring and embraces Dustin. What a moment!

Marc Lowrance is with Jimmy Hart, Hollywood Hogan, and the Giant.
Lowrance, “With me are the tag team champions and their manager. Mr. Hart, you surprised us all with Paul Orndorf, now you champions are in action.”
Hart, “I told you that the ‘First Family’ would control wrestling, and we have started. Tonight, you’ll see these two monsters in action. Tell them Hollywood.”
Hogan, “Listen, Hollywood is an icon, I’ve ruled wrestling for a decade, and it’s not going to stop brother! With the Giant beside me, we are going to keep these titles as long, as we want, and we’re adding more brother!”
Lowrance, “The Champions defend the titles next.”

World Tag Team Championship
Hollywood Hogan and the Giant (Champions) w/Jimmy Hart vs. The Bushwhackers
The Champions have the size and strength advantage, but the New Zealanders are as tough as they come. Referee Scott Dickinson calls for the bell. The Giant starts with Butch. Butch avoids the huge Giant. He gets in a few shots and the Giant is frustrated. He takes to the floor and confers with Hart and Hollywood. The big man returns and goes to work. He pounds away at Butch. The Giant then tags in Hollywood. The Icon goes to work. Butch is able to tag in Luke. He stands up to Hogan, and the brawl continues. The Bushwhackers hold their own, but Hogan uses the legdrop for the win. These two will be hard to beat.
Winners- Hollywood Hogan and The Giant
Marc Lowrance is with Mr. Fuji and Yokozuna.
Lowrance, “With me are the World Champion and his manager. Mr. Fuji, tonight is no disqualification, no count out. These rules don’t favor Yokozuna.”
Fuji, “Yokozuna has no problem, he will defeat Patriot with no problem. We have held title for long time. We aren’t losing it now. No American can defeat us.”
Lowrance, “Mr. Fuji is very confident. Let’s see how it turns out. Let’s go to Dusty Rhodes and the Patriot.’
We see Dusty Rhodes and the Patriot.
Rhodes, “With me is the pride of America, the Patriot. You get Yokozuna with no disqualification, no count out.”
Patriot, “Mr. Rhodes, it’s an honor to be here with you. I want the World Championship. The fans want me win. Yokozuna can’t get himself disqualified, or counted out. This is my night, this is America’s night.”
Rhodes, “The American Dream agrees!”

World Championship
Yokozuna (Champion) w/Mr. Fuji vs. The Patriot
This has a “Big Fight” feel. The Champion can’t be counted out, or disqualified. That plays into the Patriot advantage. Referee Chad Patton calls for the bell and we are underway. The masked man starts quickly. He goes right after the massive champion. Fuji is worried. He shouts instructions in Japanese. The Patriot goes for a body slam. That was a mistake. He may have injured his back. Yokozuna chops and kicks and the challenger is in real trouble. Fuji looks very pleased. Yokozuna begins to choke. There is nothing Patton can do, it’s “No Disqualification”. The crowd gets behind the Patriot, and he rallies, but he’s taken too much punishment. Yokozuna slams him, and goes to the middle rope. He hits the banzai splash for the win. Who can beat the big man?
Winner- Yokozuna
Mike Tenay and Dusty Rhodes close the broadcast.
Tenay, “Dusty, Yokozuna looks like he’s going to hold that title for a long time.”
Rhodes, “He’s a monster, but I’ll tell you else is going to hold a title for a long time…Dustin Rhodes! Take that to the bank baybee!”

Hart, “I told you that the ‘First Family’ would control wrestling, and we have started. Tonight, you’ll see these two monsters in action. Tell them Hollywood.”
Hogan, “Listen, Hollywood is an icon, I’ve ruled wrestling for a decade, and it’s not going to stop brother! With the Giant beside me, we are going to keep these titles as long, as we want, and we’re adding more brother!”
Lowrance, “The Champions defend the titles next.”

Hollywood Hogan and the Giant (Champions) w/Jimmy Hart vs. The Bushwhackers
The Champions have the size and strength advantage, but the New Zealanders are as tough as they come. Referee Scott Dickinson calls for the bell. The Giant starts with Butch. Butch avoids the huge Giant. He gets in a few shots and the Giant is frustrated. He takes to the floor and confers with Hart and Hollywood. The big man returns and goes to work. He pounds away at Butch. The Giant then tags in Hollywood. The Icon goes to work. Butch is able to tag in Luke. He stands up to Hogan, and the brawl continues. The Bushwhackers hold their own, but Hogan uses the legdrop for the win. These two will be hard to beat.

Marc Lowrance is with Mr. Fuji and Yokozuna.
Lowrance, “With me are the World Champion and his manager. Mr. Fuji, tonight is no disqualification, no count out. These rules don’t favor Yokozuna.”
Fuji, “Yokozuna has no problem, he will defeat Patriot with no problem. We have held title for long time. We aren’t losing it now. No American can defeat us.”
Lowrance, “Mr. Fuji is very confident. Let’s see how it turns out. Let’s go to Dusty Rhodes and the Patriot.’
We see Dusty Rhodes and the Patriot.
Rhodes, “With me is the pride of America, the Patriot. You get Yokozuna with no disqualification, no count out.”
Patriot, “Mr. Rhodes, it’s an honor to be here with you. I want the World Championship. The fans want me win. Yokozuna can’t get himself disqualified, or counted out. This is my night, this is America’s night.”
Rhodes, “The American Dream agrees!”

World Championship
Yokozuna (Champion) w/Mr. Fuji vs. The Patriot
This has a “Big Fight” feel. The Champion can’t be counted out, or disqualified. That plays into the Patriot advantage. Referee Chad Patton calls for the bell and we are underway. The masked man starts quickly. He goes right after the massive champion. Fuji is worried. He shouts instructions in Japanese. The Patriot goes for a body slam. That was a mistake. He may have injured his back. Yokozuna chops and kicks and the challenger is in real trouble. Fuji looks very pleased. Yokozuna begins to choke. There is nothing Patton can do, it’s “No Disqualification”. The crowd gets behind the Patriot, and he rallies, but he’s taken too much punishment. Yokozuna slams him, and goes to the middle rope. He hits the banzai splash for the win. Who can beat the big man?
Winner- Yokozuna
Mike Tenay and Dusty Rhodes close the broadcast.
Tenay, “Dusty, Yokozuna looks like he’s going to hold that title for a long time.”
Rhodes, “He’s a monster, but I’ll tell you else is going to hold a title for a long time…Dustin Rhodes! Take that to the bank baybee!”
