The program opens with highlights from “Saturday Night Wrestling”. We see Hollywood Hogan and the Giant win the tag titles. We then see the Patriot body slam Yokozuna. Mike Tenay and Dusty Rhodes are in the announce position.
Tenay, “Dusty, what a night in Reno!”
Rhodes, “Iron Mike, you never know what might happen in the WWA, we got new tag team champions!”
Tenay, “Hollywood Hogan, and the Giant are the Champions. We also saw the Patriot body slam Yokozuna. He wants that world title.”
Rhodes, “My money is on the Patriot.”
Tenay, “We will talk to the Patriot tonight, and the new tag team champions will be in action. Let’s go to Marc Lowrance.”
Match #1
Mr. Hughes w/Woman vs. Tony Falk
The big bodyguard takes on the game Falk. Hughes stalks his prey like a “Big Cat”. He attacks and Falk is in trouble. Woman shouts instructions from ringside. Hughes dishes out punishment, and Tony is helpless. Hughes hits the sidewalk slam for the win.
Winner- Mr. Hughes
Match #2
Colorado Kid vs. “Desperado” Joe Gomez
Two youngsters go at it. The match is fast paced. Both men are looking to make a name for themselves. Gomez is the more aggressive of the two, and he has the kid in retreat. The crowd gets behind the man from Colorado Springs. He fights back. The Kid takes over and hits a flying bodypress for the win.
Winner- The Colorado Kid

Tom Zenk vs. Bobby Duncum Jr.
This should be a good one. Duncum wrestles an aggressive style. Zenk uses his athleticism, and things are very even. They exchange holds and counter holds. Duncum uses the tights to get a two co7nt, but Zenk kicks out. Ten action goes back and forth, but neither man can gain the fall. The bell rings and the ten minute time limit has experience.
Result- Time Limit Draw
Marc Lowrance is with the Patriot.
Lowrance, “With me is the Patriot. You have a match with Yokozuna at the ‘Summer Spectacular’. It is no disqualification, no count. Many people think this is your best chance of winning the World Title. Are you ready?”
Patriot, “Marc, Yokozuna is big and powerful. I can’t disrespect his ability. He doesn’t follow the rules, so let’s get rid of them. I’m ready to fight fire with fire. He can’t save the title by getting disqualified, or counted out. He has to fight me, and I’m ready for that! The people need a champion they can believe in, and I’m that man! Yokozuna, I’m coming to Tacoma to take that World Title!”
Lowrance, “The Challenger is ready, let’s see him in the ring next.”
Match #4
The Patriot vs. Gary Young
The masked man meets the rugged veteran. Referee Billy Silverman calls for the bell and we are underway. Young tries to rough up the Patriot. The masked man is trapped in the corner, but he fights his way out. The masked man takes over and wins with the Patriot missile. He is ready for Yokozuna.
Winner- The Patriot
Marc Lowrance is with Dustin Rhodes.
Lowrance, “With me is Dustin Rhodes. Dustin will challenge the Bossman for the United States Championship at ‘Summer Spectacular’. Dustin, this is you big chance.”
Rhodes, “Marc, I want the U.S. Title more than anything I’ve wanted in wrestling. The Bossman is tough, and he’ll break every rule in the book, but I’m ready for it. Bossman, I’m taking the title from you, and Woman, you keep your nose out of it!”

Dustin Rhodes vs. Killer Brooks
Brooks is rugged, and will break every rule in the book. He jumps Dustin before the bell. He works him over. Rhodes is in trouble. Dustin fights his way out of the corner. He matches Brooks blow for blow. Brooks gets in a few shots, but Rhodes takes over. He uses a bulldog for the win.
Winner- Dustin Rhodes

Men on a Mission vs. The Assassins
The giant rappers come down the aisle. The mysterious masked team should be a good test. Mo and Assassin I start the contest. The masked man gets in a few shots, but Mo uses his size and strength to control the action. He tags in Mable. The giant dishes out punishment. Assassin II tags in. He is game, but Mable is too much. He hits a Samoan drop for the win.
Winners- Men on a Mission
Marc Lowrance is with Jimmy Hart, Hollywood Hogan, and the Giant.
Lowrance, “With me are World Tag Team Champions. Mr. Hart, you surprised everyone by winning the titles.”
Hart, “HAHAHA! We control the wrestling world! We’re just staring. Everyone Champion in the sport better be looking over their shoulders, Hollywood, and the Giant ate coming after you! HAHAHA!”
Lowrance, “Hollywood Hogan, you seem to have restarted your career.”
Hogan, “Restarted!? What are you talking about Lowrance? Hollywood Hogan is a wrestling icon, the powers that be thought they could bury me, but guess what, I’m back on top! And Jimmy’s right, we aren’t finished, we’re going to have every title in the business! Whatcha gonna do, when Hollywood and the Giant come running all over you!”
Lowrance, “The Champions are in the ring next.”

Non Title Match
Holywood Hogan and The Giant (World Tag Team Champions) w/Jimmy Hart vs. Iceman King Parsons and Koko B. Ware
Voodoo Chili plays and the Champions come down the aisle. “Hollywood” Hogan seems to get more arrogant as the weeks go by. Hogan and Parsons open the contest. The veteran from St. Louis uses his experience to frustrate Hogan. Hollywood goes to the floor to confer with Hart. He returns to the ring. Hogan takes over, and Parsons is in trouble. He is able to tag in Brown. Brick tries his hand. The Giant tags in and dishes out punishment. He hits a choke slam, and covers Brown for the win.
Winners- Hollywood Hogan and The Giant
Mike Tenay and Dusty Rhodes close the program.
Tenay, “Dusty, the Champions look very good.”
Rhodes, “Iron Mike, we have to find someone to beat them.”
Tenay, “Well, we are getting closer to the ‘Summer Spectacular’. Tune in next week, and we will have more information.”
