Mike Tenay and Dusty Rhodes open the program.
Tenay, “Dusty, we are a week away from ‘Saturday Night Wrestling’. We will talk about the show. We will also talk about the ‘Summer Spectacular’, and we will have our usual exciting wrestling action.”
Rhodes, “Iron Mike, let’s get started, I can’t wait.”
Tenay, “Let’s go to Marc Lowrance.”
Match #1
Mr. Hughes w/Woman vs. Iceman King Parsons
The massive bodyguard. Has been unbeatable. The veteran Patsons will have to use his speed and guile. The early moments go back and forth. Hughes is frustrated. He leaves the ring and confers with Woman. Hughes returns to the ring, and goes after Parsons. The end comes when the “Big Cat” hits the sidewalk slam for the win.
Winner- Mr. Hughes
Match #2
The Bushwhackers vs. Gary Royal and Tony Falk
The popular Bushwhackers meet two veterans. Luke and Falk open the match. Luke is very aggressive. He works over Falk. Tony is in trouble, but he is able to tag in Royal. Royal uses his guile to hold his own. Butch tags in. He goes right after Gary. The Bushwhackers take over and win with the battering ram.
Winners- The Bushwhackers

The Earthquake w/Scott D’Amore vs. Joe Savoldi
D’Amore has brought the massive Earthquake to the WWA. His “Team Canada” is something to deal with. D’Amore demands “Oh Canada” be played, and he and the Earthquake stand at attention. Savoldi starts quickly. And tries to use his speed. Earthquake counters with his massive size. He dishes out punishment, and wins with the Earthquake.
Winner- Earthquake
Marc Lowrance is with Hacksaw Jim Duggan.
Lowrance, “With me is Hacksaw Jim Duggan. Mr. Duggan this situation with Doink the Clown. He’s wrestling now, and he looks very good.”
Duggan, “Marc, this guy is weird, but you're right, he’s very good. I can’t worry about that. I want to go to the top of the WWA, there are a lot of great wrestlers here, and I want them in the ring.”
Lowrance, “Hacksaw Jim Duggan is ready for action.”
Match #4
Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs. Killer Brooks
This is a battle of two tough guys. Brooks jumps Duggan before the bell. He gets the early advantage, but Duggan fights back. This is a brawl. Brooks tries every underhanded move in his arsenal. Duggan fights back. In the middle of the action, Doink comes to ringside. He carries a sign that reads, “Hacksaw and Doink Tag Team Champions”. He marches around ringside. Duggan wins with the spear. Doink comes into the ring. He points at the sign, and jumps up and down. He offers his hand to Duggan. Jim takes it, and Doink shakes it enthusiastically. Duggan leaves the ring, and Doink continues jumping around the ring with his sign.
Winner- Hacksaw Jim Duggan
Match #5
Terry Taylor vs. Bobby Duncum Jr.
Two tough bonds do battle. The veteran Taylor starts fast. Duncum matches him move for move. The crowd is on the edge of their seats. Things begin to go Terry’s way, and that brings out Duncum’s aggressiveness. Bobby dishes out punishment. Taylor fights back. Both men have their chances until Taylor hits the flying forearm for the win.
Winner- Terry Taylor

Lowrance, “Welcome fans, the summer is getting hotter and so is the WWA. We have two big dates coming up. The first, this Saturday, July 6, we present ‘Saturday Night Wrestling”. We present 90 minutes of the best in wrestling action. We will see the World Champion, Yokozuna, will take on Tito Santana. The massive champion will have his hands full with the veteran from Mexico. Doink the Clown will be in action. We will also see ‘Team Canada’ in six man tag team action. The Earthquake will team with the Quebecers for the first time. Speaking of tag teams, the World Tag Team Title will be on the line. The Intergalactic Warriors will defend against someone. They are a lot of rumors floating around. Jimmy Hart’s name keeps coming up, but who knows. Tune in on Saturday to find out.”

Tatanka vs. Billy Black
This should be a good one. The Native American Tatanka has been very impressive. Billy Black is very talented. The early moments go back and forth. The crowd is on the edge of their seats. Black starts to rough up Tatanka. We could see an upset. Tatanka begins to fight back. Now we have a brawl. Tatanka takes over and wins with the Indian deathlock.
Winner- Tatanka

Scott D’Amore leads the biggest member of Team Canada into action as the Earthquake takes on the Ultimate Warrior.
The Native American star, Tatanka, takes on the ‘Bad Boy’ Billy Black.
Tonight we can add another title match. In a feud that has been brewing for some time, the Bossman will defend the United States Title against Dustin Rhodes.
For several weeks now Kevin Sullivan has been making life difficult for Sam Houston and Baby Doll. He has been recruiting Baby Doll, and calling her the ‘Wicked Witch’. Sam has demanded a match with the mysterious Sullivan. Last week he got this response.”
We see Sullivan and a large hooded figure.
Sullivan, “Houston, you say you want me in the ring. You secretly fear me, and what I can do. You know the ‘Wicked Witch’ wants to join me. She wants to stand beside me as I take over the wrestling world. I know, and you know, you can’t beat me, but I will give you a chance. If you beat this man, I will leave you alone, and the ‘Wicked Witch’ can stay with you, you decide.”
“We spoke with Houston and Baby Doll earlier this evening.”
We see Houston and Baby Doll in an interview area.
Houston, “Sullivan, I knew you were too chicken to wrestle me, but I will fight your new man! I don’t know who he is, and I don’t care! I’ll beat him, and that will be the end of things!”
Baby Doll, “Sullivan, Sam is going to destroy your man. I was never going to join you, but we’ll prove that in Tacoma!”
Lowrance, “Well, you heard it, that will be a great match. Stay tuned to WWA programming for more information.”

The Giant w/Jimmy Hart vs. Jackie Fulton
The massive Giant comes to the ring with Jimmy Hart. Fulton is very game, but he gives up so much size. The Giant is methodical, and he dishes out punishment. Fulton is in trouble. The Giant tosses him around like a rag doll. Jackie makes a brief comeback, but it doesn’t last. The Giant hits a chokeslam for the win.
Winner- The Giant
Mike Tenay and Dusty Rhodes close the program.
Tenay, “Dusty, the stars are out in the WWA!”
Rhodes, “They sure are Iron Mike, and what about this Saturday?”
