The arena has the typical WCW setup of the time. A stage on one end of the arena and a ramp leading to the ring.
Rob Van Dam vs. Dr. Ingus Jinx: Van Dam makes his highly anticipated WCW debut against a masked man who is billed as being from Australia. Both men are high flyers and give the audience a very entertaining match. Van Dam flattens the masked man with a spin kick to the chin and pins him following a frog splash.

TONY: We are about to see a battle between two outstanding young teams here in WCW. The tag team competition here is absolutely incredible and a new team has just signed this afternoon. These two men have what I think could be a really great, built in advantage: They are identical twins!
JESSE: That could cause a lot of confusion for their opponents, Tony!
LARRY: Not to mention, the referees!
JESSE: I love it! Good point, Larry!
TONY: Let’s take a special look at the Bruise Brothers!
VTR:
As the music plays, we see footage of the Bruise Brothers destroying a variety of opponents. They look really impressive.
Mosh and Thrasher make their entrance to a mixed reaction. Jesse says that he really likes this tag team and expects big things from them!
Perry Saturn and John Kronus enter the arena. Larry says that the Eliminators are undefeated since arriving. Jesse says that will probably end here and now!
The Eliminators vs. the Headbangers: These two teams put on a great show for the fans of WCW fans. They all get a ton of offense in tonight and are obviously evenly matched. In fact, so evenly matched that the time limit expires with neither pin scoring a fall.
MATCH RESULT: TIME LIMIT DRAW
JESSE: I’d like to see either of these teams go at it with the Bruise Brothers!
LARRY: Jesse, we don’t agree on much, but I’ll go along with that!

Colonel Robert Parker leads the awesome Meng to the ring. Jesse states that Meng might be the most dangerous man in WCW!
Tazmaniac enters the arena! The fans have begun to get behind this very unique individual!
Meng(w/Col. Robert Parker) vs. Tazmaniac: It’s Meng’s martial arts skills against Taz’s awesome array of suplexes. Both competitors no sell quite a bit and look awesome. Taz locks in the Tazmission and it looks like he’ll get the win, but the Colnel waves in the Barbarian, who kicks Tazmaniac in the back of the head! Referee Mickey jay calls for the disqualification! The heels gang up on Taz until Ahmed Johnson hits the ring, swinging a chair! The heels scatter as Taz and Johnson stand tall!

Ahmed Johnson vs. The Barbarian (w/Colonel Robert Parker): These two powerhouses brawl all over the arena! Johnson has the barbarian in position for the Pearl River Plunge when Parker runs in and nails Ahmed with one of his boots. Parker and Barbarian work Ahmed over until he hulks up and makes his own save! The heels copperfield and Ahmed flexes in the ring!
Two large men at ringside seem very upset about this result!

The UK Express vs. The Royal Executioner & Squire David Taylor: Johnny Smith and Fit Finlay have been beating the drum for a match with Regal and Taylor ever since they arrived. Regal is defending the World TV Title tonight, so they get Taylor and the masked man, who Regal claims is a top star of the British wrestling scene. Whoever he is, the Executioner is very capable and holds his own in the match. Finlay hits the tombstone piledriver on the masked man and Smith follows up with a splash off the top rope for the 1-2-3. The UK Express continues to impress.

Sid Vicious enters the ring. There are a few cheers, but mostly booing.
Harley Race leads the awesome former World Champion into the arena. Vader gets a similar reaction to Vicious. Neither man has made any effort to court fan approval…
Vader(w/Harley Race) vs. Sid Vicious: These two huge men tear into each other like a pair of wild animals. Referee Randy Anderson loses control quickly and after about five minutes of action, he has no choice but to call for the bell and DQ both men!
RESULT: DOUBLE DISQUALIFICATION

Ric Flair, dressed in a suit and tie, is standing in the locker room…
FLAIR: Sting, it won’t be much longer until the Nature Boy walks that aisle and takes back my World Heavyweight Title one more time! Hara Arena is packed and there are millions of fans watching worldwide on the Superstation! Everybody is gonna see me make history one more time and I’m gonna walk outta here with that gold belt around my waist! There are Buckeye beauties lined up in front of the Mariott, waiting to celebrate with Slick Ric! Stinger, you’ll be at some no tell motel, drowning your sorrows! WOOOOOOOOOOOO!

STING: Slick Ric! OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! I got an arena packed with little Stingers cheering me on! This is their belt as much as mine and I’m not letting them down! I know that you’ve held this belt umpteen times! I know you came here in a limo! I know that your alligator shoes cost more than my car! None of that matters when I hit ya with the Stinger Splash or lock in the Scorpion! OWWWWWWWWWWW!
Sting beats on his chest! He looks ready for whatever Flair dishes out tonight!

Sherri Martel leads the US Champion to the ring! In the ring, Rude asks for the microphone…
RUDE: I’d like for all of you fat, out of shape, bungling Buckeyes to sit down and shut up while I show you what a real man and a real Champion looks like!
Rude goes through the Chippendale dancer routine, then takes the mic from Capetta again.
RUDE: Ricky, I was gonna step aside and let Sherri wipe the floor with you! The powers that be in WCW told me that they wouldn’t allow that! Besides that, I enjoy kicking your tail!
US Title Match: Ravishing Rick Rude (w/Sherri Martel)© vs. Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat: Rude’s trash talk seems to fire his challenger up! Steamboat starts the match by armdragging Rude from pillar to post! After about a dozen arm drags, Rude rolls to the floor for a kiss and hug from Sherri! Steamboat doesn’t let Rude rest for long. Steamboat baseball slides into Rude and sends him crashing into the barricade!
When Rude attempts to re-enter the ring, Steamboat uses a flying headscissors to bring him in. This leads to a series of flying headscissors, unfortunately, on the last scissors, Rude drops the Dragon throat first across the top rope! Rude takes control and dominates the next several minutes of action! Steamboat sells like he’s being stabbed! Rude looks like he’s well on his way to a successful defense when he hits the big neckbreaker! Rude covers! One...two...THREEeee…..Steamboat puts his foot on the bottom rope!
Rude and Sherri are irate with referee Randy Anderson! They both take the time to yell at the ref which gives the challenger some much needed recovery time! Steamboat comes back with a series of vicious chops! The Dragon is on fire and makes an awesome comeback! It looks like Ricky will regain the title when he hits a high cross body! ONE…...TWO…..THREeeee...NO! Rude grabs the tights and reverses the pin! ONE! TWO THREE!!!!!!! In an absolute classic, Ravishing Rick Rude retains the United States Title! Sherri enters the ring and gives Rude a big kiss! Steamboat is very disappointed, but what can he do?

Regal looks like he’s scored a successful defense when he gives Arn a bridging German suplex. Referee Mickey Jay counts ONE...TWO….THREE! And calls for the bell! Regal is celebrating as jay gets the title belt….

Regal is irate! He has Mickey’s shirt in his grasp and he’s making threatening gestsures! Squire David Taylor is also in there, screaming at the ref! Jay is making a movement with his shoulder! The ref exits the ring and leads the Brits to the broadcast position!
TONY: I’m not sure what’s going on here…
REGAL: Bloody rot is what’s going on! American shenanigans as usual!
MICKEY: Look at the monitor! Tony, can you have the guys in the truck play back the last few seconds of the match? Start where Regal suplexes Anderson!

A slow motion replay shows Regal suplex Anderson! The ref counts One! Two! Both men are pinned! As the ref slaps the mat a third time, Arn’s shoulder comes off the mat. Just a fraction of an inch, but Double A beat the count and his Lordship didn’t!
REGAL: I pinned the man as any fool can see!
MICKEY: Look, Mr. Anderwson and Mr. Hayes are in charge tonight! Can we get them out here?
TONY: Right after the break, ok?

A slow motion replay shows Regal suplex Anderson! The ref counts One! Two! Both men are pinned! As the ref slaps the mat a third time, Arn’s shoulder comes off the mat. Just a fraction of an inch, but Double A beat the count and his Lordship didn’t!
TONY: Ole Anderson and Michael Hayes are here at ringside with us. We just saw the closing moments of our World TV Title bout> Steven Regal and David Taylor have disputed Mickey Jay’s ruling and Mickey is appealing to the two of you!
OLE: Well, Arn and I are related, so to avoid any appearance of a conflict of interest, I’ll let you handle this, Mike!
MICHAEL: Gee thanks, Ole! Look, there’s something Commissioner Bockwinkel has drilled into us ever since we started working in the front office: The referee’s decision is final! Mickey Jay made a good faith effort to call the match right down the middle and I’m backing our WCW official!
Arn Anderson is the new World TV Champion!!!!
WINNER: NEW WORLD TV CHAMPION ARN ANDERSON!!!!
Arn Anderson joins them!
ARN: It feels great to have this belt back in my possession! Now, I’m gonna go to the back, take a long shower, pop open a cold Miller Light, and watch the best friend I’ve ever had become World Champion! (holds up four fingers)

Here come the World Tag Team Champions, flanked by Hawk and Animal!
They are escorted to the ring by several men dressed in riot gear!
(Yeah, I know it would be customary to play the Champions’ music, but there’s no way I’m playing the Michigan fight song for babyfaces in the Buckeye State! I kinda like it when the crowd cheers for the good guys!)
The Road Warriors & The Steiner Brothers vs. The Hardliners (w/Colonel Robert Parker) & the Nasty Boys (w/Luna Vachon): The heels attack as soon as Hawk and Animal remove their spiked shoulder pads!The Nastys and the Warriors end up fighting on the floor while the Steiners and Hardliners go at it in the ring! The nastys actually get the best of the battle with Hawk and Animal as Luna throws powder in the Warriors’ eyes and Knobbs and Saggs beat them down with chairs! In the ring, Rick Steiner gets the win for his team as he pins Dick Slater after a belly to belly suplex after Slater accidentally collides with Colonel Parker, who was trying to interfere! After getting the win, Rick and Scott attempt to assist hawk and Animal, but the fight with the Hardliners continues on for several minutes!

“Total Package” Lex Lugar vs. Paul “Mr. Wonderful” Orndorff: Orndorff brought in Lugar to be his partner, but they’ve been feuding ever since! These two have a wild brawl inside and outside of the ring! Lugar gets the win as he gets a submission to the torture rack after hitting a powerslam. Lugar flexes for a few minutes after the match and hears a mixture of boos and cheers from the Dayton crowd.

As the music plays, a white limo rolls onto the stage. A chauffeur gets out and opens the back door.
RIC FLAIR MAKES A GRAND ENTRANCE!!!!
The challenger makes his way down the ramp and insists that Randy Anderson open the ropes for him. Flair is in the ring for the MAIN EVENT!!!
THE WORLD CHAMPION HAS ARRIVED!!! Surrounded by the Dayton Flyers cheerleading squad, the Stinger enters the arena! He looks fired up and ready to go!
WCW World Title Match: Sting © vs. “Nature Boy” Ric Flair: Flair goes on the offensive early as he lands a series of chops. Sting lets out his trademark yell, beats his chest, and proceeds to throw Flair all over the ring! Flair wrestles as an all out heel here tonight, but still hears some fan support while Sting wrestles his usual high octane match!
Sting is dominant and appears on his way to a convincing win as he attempts the Stinger splash. The crafty Flair sidesteps and the Stinger hits the corner hard! Flair takes over at this point and works the leg, obviously setting up for the figure four. Finally, Flair locks in his legendary submission hold. It looks like we have a new champion until Sting beats on his chest, lets out a scream, and breaks the hold! As the Stinger fans pop, the champ makes a comeback!
Wait! What are these guys doing here? Lex Lugar and Sid Vicious come to ringside as Sting takes control of this match!
Sting is fired up! He’s beating the Nature Boy from pillar to post and Flair sells for him like he’s Superman!Sting whips Flair into the corner! Here comes another Stinger splash!
NO! Flair grabs referee Randy Anderson and uses him as a shield! The Stinger crushes Anderson! Pee Wee crumples to the mat and rolls out to the floor!Ole Anderson and Michael Hayes come out to tend to the fallen official. Meanwhile, Lugar and Vicious climb onto the apron. Sting is obviously distracted by their presence. He doesn’t notice Arn Anderson roll into the ring! Anderson taps the Stinger on the shoulder! Sting turns around….stomp to the gut by Double A! DDT ON STING BY ARN ANDERSON!!!! Sting is down! Flair rolls on top of Sting!
OLE ANDERSON ROLLS INTO THE RING! OLE COUNTS ONE….TWO….THREE!!!!!
TONY: What is Ole doing? He had to see what Arn Anderson did!
OLE RAISES FLAIR’S HAND!!!! OLE GIVES FLAIR THE CHAMPIONSHIP BELT!!!!! WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP!!!!
JESSE: Hey, guys, Ole is a WCW official! The Commisioner left him in charge!

Lugar and Vicious join Anderson and Flair in the ring! Each man raises four fingers!

(Yeah, I know it would be customary to play the Champions’ music, but there’s no way I’m playing the Michigan fight song for babyfaces in the Buckeye State! I kinda like it when the crowd cheers for the good guys!)
The Road Warriors & The Steiner Brothers vs. The Hardliners (w/Colonel Robert Parker) & the Nasty Boys (w/Luna Vachon): The heels attack as soon as Hawk and Animal remove their spiked shoulder pads!The Nastys and the Warriors end up fighting on the floor while the Steiners and Hardliners go at it in the ring! The nastys actually get the best of the battle with Hawk and Animal as Luna throws powder in the Warriors’ eyes and Knobbs and Saggs beat them down with chairs! In the ring, Rick Steiner gets the win for his team as he pins Dick Slater after a belly to belly suplex after Slater accidentally collides with Colonel Parker, who was trying to interfere! After getting the win, Rick and Scott attempt to assist hawk and Animal, but the fight with the Hardliners continues on for several minutes!

“Total Package” Lex Lugar vs. Paul “Mr. Wonderful” Orndorff: Orndorff brought in Lugar to be his partner, but they’ve been feuding ever since! These two have a wild brawl inside and outside of the ring! Lugar gets the win as he gets a submission to the torture rack after hitting a powerslam. Lugar flexes for a few minutes after the match and hears a mixture of boos and cheers from the Dayton crowd.

THE WORLD CHAMPION HAS ARRIVED!!! Surrounded by the Dayton Flyers cheerleading squad, the Stinger enters the arena! He looks fired up and ready to go!
WCW World Title Match: Sting © vs. “Nature Boy” Ric Flair: Flair goes on the offensive early as he lands a series of chops. Sting lets out his trademark yell, beats his chest, and proceeds to throw Flair all over the ring! Flair wrestles as an all out heel here tonight, but still hears some fan support while Sting wrestles his usual high octane match!
Sting is dominant and appears on his way to a convincing win as he attempts the Stinger splash. The crafty Flair sidesteps and the Stinger hits the corner hard! Flair takes over at this point and works the leg, obviously setting up for the figure four. Finally, Flair locks in his legendary submission hold. It looks like we have a new champion until Sting beats on his chest, lets out a scream, and breaks the hold! As the Stinger fans pop, the champ makes a comeback!
Wait! What are these guys doing here? Lex Lugar and Sid Vicious come to ringside as Sting takes control of this match!
Sting is fired up! He’s beating the Nature Boy from pillar to post and Flair sells for him like he’s Superman!Sting whips Flair into the corner! Here comes another Stinger splash!
NO! Flair grabs referee Randy Anderson and uses him as a shield! The Stinger crushes Anderson! Pee Wee crumples to the mat and rolls out to the floor!Ole Anderson and Michael Hayes come out to tend to the fallen official. Meanwhile, Lugar and Vicious climb onto the apron. Sting is obviously distracted by their presence. He doesn’t notice Arn Anderson roll into the ring! Anderson taps the Stinger on the shoulder! Sting turns around….stomp to the gut by Double A! DDT ON STING BY ARN ANDERSON!!!! Sting is down! Flair rolls on top of Sting!
OLE ANDERSON ROLLS INTO THE RING! OLE COUNTS ONE….TWO….THREE!!!!!
TONY: What is Ole doing? He had to see what Arn Anderson did!
OLE RAISES FLAIR’S HAND!!!! OLE GIVES FLAIR THE CHAMPIONSHIP BELT!!!!! WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP!!!!
JESSE: Hey, guys, Ole is a WCW official! The Commisioner left him in charge!
WINNER: NEW WCW WORLD CHAMPION RIC FLAIR!!!!!
Lugar and Vicious join Anderson and Flair in the ring! Each man raises four fingers!
LARRY: It all makes sense now!

Michael Hayes stops Ole at ringside to question him about what happened. Ole waves him off and leaves!
The last image we see is of the Four Horsemen celebrating in the ring as Sting looks on disbelief!
