The Road Warriors vs. the State Patrol: Hawk and Animal totally overpower the Patrol and get the win after the Doomsday Device on Buddy Lee Parker! Larry and Jesse agree that the Steiners will need to be on top of their game tomorrow night on pay per view in Detroit!

GENE: Hawk and Animal, thank you gentlemen for joining me here at this time! Tomorrow night, live on pay per view from Detroit’s Joe Louis Arena, it’s SuperBrawl! A huge opportunity for the Road Warriors as you challenge Rick & Scott Steiner for the World Tag Team Title!
ANIMAL: Mean Gene, this is where we separate the men from the boys! Rick and Scott, we’re prepared to do whatever it takes to win those belts! Will you do whatever it takes to stop us? Scotty, do you honestly think that you can hit that silly Frankensteiner on me or my brother here? Rick, do you seriously think your Steinerline can stand up to a Road Warrior clothesline?

Pretty Paul Roma and Max Thrasher enter the ring to a chorus of boos. Then, the music plays…
Rick and Scott Steiner vs. "Pretty" Paul Roma & Max Thrasher: The WCW World Tag Team Champions have arrived! Paul Roma never even gets to tag in as the Steiners throw Thrasher all over the ring with suplexes, clotheslines, and various other maneuvers! Rick pins Thrasher after a belly to belly off of the top turnbuckle!
WINNERS: THE STEINER BROTHERS
GENE: The Steiner Brothers join me now! You just dominated your opponents in that match, but I can’t help but think that the Road Warriors will give you more trouble!
SCOTT: They are tough! I’d be a fool to say otherwise, Mean Gene! This will be the hardest match of our career!
RICK: Yeah, they are tough, but there ain’t no way that Scotty and me will lose these belts in our hometown with all of our family and friends watching! Hawk and Animal, you can count the times you’ve lost on the fingers of one hand! Well, you better get another hand ready, ‘cause me and Scotty are gonna do it!
GENE: They are supremely confident, your World Tag Team Champions, Rick and Scott Steiner!

Sting vs. Cueball Carmichael: Sting is fired up to face Sid Vicious and Vader in the Triangle match for Vader’s title. The Stinger makes short work of Carmichael. First hitting the Stinger splas and then, locking in the Scorpion Deathlock for the submission victory.

GENE: Stinger, if I may, an outstanding victory! You look primed and ready for SuperBrawl!
STING: OWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! YES! YES! I am ready, Mean Gene! Some people say that I should just sit back and watch the other two guys...let them take each other out and then jump in there and sneak my way into being champion! That’s not how the Stinger operates! I’m gonna go full speed ahead! I’m gonna be aggressive, Mean Gene! I’m going after both guys! My goal is to pin Sid right in the middle of the ring! Then, pin Vader! Then, take the title and celebrate all night long!

Sting beats on his chest as his music plays!
LARRY: I just hope that he isn’t too fired up!
TONY: I don’t think that will be a problem!

Vader (w/Harley Race) vs. Steve Blackman: This will be Blackman’s toughest test since arriving in WCW. Blackman has some good moments by using his martial arts skills, but Vader is just too much. Vader finishes Blackman with a powerbomb. Jesse says Sting can beat on his chest all that he wants to, but he’ll get the same thing tomorrow night!
WINNER: VADER
GENE: Harley Race, old friend, if I can have a few moments with you and the WCW World Champion, Vader, please. Tomorrow night, at SuperBrawl, the triangle match against two awesome contenders in Sid Vicious and the man called Sting! I’ve never seen an athlete with more enthusiasm than the Stinger!
HARLEY; Yeah, he’s got a lot of fire in the belly, but that will burn out really quickly when Vader gets his hands on him! I see Sid Vicious out here and he’s all cocky and saying he rules the world! (slaps Vader’s chest) This is the ruler of the world, Sid! The WCW Heavyweight Champion of the World! Not only is Vader the most awesome athlete evr to compete in the greatest sport on God’s green earth, he has the knowledge of the man who won more championships than anybody else behind him! That’s an unbeatable combination, Sid! That’s an unstoppable force, Stinger!
Vader beats on his chest!
VADER: Look, Stinger, I can do that, too! Yeah, you put on a good show for all of the little kids who idolize you and the teenage girls who think you’re cute! Well, I don’t care about what little boys or teenage girls think! I care about being the best in the world and that’s what I am! And anybody who stands in my way, whether it’s Sting or Vicious gets hurt!
RACE: My man is gonna roll over both of those punks tomorrow night and leave no doubt who the greatest really is!

Paul “Mr. Wonderful” Orndorff vs. Terry Taylor: A highly competitive match between two solid pros. After about ten minutes of action, “Mr. Wonderful” reverses an inside cradle and scores a 1-2-3! Jesse says regardless of who Orndorff’s mystery partner is, Ric Flair and Arn Anderson are in for a tough match!
WINNER: PAUL ORNDORFF
GENE: Mr. Wonderful, if you’d join me, please…
ORNDORFF: Did you see that wrestling lesson that I just gave Terry Taylor, Mean Gene? Tomorrow night, in Detroit, that’s exactly what Flair and Anderson can expect from my partner and me!
GENE: Speaking of that, exactly who is this partner?
ORNDORFF: That is absolutely, positively, 100% none of your business, Gene! Let me say this: you will be shocked! You will be amazed! Hearts will break! People will pass out from sheer shock! Flair and Anderson won’t know what hit them!
GENE: OK, I’m sorry that I asked!
ORNDORFF: Not half as sorry as the Nature Boy and his idiot cousin will be tomorrow night!
GENE: A very confident Mr. Wonderful! It looks like we’ll have to wait until tomorrow night for his partner to be revealed, ladies and gentlemen!

Sid Vicious vs. Chris Walker: The muscular Walker takes the action to Vicious, but it doesn’t help much. Sid powerbombs and pins Walker and makes it look easy.
WINNER: SID VICIOUS
GENE: Sid Vicious, the hour of the Triangle Match is rapidly approaching and you look ready for action, but so do Sting and Vader!
SID: I am the man who rules the world! First, I’ll take Sting out! Then, I’ll put Vader down for the belt! And that is only the first phase of my master plan to dominate WCW!
Ric Flair and Arn Anderson are here!
FLAIR: OK, kid, very impressive! Arn and I have something to say if you’ll step aside! Good luck tomorrow night!
Sid leaves the interview area…
FLAIR: Tomorrow night, the arena will be packed to see Double A and the nature Boy walk that aisle one more time! The women will be lined up in front of the Marriott, waiting for us! It’s gonna be a great night! It won’t be so great for Mr. Wonderful! Paula, I’ve been reading this dirt sheet, this gossip rag! (holds up a newsletter) They’re spreading all kinds of rumors! Terry Funk! Dusty Rhodes! Abdullah the Butcher! Even big Sid Vicious! Arn, let me ask you question, pal: does it matter?
ARN: Not one iota! If it’s a human being, we can handle it, Naitch! If it’s from another world, it’s predestination and there’s nothing anybody can do about it! Orndorff, you made the mistake of a lifetime when you jumped on my best friend! You’re about to find out-it’s really easy to jump on, but it’s hard to jump off!
FLAIR: And after it’s all over! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! We’re gonna party all night long! WOOOOOOO! As for these two British boys we’ve got later tonight, I talked to Billy Robinson on the phone today and he said “Who on God’s green earth is Lord Steven Regal and Squire David Taylor?” WOOOOOOOOOO!

The Nasty Boys (w/Luna Vachon) vs. Pat Tanaka & Curtis Thompson: Tanaka and Thompson are no slouches, but the combination of the Nastys’ brutality and Luna’s interference and distraction lead to a rather easy win for Knobs and Sags as Knobs pins Thompson after an elbow off the top rope.

Hustler Rip Rogers struts into the ring, looking supremely confident. Then, the music of the United States Champion plays…
Ricky “the Dragon” Steamboat vs. Hustler Rip Rogers: During the match, Steamboat’s challenger at SuperBrawl, Rick Rude, joins the commentary team. Rude’s contribution is a mixture of bragging, backhanded compliments, and insults toward Steamboat. Rude says he has the best physique in the sport and incredible cardiovascular conditioning. He’s built for a Texas Death Match! Regardless, Steamboat pins Rogers with a high cross Body after a spirited contest.
WINNER: RICKY “THE DRAGON” STEAMBOAT
GENE: Rick Rude has joined me. I can’t help but think that you are double dipping after joining Tony and the guys on commentary…
RUDE: There’s no such thing as too much Rick Rude, Mean Gene! Ask the executives here at TBS...when the Ravishing One appears, the ratings go sky high! Ask any divorce attorney how many phone calls he gets from unsatisfied wives wanting a divorce after they see what a real man looks like! Johnny B. Badd vs. Joey Maggs: The World TV Champion tunes up for his title defense against Lord Steven Regal with this match against Maggs. Joey gives it his all, but is pinned after Johnny B. hits a knockout punch. Of course, Jesse predicts a new champion and larry disagrees…

Tazmaniac(w/Kevin Sullivan) vs. George South: Tazmaniac hits South with a wide variety of suplexes before putting him away with a German suplex into a bridging pin.

GENE: Kevin Sullivan, you have brought a very impressive athlete into WCW in the Tazmaniac! It’s good that he’s on your side because you find yourself in a war with Colonel Robert Parker’s Stud Stable! Later on this week’s program, you will team up with Max Payne against Bunkhouse Buck and Meng! Tomorrow night, the Tazmaniac will join the battle on your side and Mean Mike Enos will team with Buck and Meng! Are you and your partners ready?
SULLIVAN: Gene, didn’t you just see that awesome display by the Tazmaniac? He is the human suplex machine! Maxx Payne is such a destructive force that he even scares me, Mean Gene! Colonel Robert Parker, we are coming for vengeance! Believe it or not, Gene, I don’t have an overabundance of friends and Cactus Jack is a true friend! They put him in the hospital and out of wrestling! We will avenge him! Colonel Parker, maybe not today or tomorrow, but I will get my hands on you and when that happens, it will be the most terrifying experience of your miserable life!
GENE: Payne and Sullivan vs. Meng and Bunkhouse Buck, when we come back!

Meng & Bunkhouse Buck (w/Colonel Robert Parker) vs. Maxx Payne & Kevin Sullivan: This match is an all out brawl. When parker attempts to interfere, Tazmaniac shows up and chases him around the ring!Eventually, Taz chases Parker into the ring and the ref calls for the bell! Taz procees to suplex both Meng and Buck! Parker drags his guys away as Tazmaniac, Sullivan, and Payne stand tall!

Sir William leads Sir William Regal and Squire David Taylor to the ring. William waves a small Union Jack. The, we hear…
The fans roar as the Nature Boy and the Enforcer make a grand entrance!
Lord Steven Regal & Squire David Taylor (w/Sir William) vs. “Nature Boy” Ric Flair & Arn Anderson:
Flair and Anderson start off strong, but then, Paul Orndorff comes to ringside and stands by Sir William. This distracts Flair and the English team takes advantage of the situation! Taylor and Regal isolate Flair and work him over for several minutes. Flair finally makes a hot tag and Arn enters, fist and fire! At that moment, a large masked man makes his entrance and stands by Orndorff’s side! The man is wearing a tracksuit and all we can see is that he’s larger than Orndorff. Arn is distracted by the newcomer and Taylor sucker punches Double A to give his team the advantage! Arn takes some punishment from the heels and, before long, they seem to have the match in hand. Orndorff and the masked man, evidently his partner, leave the ringside area together. With Flair yelling encouragement, Anderson hits a DDT on Regal and gets the pin! Flair and Anderson celebrate a hard fought win! They forevermore look ready for SuperBrawl!
TONY: don’t miss SuperBrawl tomorrow night, only on Pay per view! Next week, we’ll have the aftermath of what I’m sure will be one of the greatest nights in the history of our great sport! Happy Easter, everybody!
