Tenay, “Welcome everyone to ‘Monday Night Thunder’! Dream, we debuted this new show last week, and it was fantastic.”
Rhodes, “Iron Mike, the WWA was great, and now we’re even better in prime time baby!”
Tenay, “We have a big match to open the show. You know who is back.”
Rhodes, “I can’t wait, let’s get this started.”
Match #1
Rex King waits in the ring. We hear bagpipes playing, and “Rowdy” Roddy Piper comes to the ring. He goes right after King. The fans love Roddy, but he doesn’t always wrestle by the rules. He is very aggressive, and the fans love it. He clamps the sleeper on, and King is out. Piper grabs the mic from Matc Lowrance.
Piper, “All I have to say is, the boss is back!” The crowd goes crazy.

Non Title Match
The T-Rex Brothers (World Tag Team Champions) w/Jimmy Hart vs. Iceman King Parsons and Brickhouse Brown
Hart acquired the champions and added Hercules, and they are even more dangerous. Brown, and the Iceman have their hands full. The Barbarian and Iceman open the contest. Parsons is a veteran with a lot of guile. He confuses the Barbarian, and Hercules tags in. The muscleman works over Parsons. He is able to free himself, and tag in Brown. Brick starts fast, but Hercules is too much. He clamps on the full Nelson, and Brown submits.
Winners- The T-Rex Brothers
Match #3
Brian Blair vs. Killer Brooks
Two veterans meet in this one. Brooks jumps Blair before the bell. He pounds away and Blair is in trouble. Brian fights back. The crowd is behind him. He throws rights and lefts and Brooks is in retreat. Blair slams Brooks to the mat and climbs to the second rope. He drops a knee on Brooks and covers him for the fall.
Winner- Brian Blair
Marc Lowrance is with Jimmy Hart and his “First Family”, the T-Rex Brothers, Al Perez, and King Kong Bundy.
Lowrance, “With me are Jimmy Hart and the First Family. Mr. Hart, you have arrived in the WWA and gone straight to the top.”
Hart, “HAHAHA! That’s right Lowrance. The WWA is the fastest growing organization in the sport, and now I’m on top of it!”
Lowrance, “The T-Rex Brothers hold the tag titles, but the Intergalactic Warriors are hot on their trail.”
Hart, “Those clowns? Don’t kid me. We’ll finish off those two clowns!”
Lowrance, “In our next match, you new man, King Kong Bundy takes to the ring.”
Hart, “Look at Bundy! He’s a monster, and he’s going to destroy anyone in his path, the First Family is unstoppable! HAHAHA!”
Lowrance, “King Kong Bundy is in action next.”
Match #4
King Kong Bundy w/Jimmy Hart vs. Joe Gomez
Bundy is still a monster. He attacks Gomez, and the “Desperado” is in early trouble. Jimmy Hart is manic at ringside. He shouts instructions, and Bundy carries them out. Gomez tries to fight back, but Bundy is too much. He hits the Avalanche for the win, and demands a five count from referee Billy Silverman.
Winner- King Kong Bundy
Match #5
Sam Houston w/Baby Doll vs. Bobby Duncum Jr.
This will be a good one. The popular Houston has Baby Doll with him. Duncum is a skilled second generation wrestler. Both men exchange holds and counter holds. They both get near falls. Duncum tries to rough up Sam. Baby Doll shouts encouragement to her man. Houston fires back, and Duncum is in retreat. Bobby rolls him up, and grabs the tights. Houston reverses it and referee James Beard counts the fall. A good match.
Winner- Sam Houston

Lowrance, “Hello fans, April 13 is fast approaching, and that means ‘Spring Stampede”. We will be in the Rocky Mountains in beautiful Denver, CO. The McNicholls Arena will host the action. The WWA always presents great PayperView action, and this will be no different. Tonight, we can announce two big matches. The World Tag Championship will be on the line. Jimmy Hart’s men, the T-Rex Brothers defend the titles against the Intergalactic Warriors. Four huge men will be in the ring, what a match it will be. Now, let’s see what happened last week.”
We see action from the premier edition of “Monday Night Thunder”.
Oh no, Yokozuna goes back to the ropes, and hits another one. Suddenly, the Patriot hits the ring. He attacks Yokozuna. We have a brawl on our hands. Yoko rolls out of the ring. The masked man calls for Yokozuna to come back in the ring, but he declines.
Lowrance, “The World Title will be on the line. The popular Patriot challenges Yokozuna for the World Title. Those two matches would be enough, but you know, in the coming days, we will be adding more exciting contests. Contact your cable company for information about ordering.”

The Bruise Brothers vs. Johnny Ace and Brutus Beefcake
The young Bruise Brothers meet a couple of veterans. Ron Harris starts with Ace. Ron is vicious. He works over Ace. Johnny is trapped in the corner. Both men double team him. Ace fights his way out of the corner. He tags in Beefcake. Brutus struts around and slows the pace. Don tags in. The second twin goes to work. Ruth’s is in trouble. Harris uses the big boot for the win.

Marc Lowrance is with the Ultimate Warrior.
Lowrance, “With me is the Ultimate Warrior. You take on Krusher Kruschev tonight. He and Ivan Koloff have targeted you.”
Warrior, “Let them target me! The Warrior stands above everyone as the price of America. This traitor Kruschev thinks he he can return to the top by beating me, that won’t happen! Koloff, if you stick your nose into things, I will destroy you as well!”
Lowrance, “Our main event is next.”
Match #7
The Ultimate Warrior vs. Krusher Kruschev w/Ivan Koloff
Koloff has rejoined his old partner, and they have targeted the Warrior. The bell rings and we are underway. Kruschev used all his dirty tricks to keep the Warrior off balance. Koloff shouts instructions from ringside. The Warrior has had enough. He rallies. He backs Krusher into the corner. Koloff enters the ring behind Warrior. He smashes him with the chain. This allows the two Russians to escape. This on is not over.
Winner- The Ultimate Warrior (Disqualification)
Mike Tenay and Dusty Rhodes close the program.
Tenay, “Dusty, another great show!”
Rhodes, “Iron Mike, it just gets better and better.”
Tenay, “You said it, and next week it will be even hotter. We have a main event you will be very interested in. The Bossman and Sabu with Woman take on Sam Houston, and Baby Doll. They team up with your son Dustin!”
Rhodes, “Dustin is going to beat the Bossman very soon, but what about those Devil Women? Dustin says he trusts Baby Doll, and so do I. It’s going to be a fight!”
