“Ragin’ Bull” Manny Fernandez pins “the Ace” Bob Orton in 10:58. The Ace went for a superplex, but Manny knocked him off the top rope. Manny then splashed Orton for the 1-2-3!
The Ebony Experience defeated New Sensation(w/Baby Doll) in 8:47 as Stevie Ray pinned Steve Keirn after a Harlem Hangover. After the match, Dennis Condrey and Baby Doll seemed to blame Steve Keirn for the loss. Keirn looked like he was going to slug somebody, but nothing came of it…
Steve “Dr. Death” Williams went through Papa Shango like a hot knife through a stick of butter and pinned him in 2:07 after an Oklahoma Stampede. In a postmatch interview, Doc challenged the winner of the Undisputed World Title match later that night!
In a match where Dusty Rhodes put his career against Dick Slater leaving the UWA, Dusty pinned Slater in 12:36 after DDTing Slater on a chair that Bob Orton threw into the ring.
UWA World Tag Team Champions the Fantastics beat the Stud Stable in 12:29 as Bobby hit a flying bodypress on Jimmy Golden as he was attempting to piledrive Tommy.
In a hair vs. mask match, Dustin Rhodes beat the Bonecrusher after a clothesline off the top rope at 11:01. Bonecrusher unmasked after the match…

Ole jumped Dustin, but Dusty ran in and elbow smashed him out of the ring!
Undisputed World Champion “Megabucks” Michael Rotunda (w/Missy Hyatt defended against Ravishing Rick Rude. After a hard hitting 9:33 of action, Rude won the match and the title as he pinned Rotunda after a pair of neckbreakers. After the bell, Rude did his bump and grind routine over Rotunda’s prone body as Missy stared at him with lust in her eyes! Rude gestured for Missy to enter the ring. She entered the ring and shared apassionate kiss with the new World Champion! Then, Rude slung Missy over his shoulder and, as promised, left with the belt and the babe! Magnum TA said a new era has begun in the UWA and he’s not sure he likes it much!
Up next, it’s brother vs. brother in a 2/3 falls match for the American Title as Kerry Von Erich takes on Kevin Von Erich with their legendary father Fritz in a neutral corner.
The first fall starts with a staredown, but surprisingly, both men wrestle tenatively and scientifically for most of the fall. Kevin surprises his younger brother with a victory roll to win the fall in 12:28.
Kerry seems really discouraged after dropping the first fall. Kevin responds by wrestling aggressively, but cleanly, and getting several near falls. Kerry reverses an inside cradle at the 25:37 mark to tie it at one fall apiece.
The third fall starts with more clean wrestling, but tempers flare after about 25 minutes of action and soon, Kerry and Kevin are slugging it out! They fight on the floor and narrowly beat the referee’s count! Both men are bleeding when ring announcer Mark Lowrance announces five minutes left! They are standing in center ring, Trading punches! Fritz is standing, both fists clinched...what must be going through his mind? Kerry flattens Kevin with a discus punch! There’s a strange look on the champion’s face as he backs off and gives his brother a chance to get up...two minutes remaining!Kevin finally gets back to his feet! Kerry applies the Iron Claw! Kevin counters with… THE IRON CLAW! Both men have applied the claw in the center of the ring! One minute left! They sink to their knees, neither relinquishing the hold! Blood is pouring from both of their heads! Neither is submitting! Lowrance announces ten seconds left! Then, he counts it down! 10! 9! 8! 7! 6! 5! 4! 3! 2! 1! Referee David Manning calls for the bell! Davis gestures for Fritz to come in and break this up! Fritz obliges and when the hold is broken, both Kerry and Kevin collapse, exhausted, to the mat! Lowrance announces the result...a DRAW!!!!
Fritz yanks both of his sons to a standing position and raises their hands! They both pull away and assume a fighting stance! Fritz gets between them! He’s saying something. Then, he steps aside...Keryy and Kevin hug it out! Fritz leaves the ring and picks up the American Title belt. Kevin snatches the belt from his father and puts the belt around Kerry’s waist! Kerry grabs Kevin’s wrist and holds his arm in the air! Both men use their right hand to show the claw. Fritz also shows the claw and stands by their side! What a moment! Wait a second! There’s a disturbance at ringside! It’s Gary Hart and Ole Anderson is by his side! What is going on?
A ringside mic picks up Hart’s words: “Enjoy it while ya can, Von Erichs! Your day is coming! I got plans for you and Rhodes and his punk kid, too!”
