Lee Greenwood opens the show with a powerful rendition of “God Bless The USA”.
Papa Shango (w/Sheik Adnan) pins Jim Powers after a shoulderbreaker in 3:22.
In an incredible match, Eddy Guerrero gets a submission win over Dean Malenko with the Gory Special in 9:02.
UWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion Jushin “Thunder” Liger successfully defends the belt as he pins Hiroshi Hase in 7:13 after a shooting star press.
Tito Santana and Magnificent Muraco go to a 10 minute draw.
Al Perez beats Dutch Mantel via DQ in 6:46. Mantel gets sick of Adnan’s interference and Perez’s use of a foreign object and brings Shoo Baby into the ring, causing referee Carl Fergie to DQ him.
Scott “The Stud” Hall & Rick “The Model” Martel (w/Sir Oliver Humperdink) beat Kevin Von Erich & Jumbo Tsuruta as Hall pins Tsuruta after a Razor’s Edge at the 9:01 mark.
“Tennessee Stud” Robert Fuller & Jimmy Golden go to a double countout with the Ebony Experience in 3:33. This is an all out brawl.
Up next, we have the Russian Roulette match with Dusty & Dustin Rhodes taking on archenemies Dick Slater & Bob Orton. This is a best of 3 falls match. Manny Fernandez is handcuffed to the Rhodes corner while Bonecrusher is handcuffed to the Orton/Slater corner. The winners of the first fall will be allowed to release the man in their corner and have a 3-2 advantage in fall 2. If the losers of fall 1 win the second, they can release their guy for the deciding fall.
Orton pins Dustin at the 7:23 mark after the the heels hit the younger Rhodes with a double clothesline. Referee Carl Fergie releases Bonecrusher and the heels have the odds on their side for the second fall.
Dusty and Dustin take a vicious beating for most of the second fall, but amazingly, the Dream catches Slater in an inside cradle to even things up at one fall apiece in 6:09.
Manny is released for the deciding fall. This is a wild brawl where everybody but the masked man spills blood. Speaking of Bonecrusher, Dustin hits the mystery man with a clothesline off the top rope and pins him in 7:28 to give his team the win! Afterwards, the heels are sore losers and jump the winners and leave them lying in a pool of their own blood!
In a match where the winner receives a World Title match in the future, Ravishing Rick Rude takes on Mitsuharu Misawa. Misawa dominates the action and scores several two counts on Rude. It looks like Rude won’t be achieving his goal of being World Champion anytime soon, but somehow, he executes a neckbreaker and gets the clean pin on Misawa in 21:07. The fans seem stunned by this outcome.
For the American Title, “Nature Boy” Buddy Landel(w/Sheik Adnan) defends against “Modern Day Warrior” Kerry Von Erich. After 14:48 of outstanding action, Kerry pins the nature Boy with a backslide to take the title! After the match, Adnan grabs the title belt and attempts to nail Kerry with it! Kevin rushes in with a steel chair and swings it at Adnan...but the Sheik gets out of the way!
KEVIN VON ERICH ACCIDENTALLY CLOBBERS KERRY WITH A STEEL CHAIR!!!!
The fans can’t believe what they have just seen! Kevin drops the chair, hangs his head, and leaves! Adnan grabs Landel and the heels get outta Dodge! Referee David Manning grabs the American belt, lays it on Kerry’s body and attempts to revive the new champion! What a wild night!
The UWA World Title match is up next as the Fantastics attempt to regain the title from New Sensation (w/Baby Doll). After a fast paced match with several near falls on both sides, Condrey and Keirn dump Bobby to the floor of the arena where Baby Doll takes off a high heeled shoe and starts banging Fulton’s head with it. In the ring, Nw Sensation gang up on Tommy! The champs go for a double backdrop on Rogrs, but he lands on his feet and executes an O’ Connor roll on Keirn! Before Condrey can break it up, Fulton shoves Baby Doll aside, re-enters the ring and cuts Loverboy Dennis off! Rogers gets the three count on Keirn!
THE FANTASTICS REGAIN THE UWA WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE!!!
MAIN EVENT: For the Undisputed World Championship, “Megabucks” Michael Rotunda(w/Missy Hyatt) defends against Steve “Dr. Death” Williams. While MarkLowranceintroduces the combatants, Papa Shnago walks to ringside, carrying a walking stick. As Williams is introduced, Shango strikes his own left shoulder with the stick. After that, referee Scott LeDoux orders Shango to leave and he complies.
Rotunda and Williams have a hard hitting match that is reminscent of the Mid South/UWF. It’s a combination of technical wrestling and brawling. Williams has the advantage for the majority of the time and everybody seems to be anticipating yet another title switch!
The end comes at the 16:54 mark as Dr. Death hits a bridging German suplex and geos for the pin! One..two...THREE!!!
LeDoux asks for the belt! Williams is leaping for joy! LeDoux….

Raises Rotunda’s hand and gives him the belt! LeDoux is indicating that Rotunda got his left shoulder up and that Dr. Death basically pinned himself! Williams can’t believe it! Of all the buzzard luck! Doc bangs his own head into the turnbuckle in utter frustration!
The last image we see before credits roll is Papa Shango and he’s laughing uncontrollably!
