LANCE: Hello, everybody, Lance Russell here in the UWA control center where we’ve been hard at work on this week’s UWA FURY! Due to some scheduling quirks, all of the matches on this week’s show were taped at the Sportatorium the night before our HOG WILD PPV, while other segments were taped after the event occurred. During each segment of the program tonight, there will be a graphic on the screen to indicate if what you are seeing was taped before or after HOG WILD. Trust me, tonight, we have a great show filled with all of the big action that you’ve come to expect from the UWA! In case you missed, HOG WILD, here’s a special highlights package just to give you a taste of what happened:

BONI: I have been invited to the palatial home of Sir Oliver Humperdink. Sir Oliver, it was a mixed bag of results for the House of Humperdink at HOG WILD. I understand that you are expanding and have a special announcement.
SOH: Absolutely true. First, I take exception to the “mixed bag” comment!Scott Hall had a dominant performance! After my Destruction Crew thrashed the three Texans, Mulligan and his skinny, punk kid have left the UWA for parts unknown! It was overwhelmingly positive for the House! I also saw a remarkable performance by a man who will be a perfect fit here in the House of Humperdink! He scored a brilliant victory over everybody’s hero, Kerry Von Erich, and as I watched, I knew that he would be a perfect fit for my stable! Please, make him welcome, Rick Martel!
Martel enters the picture, looking very smug.
SOH: Not only will this man be a great champion under my management, I have connections in several other businesses besides wrestling! Rick, I promise you that you are about to become a very wealthy man!
MARTEL: After I thrashed Kerry Von Erich, I knew big things were ahead!Now, as part of the House of Humperdink, there are only good things in my future!
BONI: Two things-First, the win against Kerry wasn’t exactly clean! Second, what about the Organization? Aren’t you affiliated with them?
SOH: There was absolutely nothing illegal or controversial about my man’s one sided defeat of Von Erich! If you wanna know about the Organization, ask Michael Rotunda! He’s in charge of that! I have incredible plans for Rick Martel’s future!When I’m through, he’ll be world famous! A household name! His face will be on TV screens and magazine covers everywhere!

RUSTY RIDDLE: (TAPED BEFORE HOG WILD) With the departure of Kokina, Hall is now the undisputed top individual in SOH’s stable(although Rick Martel might dispute that). Hall looks amazing as he demolishes Riddle and gets the duke after a Razor’s Edge.
MAGNUM: I hate to admit it, but joining the House of Humperdink has made Scott Hall a better competitor!

LES: I know today’s subject very well. He hails from Tampa, FL. He is a graduate of Robinson High School where he starred on the wrestling team as a teammate of Mike Graham. He attended the University of Tampa where he lettered in wrestling and football. He was a roomate of future All Pro John Matuszak. After college, he turned down an offer from the Miami Dolphins and chose a career in wrestling. He was trained by the late, great Eddie Graham and debuted in 1972. Over the last 17 years, Dick Slater has held championships throught the country and the world! He is frequently ranked among the top 10 wrestlers in the world! He is regarded as one of the toughest and most unpredictable wrestlers in the sport!Here, set to the music of Billy Joel is a look at Dick Slater in action!

I had a friend once. His name was Dusty Rhodes. Dusty stabbed me in the back and I swore revenge! Back in 1979, I swore that I would put him out of wrestling! Ten years later, I still haven’t accomplished that! I tracked you here, Dusty! And I will put you out of wrestling before I’m done here! And if your boy gets in my way, I’ll put him out, too!

Keirn is very impressive and outwrestles the Destruction Crew member. Magnum notes that neither Dennis Condrey or Baby Doll are watching from the audience this week as they have been recently. Keirn applies the sleeper after about five minutes of action and Bloom is fading fast! Humperdink jumps in and nails Keirn from behind! Before Steve can fight back, Mike Enos runs in and it’s a 3 on 1 beatdown! Look out! Here comes Dennis Condrey and he’s swinging a chair! The Destruction Crew and SOH bail out as Condrey saves Keirn! Dennis and Steve shake hands and hug it out before leaving the arena together! What is up with these two?
