Coss, “Welcome fans, we are a few days away from the ‘Portland Special’. Crusher, it’s going to be an exciting night.”
Stasiak, “Don, I can’t wait. I want to see who wins the titles. I agree, it’s going to be a big night.”
Coss, “We are going to talk with both Rip Oliver and Billy Jack Haynes, and we have an exciting main event, Hercules takes on Ricky Vaughn. Let’s go to Don Owen and get things started.”
Match #1
Dutch Mantell vs. CW Bergstrom
The rugged Mantell takes on the youngster Bergstrom. CW starts fast with rough house tactics. He punches and kicks. Mantell has had enough. He fires back. Mantell can brawl with anyone. Bergstrom is in retreat. Mantell slaps on the cobra hold, and CW is out.
Winner- Dutch Mantell
Match #2
Jerry Lynn vs. Col DeBeers
DeBeers steps into the ring tonight. He is very aggressive, and Lynn is in early trouble. Jerry fights back, and the crowd gets behind him. DeBeers takes to the floor to regroup. He argues with the ringsiders before returning to the ring. DeBeers comes back in and gets more vicious. He has Lynn in trouble. The Col uses the reverse piledriver for the win.
Winner- Col DeBeers

Coss, “Welcome to the ‘House of Action’. Portland Wrestling gets hotter and hotter. We all know what’s coming up on Tuesday. ‘The Portland Special’ is an old tradition in the Northwest. This is our first one since our return. Let’s talk about what you are going to see, we have an exciting six man tag team match, Col DeBeers’ Russians, Nikita Koloff, Nikolai Volkoff, and Boris Zhukov take on the young, strong, team of DJ Peterson, the Trooper, and the Midnight Soldier. You will also see Grappler I meet Jimmy ‘Superfly’ Snuka, you will also see Top Gun in action. We will also see two titles decided, for the Northwest Tag Team Titles, Jim Cornette’s Midnight Express meets Doug Furnas and Phil LaFon. In the big one, for the Northwest Championship, Rip ‘The Crippler’ Oliver takes on this man”
Billy Jack Haynes walks out.
Coss, “Billy, welcome.”
Haynes, “Thank you Don, it’s great to be here.”
Coss, “Well, you meet Rip Oliver for the Northwest Title. You and ‘The Crippler’ are old enemies.”
Haynes, “He’s good, and he’ll do anything to win, but I promise the fans one thing…I didn’t come back to the Northwest to finish second.”
Coss, “A few tickets still remain for Tuesday night, act quickly.”
Match #3
The Grappler I vs. Billy Two Rivers
The masked man and his partner are locked in a feud with Jimmy Snuka and the Tonga Kid. Tonight Grappler I meets the game Native American. The match starts fast. Both men are very sharp. Two Rivers is very skilled, and he holds his own. Grappler takes over and wins with a big boot.
Winner- Grappler I
Match #4
Bad Company vs. Mark Starr and Bret Sawyer
Bad Company are members of Rip Oliver’s Clan. Diamond and Tanaka are very talented. Diamond starts with Sawyer. Bret is a good wrestler and the early moments go back and forth. Diamond tags in Tanaka, and the martial arts expert goes to work. Sawyer is in trouble. He tags in Starr. The Englishman tries his hand. The match is fast paced. Tanaka hits a thrust kick on Starr, and covers him for the fall.
Winners- Bad Company
Crusher Stasiak is with Rip “The Crippler” Oliver.
Stasiak, “With me is Rip ‘The Crippler’ Oliver. Oliver, you meet Billy Jack Haynes for the Northwest Title at the ‘Portland Special’. That’s going to be a challenge for you.”
Oliver, “Don’t be ridiculous Stasiak, it’s not going to be a challenge. That muscle bound punk can’t wrestle. I’ve had the Northwest Title before, and I’m going to win it again.”
Stasiak, “I don’t think it’s going to be that easy.”
Match #5
Top Gun vs. Tommy Lane
The popular masked man meets a member of the Rock and Roll RPMs. The match is fast and furious. Both men are athletic, and move quickly. Top Gun gets a two count. Lane argues with referee Sandy Barr. Lane starts to break the rules, but Top Gun is ready for it. He lands a flying bodypress for the win.
Winner- Top Gun
Hercules is with Crusher Stasiak.
Stasiak, “With me is one of the strongest men in wrestling, Hercules. Hercules you have arrived in the Northwest, and have been very impressive.”
Hercules, “That’s right Stasiak! I am the strongest man in wrestling, and I’m here to destroy anyone in my path! It won’t be long until I’m on top!”
Stasiak, “You use the full Nelson.”
Hercules, “I have the best full Nelson in the sport, I’m going to leave a trail of broken bodies behind me!”
Stasiak, “Hercules is in action next.
Match #6
Hercules vs. Ricky Vaughn
Strength vs. speed in this one. Referee Sandy Barr calls for the bell, and we are underway. Hercules dishes out punishment. He pounds away, and Vaighn is in trouble. The crowd loves their native son, and they get behind Ricky. He rallies. Now Hercules is in retreat. The action continues. Hercules turns the tide and clamps on the full Nelson. Vaughn fights, but he is forced to submit. Hercules refuses to break the hold. Sandy Barr counts, and Hercules breaks the hold. He is a monster.
Winner- Hercules

Stasiak, “I can’t wait Don, it’s going to be exciting.”
