WATTS: As you all know, Steve “Dr. Death” Williams defeated Kerry Von Erich on July 4th to win the Undisputed World Title. We see Dr. Death, surrounded by bikers…
DR. DEATH: Get ready to run wild!
BIKERS: (in unison) HOG WILD!
SCOTTY THE BODY VS. MIKE JACKSON: The UWA World Junior Heavyweight Champ takes on the very capable Alabama Junior Heavyweight Champion in non-title action. Scotty gets the win by pinfall after a piledriver.

BONI: I’m here with the Undisputed World Champion, Steve “Dr. Death” Williams, the “first lady of professional wrestling” Missy Hyatt, and UWA President Cowboy Bill Watts.
DR. DEATH: Yeah, Bill, here’s the thing, ol’ buddy: If I’m gonna defend at HOG WILD, I don’t want just any opponent! I only wrestle world class, championship caliber opponents! You’d better have a man like that for me to defend this belt against! So, tell me-whatcha got?
WATTS: I’m afraid that you’re not the young man who I helped to break into this sport! I think people like this young lady and Mike Rotunda have been bad influences! But, if you want a top superstar, you’ve got one! Three time NWA World Champion, the biggest box office attraction in wrestling worldwide! Look and listen, Doc!
THE AMERICAN DREAM IS IN THE UWA!!!
“AMERICAN DREAM” DUSTY RHODES VS. GOLDIE ROGERS: The Dream goes through his opponent like a knife through butter! DUSTY: Steve “Dr. Death” Williams, I will not lie to these great wrestling fans! You are AWESOME! You have bigger biceps than the American Dream! Your chest and shoulders are broader than mine! The Oklahoma Stampede is an amazing move, daddy! No man alive will kick outta that powerslam, baby! But let me ask you on thing: How can you do a powerslam layin’ flat on your back, Dr. Death? The American Dream has come for your World’s Title, Doc, and I don’t plan on leavin’ without it! Every time that I have ever set a goal, come hell or high water, I have achieved it! And there ain’t nothin’ gonna stop me now!

PERSONALITY PROFILE:
Les Thatcher is standing in the locker room.
LES: Tonight, the subject of our Profile is no stranger to the UWA. Dean Malenko has held the UWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship. He has wrestled in several countries. He stands 5’10 and weighs 215. He is 29 years old and hails from Tampa, FL. He is the son of the legendary Boris Malenko. His brother, Joe, is also a successful professional wrestler. Dean, welcome back to the UWA!
MALENKO: Thank you, Les. Great to see you again. I’m also proud to be back here in the United Wrestling Alliance.
LES: Your name is synonymous with the World Junior Heavyweight Championship. Will you be pursuing that title again?
MALENKO: I plan on being champion once again! I don’t like what is happening in that division these days. When I was champion and even when Chris Adams was champion, the title was about wrestling! Take the man to the mat, wear him down, then pin him or get a submission. Now, you have Scotty the Body as champion. What is his last name?
LES: Well, uhm, I’m not sure of that, Dean!
MALENKO: I’m proud of who I am! The name Malenko means something in this sport, thanks to my father, my brother, and me! Just look at the way your champion looks! I wrestle in black boots and black trunks. I am an athlete, not some sideshow entertainer! And who does he defend against? I watched the show on July 4th-El Hijo Del Santo! What is his first name, last name? What does he even look like? Another sideshow! Now, I hear Chavo Guerrero’s little brother is coming to challenge Scotty! He’s no wrestler! Mexican wrestling isn’t real wrestling! It’s tumbling with a few holds thrown in for good measure! I’m here to bring back professional wrestling! W-R-E-S-T-L-I-N-G! Not circus acts, not gymnastics, but Wrestling!
LES: I can see your point, Dean, but take it from a guy who wore black boots and trunks and used his real name, Scotty the Body and Eddy Guerrero are not to be taken lightly! Thanks for joining me this week, Dean!

AMERICAN TITLE TOURNAMENT MATCH: TITO SANTANA VS. LETHAL LARRY CAMERON: Cameron is a powerhouse and he dishes out a bunch of punishment to the man from Tocula, Mexico. Tito pulls off a big win as he hits the flying forearm for the 1-2-3! Santana advances in the tournament!
COMMERCIAL
VTR:
“The Ace” Bob Orton, Jr. stands behind a section of chain link fence. He is wearing the UWA TV Title belt.
ORTON: Kevin Von Erich, they say the squeaking wheel gets the grease. It looks like you are just like my old man tells me Fritz was-You squeak until you get what you want! Kevin, there’s another old saying: Be careful what you wish for because you just might get it! You wanted me in a title match where anything goes and nobody could interfere! Old Bill Watts gave you a cage match right here on TV!
Orton pulls out a tomato! Orton rubs it on the fencing until it bursts and the cage is stained red! It almost looks like blood!
ORTON: Von Erich! Is this what you want? Does this belt mean that much to you? I’ll do whatever it takes to hold onto my title, Von Erich! Are you ready to pay the price? (glares into the camera) I don’t think so, Kevin!
VTR:
Kevin Von Erich stands in the ring at an empty Sportatorium.
KEVIN: This place has always been my home away from home! The people who come here aren’t a nameless, faceles mob of fans! They’re more like family and friends! That’s why this cage match here tonight means so much! I want to win the TV Title back for the people of Texas and the Von Erich fans all around the world! I’m warning everybody watching- this could get ugly! It could be gory and violent! Parents, don’t let your kids watch this alone! Orton, I’m not making predictions, but Kerry doesn’t have a belt now and I don’t either! That just doesn’t feel right! I’m gonna throw everything I’ve got at you here tonight! You’d better be ready because I don’t plan on leaving the Sportatorium without a belt around my waist tonight!

AMERICAN TITLE TOURNAMENT MATCH: STEVE KEIRN VS. MR. SAITO(W/HIRO MATSUDA): Before the match begins, the camera shows Dennis Condrey seated in the audience. Thatcher and Magnum put Condrey over as one of the top tag team wrestlers ever. Once the bell rings, Keirn and Saito have the announce team’s full attention. It’s a closely fought match with neither grappler keeping any advantage for any length of time. Matsuda manages to distract Keirn and that leads to Saito hitting a Saito Suplex and getting the pin to advance to the next round of the tournament. That’s a big victory for the Wrestle Kingdom group!

SOH: First of all, you just saw the Iron Sheik fail once again! He’s yesterday’s news and he’s out of the House of Humperdink! Now, for the announcement the world has been waiting for! Make welcome a new addition to the House and a new man! Don’t call him Big Scott Hall! From this day forward, he is Scott “the Stud” Hall! That should be easy for you, Boni! I’ve seen you look at him with lust in your eyes!
Hall strolls into the interview area, only now, he looks like this:
HALL: Hey, yo, mama! The Stud has arrived! It’s like my old man used to tell me, “Sometimes it’s better to switch than fight!” I got a new look and a new attitude! I’m going straight to the top!
BONI: But, you were feuding with Kokina and the rest of the House of Humperdink!
Kokina walks into the frame. He and Hall do a soul brother handshake.
HALL: The big man and me are cool now, blondie! I told you in San Francisco that I had to make some changes and some people wouldn’t like it much! Kerry Von Erich! Dusty Rhodes! JYD! Ronnie Garvin! All of you had better watch out for the Stud! And the Big Man! And all of the House of Humperdink!
SOH: The House is putting everybody in the UWA on notice! We are taking over!
BONI: I really don’t know what to say about all of this!

With Kerry’s encouragement, Kevin manages to fight back and make it a close match. The turning point comes when the crafty Orton moves out of the way of a Von Erich flying bodypress and Kevin crashes hard to the mat!
