Lowrance, “Welcome to ‘Global Championship’. Things are heating up in the GWF and we have a great show for you tonight. Our main event will be a good one, ‘The California Stud’ Rod Price takes on Johnny Mantell. Let’s go to Doyle King and get things underway.”
Match #1
Jimmy Jack Funk vs. Tony Falk
The wild Funk takes on the game veteran. JJ starts quickly. He dishes out punishment, and Falk is in trouble. Funk slams Tony and covers him. Falk kicks out at two, but he is still in trouble. He gets in a few shots, but Funk hits the shoulder breaker for the win.
Winner- Jimmy Jack Funk
Match #2
The Patriot vs. Action Jackson
The masked man is locked in a feud vs. Moadib. Jackson is quick, and agile. Jackson starts quickly. Now the Patriot fights back. The masked man goes for a sleephold. Jackson gets to the ropes and the hold is broken. Jackson gets in a few shots, but the Patriot is too much. He lands a Patriot missile for the win.
Winner- The Patriot

Lowrance, “Fans, July 2 is fast approaching, and that means ‘Independence Day Star Wars”. We will be at the Sam Houston Coliseum in Houston, TX. Tne GWF presents the best in wrestling action, and this show will be no different. Here is hat we know so far.
The Texas Title is on the line as the Patriot challenges Moadib.
The Global Tag Team Champions, Bobby Duncum Jr. and Big John Hawk, defend the titles against the popular Simpson Brothers.
Last week, Iceman King Parsons and 2Cold Scorpio challenged Black Bart, Super Destroyer and the manager General Skandor Akbar to a two on three tag team match. Let’s hear from Akbar and his men.”
We see Akbar, Bart and the Super Destroyer in an interview area.
Akbar, “Parsons, Scorpio, you shot off your mouths! You think the General is afraid to get back on the ring, we’ll your dumber than I thought. I’ll put on the tights, and Bart and the Super Destroyer will help me beat some sense into you two dummies!”
Lowrance, “We have a tag team match and what a match it will be. Now for the big announcement. The North American Title will be on the line. Kevin Von Erich will defend the title, but against who? GWF President Max Andrews has that answer. Let’s hear from the President.”
We see Max Andrews seated at a desk.
Andrews, “Welcome fans. The GWF is on fire, and July 2 will be a big night. Kevin Von Erich needs an opponent. The Championship Committee met many times, and the conversation got quite heated. After many arguments, this man was named the number one contender.”
We see a video of the One Man Gang.
Andrews, “Yes, Gary Hart’s man, the One Man Gang will take on Kevin Von Erich in Houston.”
Lowrance, “Kevin Von Erich vs. the One Man Gang, the wrestling world will be watching. We can also announce that Gary Hart and the One Man Gang will be here next week.”

Moadib (Texas Champion) w/General Skandor Akbar vs. Rex King
The Champion will take on the Patriot in Houston. Moadib has looked unbeatable, but you can’t count out the masked man. Moadib is vicious. He works over King. Rex puts up a good fight, but Moadib uses a legdrop for the win.
Winner- Moadib

Non Title Match
Bobby Duncum Jr. and Big John Hawk (Global Tag Team Championship) vs. Steven Dane and Calvin Knapp
“Tex” Roberts’ men have a tough one on July 2. Duncum starts against Dane. Steven is very talented and the match goes back and forth. The hints begin to go the Champions way. Hawk tags in and the big native of Sweetwater tags in. Knapp tries his hand, but Hawk is too much. He hits a clothesline for the win.
Winners- Bobby Duncum Jr. and John Hawk
We see Marc Lowrance.
Lowrance, “Fans, we received a strange video tape. We do not know who sent it to us. Let’s take a look.”
We hear,
“Oh my God

We see what appears to be a small southern town.
The camera heads down a dirt road with a cemetery on the side.
We see clearing in small wooded area. People sit on rough hewn benches. A man in a white suit stands before them.
Man, “The outside world is corrupt! Brothers and sisters, there is evil in the outside world! We are all looking for signs, signs that will point us in the direction of purity and good! You must seek the signs in you lives, don’t allow the evil of the outside world to seep into your lives, find those signs, search your lives! We need brave men to fight this evil!”
We now see a ramshackle barn. Inside stands the white suited man. He holds a burlap bag.
Man, “The signs are there brothers and sisters. seek them! When you find them, join me and fight the evil in the outside world!”
He tosses the bag on the barn floor and a copperhead slithers out.
Man. “My name is Copperhead Jones and I am here to seek the signs and fight the evil of the world!”
Lowrance, “I don’t know what to think.”
Match #5
“California Stud” Rod Price vs. Johnny Mantell
Gary Hart is not with Price tonight. That gives Mantell a better chance. The Cowboy from Wise, TX starts fast. Price is in trouble. He takes to the floor, but Johnny follows him. They battle it out on the floor. They end up back on the ring, and referee John Keaton regains some control. The pace picks up, and Keaton loses control. He calls for the bell and disqualifies both men.
Result- Double Disqualification
Marc Lowrance closes the show.
Lowrance, “Another exciting hour of wrestling. What about that video? Who was that? Next week will be very interesting. Gary Hart and the One Man Gang will be here, as will Kevin Von Erich. Don’t miss this one.”
