The program opens with highlights from the Coliseo Challenge. We see Atlantis and Cien Caras both counted out. Dr. Alfonso Morales opens the show.
Morales, “Welcome to ‘Lucha Universal’! What a night at Coliseo Mexico! Atlantis and Cien Caras have settled nothing. We have an exciting night of wrestling at Arena Mexico. We have a fantastic main event for you. The Universal Champion, Atlantis, meets El Medico. Let’s go to Armando Guitan.”
Match #1
El Faraon and El Torero vs. Los Solars
An exciting tag team contest opens the program. The Soloras are very popular and they wrestle a fast paced style. Both teams tag in and out. The Rudos dish out punishment, but Solar I uses a plancha on Torero for the win.
Winners- Los Solars
Match #2
Jerry Estrada vs. El Monarco
Cien Caras’s partner meets Monaco. Estrada is very aggressive. He and Caras are a threat to the tag team titles as well. He works over Monarco. The masked man is game, but Estrada is too much, and el Puma wins with the Media Cerrajera.
Winner- Jerry Estrada
We see Dr. Alfonso Morales in the studio.
Morales, “Fans, July 16 is the date. ‘Lucha Universal’ will be here at Arena Mexico. The most famous wrestling venue in Mexico will host Lucha Libre! What a day it will be. We will see ‘Aztec Warfare’. What is ‘Aztec Warfare’? Here are the rules. Two men will begin the match. Every 90 seconds another man will enter. There will be 20 luchadores in all. A man is eliminated by pinfall, submission, disqualification, or count out. Eliminations will continue until there is one man left. The sole survivor will be the winner of ‘Aztec Warfare’. In the coming days we will announce the entrants. Continue watching ‘Lucha Universal’ for more information.”

Los Villanos vs. Los Texas Rangers and Winners
This should be an exciting Trios Match. Villano #1 starts with Ranger #1. Villano roughs up the Ranger. Villano tags in #2. He continues the attack. The Ranger escapes and tags in #2. The Ranger fights back. The action is fast paced. Both teams tag in and out. In the end, Villano I and II double team Winners and pin him.
Winners- Los Villanos
Match #4
Rayo de Jalisco vs. El Cosmonauta
The popular “Lightning Bolt from Jalisco” takes on the Russian Luchadore. Jalisco moves quickly. He is one of the best Luchadores of his generation. Cosmonauta breaks all the rules, but Jalisco is too much. He ends it with a topa en reversa.
Winner- Rayo de Jalisco
Dr. Morales is with Atlantis.
Morales, “With me is the Universal Champion. Atlantis, you and Cien Caras went down to the wire at the Coliseo. You really didn’t solve anything.”
Atlantis, “Caras is an evil person, but he is very tough. It isn’t easy to beat him. We did go down to the wire, and you’re right, we have to meet again. There is a big show coming up at Arena Mexico, that would be a good time for us to settle things.”
Morales, “The fans would love to see this. We need Antonio Peña to get this signed. The Champion is in the ring next.”

Atlantis (Universal Champion) vs. El Medico
The champion comes to the ring and Arena Mexico goes crazy. Medico is very talented, but Atlantis is one of the best in the business. Babe Richard calls for the bell, and we are underway. Atlantis is on his game. He wrestles like the champion he is. Medico goes to some Rudo tactics, but they don’t work. Atlantis uses La Atlantida for the win. Atlantis is one of the best in the Lucha Libre world.
Winner- Atlantis
Dr. Morales closes the show.
Morales, “Another great night of Lucha Libre. The big announcement was the show at Arena Mexico. That will be a monumental event. Let’s talk about next week. We have a Mexican Heavyweight Title match, Emilio Charles Jr. Defends against Rayo de Jalisco. What a match it will be!”
