Bob: “Welcome back to Mid-South Wrestling fans, I’m Bob Caudle and it is my pleasure to once again be joined by the heart and soul of the Mid-South, Bill Watts!
Bill: “Thank you for that Bob Caudle and as you saw at the top of the hour what an incredible match between Stan Hansen and Dan Severn versus Gary Albright and Butch Reed for the Mid-South Tag Team Championships, and while Stan Hansen gave his heart and soul into defending those titles, as we learned last week not only did that not happen, but Hansen was attacked and injured by his so called tag team mates, and was all but saved by his own rivals, the new tag team champions, Gary Albright and Butch Reed, champions everyone needs to look up to! We will show EVERYTHING that happened in this hour.
“Also this week on Mid-South Wrestling, Booker T will wrestle, the very outspoken Matt Bourne and Love Machine are in action, and the legendary Terry Funk will wrestle, and we will hear from the top stars of Mid-South Wrestling!
Bob: “It’s an hour of power fans, let’s go to the ring!

Chris Cruise is with Booker T in a pretape and Cruise lets fans know Booker defeated Master Blaster Blade and then hs a chance at Damien Demento!
Cruise: “Booker T you asked for it, you got, an opportunity to rapidly rise in the Top 10 and get your title match for the UWF World title!
Booker T: “Uh-Huh? I beat the Mighty Yankee. My question is THIS Stunning Steve Austin . .where dos the line divide between a champion demanding their challengers prove themselves . . . . and where does the line divide where a rassler’ is just HIDING from his challengers?
Chris: “Strong words from a young challenger who seems to be running out of patience with the UWF World Heavyweight Champion, Stunning Steve Austin!

VTR FROM THE REVIVAL, match in progress:
5. MID-SOUTH TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS
STAN HANSEN + DAN SEVERN w/The Natural V GARY ALBRIGHT + BUTCH REED………..Hansen, frustrated and a bit exhausted, tags out to Severn who gets Reed into a submission but he gets to the ropes, and is forced to let go and Reed tags out to Albright as The Natural is on the apron, arguing with the ref as Albright plows an equally exhausted Severn, but Severn reverses the cover and 1 . . .2 . . .3 . 4 . . . .THE REF IS STILL ARGUING WITH THE NATURAL!
Natural jumps off the apron as Severn comes over to argue with the ref. Hansen cannot believe his eyes, and SHOVES SEVERN, and yells and points at Natural, angry that once again the Natural’s meddling has cost them a win! The Natural jumps back on the apron, and begs both men to get it together and defend their titles, but the distraction allows Albright to sneak behind the legal man, Severn with a schoolboy:
1 . . . . .2 . . . . .SEVERN KICKS OUT!
Meanwhile, outside the ring, HANSEN HAS HAD ENOUGH AND HAS THE NATURAL BY THE LAPELS, AND IS YELLING AT HIM, this allows BUTCH REED TO SUNDAY THE LARIAT, and he throws him on the apron near his tag team rope.
In between the ropes Albright and Severn trade moves, but Severn escapes and he escapes to tag to the weakened Hansen, who enters the ring and is face to face, belly to belly with Albright:
BRIDGING GERMAN SUPLEX ON HANSEN! UNHEARD OF!

Albright and Reed collect their belts and celebrate with the fans and powder as Hansen slowly recovers, and then once up, GRABS THE NATURAL BY HIS SUIT AGAIN! DAN Severn begs for calm as what is THIS?

YES, DAN SEVERN IS NOT GOING TO PUT UP WITH THIS AND APPROACHES HASHIMOTO, WHO HAS A PRONE HANSEN ON THE MAT!

THEY FLY INTO THE RING WITH CHAIRS, and even if they were Stan Hansen’s opponents tonight at the Revival and beat him and Severn, they at least have the dignity to make sure this legend is treated with respect!
The heels and The Natural retreat to their rat holes and Albright and Reed call for medics and watch and support the Bad Man from Borger as he is carried off in a stretcher in a SHOCKING SCENE WE NEVER IMAGINED WE WOULD EVER SEE, FANS!

SEVERN AND HASHIMOTO AND SEVERN MENACE CHRIS, but The Natural? Or "Rat" . . . . . calls off the dogs.
Natural: “It’s okay it’s okay men, as a matter of fact I consider that a compliment, Chris Cruise because a Rat is just like me, a SURVIVOR, a SCAVENGER willing to do whatever it is to survive, so if you want to call ME The Rat instead of the Natural, knock yourself out!
Chris: “OK . . . Rat. I have to ask you, you are down not only a Stan Hansen, one of the greatest wrestlers in the world, but also WITHOUT the Mid-South Tag Team titles? What were you thinking at The Revival, sir?
The Rat: “Crispy Cruiser as the old saying goes, ‘I standed all I can take until I couldn’t stands no more!’
“I offered Stan Hansen a wonderful opportunity and DELIVERED on my promise and thanks to my mind, my brilliance and my managerial skills got a Mid-South Tag Team title belt on his waist, even though, let’s face it, THIS man Dan Severn did most of the work. How did Stan Hansen show me his gratitude?
“He mentally, verbally and physically ABUSED me. No matter how many wonderful things I did for him, not matter how many times I tried to sit and talk with him, he never changed. Crispy Cruiser, how long would I be required to take this abuse? These toxic work conditions, day and night? I’m the victim here, ladies and gentlemen, but in Jackson Mississippi I acted and took control and removed this ingrate, and UPGRADED!
“Take a look at my amazing Japanese Buzzsaw, Shinya Hashimoto, Chris Cruise. Look at his size. And you saw him in the ring. He is superior to Stan Hansen in every way.
“You see instead of winning a championship and sitting on our laurels, we KNEW Stan Hansen had the wrong attitude and was going to cost us the tag team titles, so I did what any good general manager of a team does: walk away from the weakest link even if you are a champion, and RETOOL. And trust me, Gary Albright, and Butch Reed, when the Japanese Buzzsaw and The Beast Dan Severn face you again, we will take your tag team titles back and hold on them FOREVER!

Bill: “Well, I never re-named a manager on air before, no longer The Natural but now The Rat. OK, I guess that is what we will refer to that young man from now on. And I am glad he is proud of himself but as I mentioned last time, Rat, pray Stan Hansen doesn’t come out of that hospital bed and comes back to Mid-South and looks for you! One thing I will agree with is I think Gary Albright and Butch Reed will have their hands full in a match against Dan Severn and Shinya Hashimoto! I have so many other thoughts on today’s program but we are short on time so let me tell the fans we will not only see The Rat’s new tag team in action next week, but also Booker T, we will see what happened when Jim Duggan tagged with JYD versus the Sheepherders, and so much more Bob!
Bob: “Bill Watts I am told that you will have not only an announcement regarding Mid-South’s next big card, but also ways Mid-South fans all over the area can be part of LIVE action!
