The program opens with highlights from last week.
Suddenly there is a commotion in the aisle. Black Bart and the Super Destroyer hit the ring. They surprise Parsons and toss him to the floor. They double team Adams. Akbar hands a chair to Bart. SD holds Adams down, and Bart smashes the chair into Chris’s arm several times. Parsons gets back in the ring, and Akbar and his men retreat, but the damage has been done.
Marc Lowrance opens the show.
Lowrance, “Fans, what a heinous act by Akbar’s men. Chris Adams is injured. He will not be at ‘Memorial Day Star Wars’. We will talk to Iceman King Parsons later in the program. Let’s get things started with Doyle King.”
Match #1
“Outlaw” Joel Deaton w/Buddy Roberts vs. Rex King
“Tex” Roberts, and his “Wild Bunch” have run roughshod over the competition. The talented King will be a good challenge for Deaton. The Outlaw starts fast. He is very aggressive, and dishes out punishment. King makes a brief comeback, but Deaton hits a super kick for the win.
Winner- Joel Deaton
Match #2
Brickhouse Brown vs. Calvin Knapp
Two talented youngsters go at it. The match is very fast paced. Both men get near falls, but can’t seem to get the three. Finally Brown uses a powerslam for the win.
Winner- Brickhouse Brown
Doyle King is with General Skandor Akbar and “Devastation Incorporated”.
King, “With me are the most villainous men in wrestling. General Akbar, that was terrible! Chris Adams has an injured arm, and will not wrestle in Corpus Christi!”
Akbar, “Who cares what you think! Adams was a thorn in my side for a long time, now he’s gone, and Parsons is on his own!”
King, “We will hear from the Iceman later in the program, I’m sure he has a plan.”
Akbar, “He does, he’s going to run like the coward he is!”
King, “I don’t think so. Now, let’s talk about the Texas Champion. Moadib meets the Patriot. The masked man has recovered from the knee injury you men inflicted on him. He wants revenge.”
Akbar, “The symbol of America, weak, crying loser. Moadib, the Nubian Terror, will destroy the symbol of America! You can count on ‘Memorial Day Star Wars’ will belong to the General, and ‘Devastation Incorporated’?”
King, “The Texas Champion is in the ring when we return.”

Non Title Match
Moadib (Texas Champion) w/General Skandor Akbar vs. Joe Gomez
“The Nubian Terror” starts fast. He doesn’t wrestle, but he dishes out punishment. He punches and kicks, and the “Desperado” is in trouble. Akbar shouts instructions, and Moadib flows them. He slams Gomez and hits a legdrop for the win.
Winner- Moadib
Marc Lowrance is seated in the studio.
Lowrance, “Welcome fans, we are one week away from ‘Memorial Day Star Wars’. May 28 is the night at the Bayfront Center in Corpus Christi. Tickets are sold out for the action. This will be the biggest night in GWF history. Here is what you will see.
Chaz defends the Global Jr. Heavyweight Title against Action Jackson.
In a ‘Texas Tornado Match’, all four wrestlers in the ring at the same time, Buddy Roberts’ men, Bobby Duncum Jr. and Big John Hawk meet the challenge of Tribal Nation.
‘The Nubian Terror, Moadib, defends the Texas Title against the Patriot.
General Skandor Akbar’s men, Black Bart and the Super Destroyer were scheduled to meet Iceman King Parsons and ‘Gentlemen’ Chris Adams. Adams suffered an arm injury and will not be in action. What will Iceman do? Let’s hear from the St. Louis native.”
We see Parsons in an interview area.
Parsons, “Listen sucka! You think you got me. You hurt Chris, and you think I don’t have a partner, well you wrong! I’m bringing a ‘Mystery Partner’ to Corpus Christi. It’s gonna shock you, you can count on that suckas!”
Lowrance, “Who will it be! You know that Akbar has to be worried. Then in our main event, Kevin Von Erich defends the North American Title against ‘The California Stud’ Rod Price. The match will be a ‘Texas Bullrope Match’. Both men will be attached to one another with a Bull Rope with a rope with a heavy bell attached. To win the match you must drag your opponent to all four corners. It will be a brutal match. Let’s hear from champion.”
We see Kevin Von Erich.
Kevin, “Price, you’re younger than me, and maybe you’re stronger than me, but you can’t out fight me. I’d rather wrestle, but I’m a Von Erich, so I can fight. Price, I worked hard to win this title, and I’ll defend it with my life, you can’t take it from me.”
Lowrance, “What a night it will be.”

“The California Stud” Rod Price w/“Playboy” Gary Hart vs. Tony Falk
Hart sits in on commentary. He talks about the success of the Von Erich family. He says Kevin is great, but he represents the past, and Rod Price is the future of pro wrestling. Price looks very good. He dominates the action. Falk puts up a good fight, but Price wins with a bear hug.
Winner- Rod Price
Match #5
The Simpson Brothers vs. Manny Villalobos and Alex Porteau
The popular Simpson Brothers are one of the top tag teams in the GWF. They are top contenders for the tag team titles. Shaun starts with Porteau. “The Pug” is very aggressive. He takes the fight to Simpson. Shaun fights back. He tags in his older brother. Steve takes over. Villalobos tags in, but he can’t match Steve’s attack. A flying body press with it for the South Africans.
Winners- The Simpson Brothers

Lowrance, “The GWF is the hottest thing in wrestling. ‘Memorial Day Star Wars’ is fast approaching. We will be preempted next week, join us in two weeks for all the fallout.”
