Morales, “Welcome to Arena Mexico, and ‘Lucha Universal’! This is the hottest new thing in wrestling! With me is LU Chairman Antonio Peña. Senor Chairman, welcome!”
Peña, “Gracias Doctor. I am so happy to be here for this historic night.”
Morales, “Wrestling has been missing from the Mexican stage for a while. We are here to fill that void. Let’s talk about ‘Lucha Universal’.”
Peña, “We are modern wrestling at its best. We have the top stars in Mexico, and we will be bringing in talent from all over the world.”
Morales, “Let’s start with the number one man in LU, el hombre, Atlantis.”
Peña, “That’s right, Atlantis is a top name all over the world, and one the fans can support.”
Morales, “Atlantis is a double champion, he and Angel Azteca hold the Universal Tag Team Championships, but he also holds the Universal Title. He is on top, but a lot of me are gunning for him.”
Peña, “That’s right, it won’t be easy for him. I want to talk about another title. Trios wrestling has been a staple of Mexican wrestling for a long, long, time. We have the Universal Trios Title, but it is vacant. Later in the program we will announce how it will be filled.”
Morales, “I can’t wait. We have talked long enough, let’s go to the ring and see the tag team champions in action! Lucha Libre is on the air!”
Match #1
Non Title Match
Atlantis and Angel Azteca (Universal Tag Team Champions) vs. Los Solars
Atlantis is the most popular man in Lucha Libre, and his team with Angel Azteca is very impressive. Los Solars are very talented, but it is a tough task to take on the Champions. The action is very fast paced as expected. Los Solars hold their own, but not for long. Atlantis Solar #2 up in La Atlántida and #2 submits. The Champions are going to be tough to beat.

Jerry Estrada vs. El Medico
“El Puma” is a top contender for any title in the world. The mysterious man in the white mask will be a good test. Estrada wrestles his usual “Rudo” style. He punishes the masked man. The fans hate him, but “La Puma” doesn’t care. He clamps on Media Cerrajera, and El Medico quickly submits.
Winner- Jerry Estrada
Dr. Morales is with Cien Caras.
Morales, “With me is one of the most dangerous men in wrestling. Cien Caras, wrestling has changed. ‘Lucha Universal’ is the hottest thing in wrestling. You have been one of the top names in the sport, now you are here.”
Caras, “Listen Morales, I know the fans hate me, and so do you. I don’t care. I came here to be a Champion. Right now Atlantis has the Universal Title. That won’t last long. When he gets in the ring with me, I will be the Champion!”
Morales, “Cien Caras, he is confident, and he can back it up!”
Match #3
Cien Caras vs. El Faraon
The rugged Cien Caras has challenged Atlantis, and he is a man who could take that Universal Title. He goes right after El Faraon. Caras is vicious. He kicks, and punches, and the masked man is in trouble. Faraon is very game, but Caras is too much. He hits a big boot and covers El Faraon for the win.

El Satanico and MS-1 w/Espectro Jr. vs. Los Texas Rangers
Los Infernales are one of the most dangerous teams in wrestling. Tonight it will be Satánico and MS-1, but you will have to keep an eye on Espectro Jr. at ringside. The Texas Rangers are very good, they will have to be. The Rudos are at their vicious best. Both men dish out punishment. They tag in and out. They distract referee Babe Richard, and Espectro get in a few shots. The Rangers put up a fight, but MS-1 hits a senton for the win.
Winners- Los Infernales
Dr. Morales is with Antonio Peña.
Morales, “With me, again, is Lucha Universal Chairman Antonio Peña. Senor Chairman, we talked about the Universal Trios Championship. You told us you had a big announcement. The floor is yours.”
Peña, “Gracias Doctor. As I said before, trios wrestling is legendary in Mexico. We have a trios title, but it is vacant. Here is how we are going to remedy that. Qualification matches have been taking place all over the world, and we are down to two teams, first of all Los Bucaneros, Pirata Morgan, Hombre Bala, and El Verdugo. These men are three of the toughest Rudos in wrestling. The other team is the popular Blue Panther, Blue Demon Jr., and Rayo de Jalisco. In two weeks, these two teams will meet here at Arena Mexico to determine the champions.”
Morales, “That match will be televised, but that’s not all. In our next match, Panther, Demon Jr., and Rayo de Jalisco will be in action. Then next week, Los Bucaneros will be on the card. Lucha Universal is the place to be!”
Match #5
Trios Match
Two out of Three Falls
Blue Panther, Blue Demon Jr, and Rayo de Jalisco vs. Los Villanos
First Fall- This will be exciting! Two great trios teams do battle. The match is a typical, exciting, trios match. The first fall is very even. Six men tag in and out. The Villanos hold their own, but Blue Panther applies the Nudo Lagunero to #3, and he submits.
Winner- Blue Panther, Blue Demon Jr, and Rayo de Jalisco
Second Fall- The Villanos have their backs to the wall, and they wrestle like it. This fall is a brawl. The teams go back and forth. Referee Pepe Casa tries to control the action. All six men are in the ring. Casas struggle to sort things out. He forces the Blue Demon to the corner which allows the Villanos to triple team Jalisco, and pin him. The match is even.
Winner- Los Villanos
Third Fall- It’s all up for grabs in the final fall. The match continues to go back and forth. Slowly the Technicos takes over. Rayo de Jalisco hits a Tope en Reversa on Villano II, and Casas counts the fall. What a match!
Winners- Blue Panther, Blue Demon Jr, and Rayo de Jalisco
Morales closes the show.
