AWA All-Star Wrestling is taped on Wednesday, March 29 live from theKansas City, Ka. City Auditorium to air Saturday, April 1. The show opens with the AWA banner superimposed over a shot of a red-white-blue wrestling ring. We join the announcing team of Tony Schiavone & Mike Tenay at the desk for anther exciting hour of AWA Championship Wrestling.
Joining the announcer's is manager Woman with Diamond Inc. Ric Martel & the AWA World's Tag Team Champions Ted Dibiase & Mike Rotoundo. Woman says she is going to have a major surprise next week that is going to shock the wrestling world. But for now, Mr. Martel is going to finish of Mr. Santana once & for all.

1. Single Match. Mike Awesome defeated 'Dirty' Don Kernodle with a pile driver in a contest dominated by the younger Awesome. (5:01).
Okerlund interview with the powerful looking 'Hercules' Hernandez on being the strongest man in the AWA. Not Hogan. Not Orndorff. Not Vader. But Hernandez!!!

2. Single Match. Vampiro pinned John Paul following an elbow drop off the second turnbuckle. (7:22).
Okerlund interview with manager Tammy Syntch who is smiling as she introduces ner newest tag team Badd Company (Pat Tanaka & Paul Diamond) who are former AWA World Tag Team Champions & will so again. Sytch said she fired the Battens for not getting the job done.
3. Non-Title Womens Single Match. AWA Women's World's CHamp Susan Sexton stopped Heidi Lee Morgan aftern dominating Morgan from start to finish .(8:01).
Okerlund interview with Jake 'the Snake' Roberts who talks about getting into the heads of the AWA talent. He is looking at they young man called Vampiro right now. The Snake adds what he can to to him, laughing.

4. 4 Man Tag Team Match. The Smokin Guns (Bart & Billy) lost to Demolition (Axe & Smash) by CO in a real see-saw battle. (6:58).
Okerlund interview with Roddy Piper who says this is the weekend he is going to take that AWA WOrld's Heavyweight Belt off of Hulk Hogan or he will leave the AWA.

5. No Disqualification Challenge Match. Ric Martel w/mgr. Woman bloodied & defeated Tito Santan who had to be stretchered out of the ring after the match. (8:14). Diamod Inc. members Dibiase & Rotondo made it a 3 on 1 beatdown on Santana. Coming out to break it up were Orndorff & Awesome.
Okerlund interview with Hogan who talks about facing old foe Roddy Piper this weekend. Hogan says he is going to hold Piper to his word. If he doesn't beat him, Piper must leave the AWA.

4. 4 Man Tag Team Match.'Mr. Wonderful' Paul Orndorff & Mike Awesome went to a 30-minute time limit draw with Vader & Meng w/mgr. Harley Race.
3. Special Match. Dustin Rhodes beat beat Greg 'the Hammer' Valentine with the Final Reckoning.
2. Non-Title Ladies Single Match. Lelani Kai double CO with Judy Martin, both fighting outside the ring.
1. Single Match. Rey Mysterio Jr beat Terry Taylor with a roll up.
