Monsoon, “Jess, we are still in Texas!”
Ventura, “Don’t remind me Monsoon!”
Monsoon, “We have a great show for you tonight. We have a great six man main event, on one side, the Genius’s team of Demolition, and Mean Mark Callous, on the other Iceman King Parsons, Cowboy Scott Casey, and Johnny Mantell. We also have that piece of human garbage, Bobby Heenan. He says he’s going to debut a new man.”
Ventura, “If the Brain says it, it will happen!”
Monsoon, “I doubt it! Let’s go to Howard Finkel.”
Match #1
Non Title Match
“The Universal Heartthrob” Austin Idol (North American Champion) vs. S.D. Jones
The new champion receives the boos of the Ft. Worth crowd. Jones will be a good test. SD starts fast, and Idol is in retreat. He rolls out of the ring, and regroups. He returns and locks up with Jones. SD is very game, but Idol is too much. He locks in the Las Vegas leglock, and Jones submits.
Winner- Austin Idol
Match #2
Bob “The Cat” Bradley vs. Killer Brooks
Bradley returns to the GWA. He is very athletic, and he’ll need to be against the rugged Brooks. Killer jumps him before the bell. He works over Bradley. The Texas crowd boos Brooks loudly. Bradley is able to mount a comeback and wins with a flying bodypress.
Winner- Bob Bradley
Mean Gene Okerlund is with the Freebirds.
Okerlund, “With me are the Global Tag Team Champions. Gentlemen, you surprised everyone by winning the titles, now there are many teams lining up to challenge you.”
Hayes, “Let ‘em come! Bam Bam, Buddy Jack, and I ready for anyone! We got those face painted clowns in our sights!”
Okerlund, “You’re talking about Demolition.”
Hayes, “That’s right! We didn’t finish them off at Reunion, and we want to settle things! They don’t want to walk down Badstreet!”
Okerlund, “The Freebirds vs. Demolition is coming!”

Non Title Match
The Fabulous Freebirds (Global Tag Team Champions) vs. Black Bart and Joel Deaton
Hayes and Gordy are in the ring tonight. Hayes starts with Bart. The big cowboy is very aggressive, and Hayes stands toe to toe with him. The fans are now behind the ‘Birds. Bart holds his own, and tags in Deaton. Joel is tough as well. Gordy tags in, and Bam Bam goes to work. The match continues to be hard hitting. Gordy uses a power slam for the win.
Winners- The Fabulous Freebirds
Match #4
Jimmy Jack Funk vs. The Missing Link
This one will not be pretty. Both of these men are brawlers. Gary DeRusha will try to control the action, good luck. Both men exchange blows. The Link goes to a patented headbutt to stun Funk. JJ fights back. He takes over and gets the big man up in a shoulder breaker. Funk covers him for the win.
Winner- Jimmy Jack Funk
Mean Gene Okerlund is with Bobby Heenan.
Okerlund, “Heenan, where is your new man?”
Heenan, “Easy Okerlund, be patient.”
Okerlund, “Patient! You promised us a huge name, and you’re out here alone! I think you’re lying to us!”
Heenan, “Okerlund, you’re not going to get to me tonight. When we come back, my man will be in the ring.”
Okerlund, “It’s about time!”

Gary Royal vs. ?
Royal is in the ring with Heenan. “The Brain” grabs the mic.
Heenan, “I promised you a big surprise!”
Vader is in the GWA! He attacks Royal. Gary has no chance. Vader destroys him in less than two minutes!. Heenan has a monster!
Winner- Vader

Non Title Match
“Hot Stuff” Eddie Gilbert w/Woman vs. Keith Larsen
Gilbert has been very impressive since winning the title. He has the beautiful, but deadly, Woman by his side. Gilbert wrestles smoothly. Larsen matches him on the mat, and this frustrates “Hot Stuff”. Woman shouts encouragement from ringside. Eddie takes over and wins with a piledriver.
Winner- Eddie Gilbert
Gorilla Monsoon and Jesse Ventura are in the announce area. Diamond Dallas Page joins them.
Monsoon, “What’s this?”
DDP, “I’m your new broadcast partner!”
Monsoon, “Wait a minute…”
Ventura, “Diamond Dallas Page, I’m about to get some intelligent conversation!”
Monsoon, “I’ve heard of you, but who allowed you out here?”
DDP, “I’ve got a contract!”
Page shows Monsoon a contract.
Monsoon, “I’m going to get to the bottom of this, but let’s go to the ring.”

Six Man Tag Team Match
Mean Mark Callous and Demolition w/The Genius vs. “Cowboy” Scott Casey, Iceman King Parsons and Johnny Mantell
This will be exciting. DDP is his usual glib self on commentary. Of course he favors the bad guys. The match goes back and forth. Callous uses his size to dominate the action. Iceman gives a good showing. The end comes when Demolition hits the double clothesline against Mantell. Ax covers him for the win. The Genius comes to the ring to celebrate with men. Suddenly, Callous hits his manager with a clothesline. The Genius goes down. The three men put the boots to their, now, former manager. They toss him from the ring. DDP gets up from the announce table.
Monsoon, “Hey! Where are you going!”
Page approaches the three men, and raises their hands. He grabs the mic.
DDP, “You didn’t think I came here to announce with that clown Monsoon did you? I came here to manage the ‘Diamond Exchange’ and we’re going to change the GWA!”
Winners- Mean Mark Callous and Demolition
Monsoon and Ventura close the show.
Monsoon, “That piece of human garbage!”
Ventura, “Ha! I knew it all the time! Callous and Demolition with DDP! The GWA iIS about to change!
Monsoon, “Plus Heenan actually did something right, he has Vader! Join us next week for all the fallout!”
