Our time remaining is focused on Hunter Q. Robbins III and his ECW Tag Team Champions the Super Destroyers in the ring for their open challenge. At first, it looks like nobody is going to answer, but then the sounds of motorcycles revving can be heard! Cabrini College is on its feet as Rick and Scott Steiner zoom down the aisle on their Harley Davidson bikes! Robbins can't believe it and is trying to cancel the open challenge but the Steiners hit the ring and destroy the Super Ds in under 90 seconds. A Frankensteiner on Super D #2 gives the Steiners the ECW Tag Team Champions in their debut match!
The final seconds of the show feature Rick and Scott Steiner being handed the championships while the camera pans up to the Public Enemy watching from the Eagle's Nest!
[End][End VTR]
Instead of the intro video, those scenes fades into the streets of South Philly where the Public Enemy are bashing baseball bats against a fence.
Rock: "Yo Johnny."
Grunge: "Yo Rocco."
Rock: "The Steiners played us, Johnny."
Grunge: "They punks, Rocco."
Rock: "Stealing our title match, stealing our damn titles, Johnny!'
Grunge: "We can't let that stand, Rocco."
Rock: "We know what we gotta do, Johnny."
Grunge: "Yeah, Rocco."
Rock: "March 25, ECW Arena. Steiners vs. Public Enemy. I like the sound of that, Johnny."
Grunge: "Me too, Johnny."
Rock: "But Johnny."
Grunge: "Yeah Rocco."
Rock: "They gotta know, Johnny. We ain't coming to wrestle, Johnny."
Grunge: "We coming to fight, Rocco."
Rock: "We coming to destroy, Johnny."
Grunge: "Them Steiners ain't ever seen anything like us, Rocco."
Rock: "The first American generation of kids more afraid of living than dying, Johnny."
Grunge: "I almost feel bad for 'em, Rocco."
Rock: "Almost, Johnny. Almost."
The show then cuts to Jay Sulli at ringside once again with Paul E. Dangerously of The Dangerous Alliance / Hotstuff International. Dangerously says that the Steiners might be the most dominant tag team of the 1990s thus far, but one thing they aren't is the first generation of Americans more afraid of living than dying. Paul E. Warns that the Steiners might not want any of the Public Enemy.
On tonight's show, we will have a message from "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes following an attack from Kevin Sullivan and Tazmaniac a few weeks ago.
In the ring, "Wildman" Sal Bellomo is like a burst of energy as he batters Super Destroyer #2 in the corner. Bellomo eventually throws Super D out to the floor, bashes him with a chair and then throws him back into the ring. Bellomo eventually puts Super D #2 away with a clothesline off the ropes for the pin. After the match, Sal shouts "Public Enemy, come on!" into the camera.

"The Fabulous" Shane Douglas is standing by with "Hotstuff" Eddie Gilbert and Don Muraco - and he says he talks about how he had to stand in Ricky Steamboat's shadow. Douglas calls himself "the greatest world champion of all time" and he's yet to even win a world title! That just shows the golden road that lies ahead for Douglas and Hotstuff International. Gilbert announces that he's signed a huge match for Douglas at the ECW Arena on March 25 - against the "Iron Man" Tommy Cairo.
Douglas is annoyed, telling Gilbert he didn't ask Gilbert to sign any matches for him. Gilbert hems and haws, until Douglas angrily walks off. Back at the commentary desk, Paul E. Dangerously tries to downplay Jay Sulli's questions about dissension in the Dangerous Alliance already!
"Hotstuff" Eddie Gilbert is still trying to explain himself to "The Fabulous" Shane Douglas as they make their way out with Don Muraco. The members of Hotstuff International have a six-man tag team match against Stevie Richards, Chad Austin and Larry Winters. While Muraco has the title match against ECW Heavyweight Champion at the ECW Arena, Douglas is portrayed as the star here and he pins Winters with a belly-to-belly suplex.
Backstage, Tommy Dreamer is shown sitting in his locker-room after his attack from Arn Anderson. Dreamer looks dejected but he eventually looks up at the camera and says with a frightening expression: "Please sir, can I have another?"

In their first comments since becoming ECW Tag Team Champions, Rick and Scott Steiner challenge everyone in ECW to "bring it on". Scott Steiner says him and his brother like a good fight as much as anyone in Philadelphia - and if the Public Enemy want to go to war, they won't have to look very far. In his unusual way, Rick Steiner says Public Enemy might think of themselves as tough guys but we'll see how they like it if they get dumped on their heads.
In today's featured match, "Iron Man" Tommy Cairo warms up for his match at the ECW Arena against "The Fabulous" Shane Douglas by battling "Hitman" Tony Stetson. Cairo shows off his kick-boxing background and eventually forces Stetson to submit to a cross-arm breaker.

A filmed piece closes this week's edition of ECW, shot on location in at the Headlock II Ranch in Texas where Dusty Rhodes is standing in the stables. The Dream paces back and for as he talks about how when he hung up his wrestling boots two years ago, he was satisfied. Dusty Rhodes had done it all, whether he was shedding blood with Ric Flair for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship in the Omni or dancing in polka dots in Madison Square Garden. Dusty knew that when the fans saw him in the ring, they knew they were seeing a one-of-a-kind, once-in-a-generation performer.
So when he hung up his wrestling boots, Dusty told his sons Dustin and Cody that he wanted to move on with his life. The Dream was happy to sit at the broadcast desk because it made him feel like he was still part of the business he'd dedicated his life to, but he didn't feel any desire to climb back in the ring because he had nothing left to accomplish.
Then, he came to ECW. Dusty realized it was trouble when he saw the ECW superstars and noticed how much they reminded him of himself when he was younger. These young guys, willing to beg borrow and steal, had that same fire a young Dusty Rhodes once had. And it made Dusty think about whether he had anything left in the tank - could he hang with the "hardcore" wrestlers of ECW?
The truth is Dusty never got a chance to think that through before "the scourge of my life, the Debbil himself, Kevin Sullivan reared his ugly little head again". What happened two weeks ago took any decision out of his hands because Dusty will never let his sons, Dustin and Cody, see him humiliated and beaten like he was on ECW TV by Sullivan and Tazmaniac. So Dusty will reach deep down in the tank, pull up whatever he has in the tank, and he prays to god it's enough.
Because what Kevin Sullivan has done is guaranteed that the Bull of the Woods is back... and he's going hardcore!
