Lance Russell welcome the fans to Memphis Championship Wrestling. With him is Dave Brown and we have a humdinger of a show today. He says the debut of the Ebony Express will be in tag team action. Comrade Busick, the monster brought in by Downtown Bruno will be here. The new television title will be on the line when champion “Dirty White Boy” Tony Anthony defends against “Big” Phil Hickerson and in the main event, we will see the Southern champion “Diamond” Tim Flowers in a non-title match against Billy Joe Travis. Plus, Jerry “The King” Lawler will be here. Without waiting, we go right to the ring for the action.

Booker & Stevie Ray are with Lance. Booker says they are here because they heard Memphis is -the- hotspot for tag team opportunities and that is all he and his brother want. They want the biggest and the baddest in the ring until they get to the top and the MCW tag team titles. They are bigger and tougher and yeah, they are badder than any other tag team. He wants them lined up so he and his brother can knock them all down. Lance thanks them and sends us to commercial.

Back and Lance is excited about “The King” being here later. Downtown Bruno comes out with his monster and tells Lance to stuff it, that no one wants to hear about Lawler when there is a beast like Comrade Busick here. The best thing Lawler can do is stay away from Tim Flowers and anyone that Downtown Bruno has in his stable. Lance tells him to get out of here as Bruno leads Busick to the ring for his match.

The Stud Stable come out. Robert Fuller asks where those two Canadian punks who think they are stealing the Stud Stable’s tag team title shot are. Lance says Jacques & Raymond Rougeau aren’t the ones doing that. If Fuller & Golden don’t have the MCW tag team title shot yet, they haven’t earned it. Golden gets angry saying that Golden & Fuller have been earning their title shots for years, -every- time they want one. Fuller puts the warning to The Rougeaus…before Jack and Raymond get a title shot, they -will- have to fight The Stud Stable. They leave as we go to commercial break.

We are back and Lance gives the fans a recap of what happened between former TV champion “Fabulous One” Steve Keirn, and current champion, The Dirty White Boy. They have brawled and added partners in their feud with Rip Oliver siding with DWB and Spike Huber siding with Keirn. Right now we have a TV title match when Tony Anthony defends the title against Phil Hickerson.

Anthony is with Rip Oliver at Lance and Dave’s table. He says that Steve Keirn thinks he got something over on the Dirty White Boys but he doesn’t understand what the Dirty White Boys are about. They don’t care about fair fights. They don’t care about breaking the rules. They are about gold, titles, and money. Keirn is about the fans and that is pathetic. The Dirty White Boys have one title belt and will be working on more, that includes the tag team titles. The Stud Stable come back out with Fuller once again saying another team is coming in here and saying they are going to get title shots that belong to the Stud Stable. Oliver and Golden stand up toes to toes but both Fuller & Anthony get between them. Anthony tells the Stable, no disrespect and no toes are being stepped on. He was just stating the goal. Fuller says they need to state their goal elsewhere because the next title shot belongs to the Stud Stable. Anthony lifts his hands to show he is ok, and no hard feelings. As The Stable turn away, they are jumped by the Dirty White Boys. The two teams throw fists and they battle around the studio. Steve Keirn comes out with his chair and tries to get in to the brawl against Anthony but he misses. The locker room empties to break it up as we head to commercial.

We are back and the brawl is over. Lance is about to have the main event introduced when Southern heavyweight chmapion “Diamond” Tim Flowers comes out. He asks where Lawler is? He has been waiting for Lawler all day and they are not here. Lance says don’t worry because if Lawler said he would be here, he will be here. Besides, Flowers has a match to deal with. Flowers smiles and heads in to the ring.

Flowers is back with Lance. He says there are no more matches. He wants to know where the hell Lawler is. He gets right up in to Lance’s face yelling that he wants to see “The King” now. He doesn’t see Lawler come up from behind. Lawler is shushing the crowd. He taps on Flowers’ shoulder, but Flowers fluffs it off. Lawler does it again but fluffs it off again. Flowers finally turns around saying he will knock out whoever is trying to interrupt him just to get a Lawler right hand that knocks him flying. Lawler tells Flowers to get up while Lance is laughing, saying Flowers just met “The King”. We fade out to Lance and Dave recapping the show and telling fans to stay tuned next week.
