ECW Heavyweight Champion Sandman's bout against Rockin' Rebel never really got going when Paul E. Dangerously made a surprise appearance in the ring. Dangerously mouthed off to Sandman, but when he collared the managed, Paul clocked the champion with his mobile phone. Eddie Gilbert rolled in then raked Sandman’s eyes and really dug in while Don Muraco ran down and got the jump on the champion. Eddie handed Muraco his Cowboy boot as he blasted Sandman with it, drawing blood. Muraco then grabbed the surfboard and broke a second one over the champion's back before Dusty Rhodes ran in to scare off Muraco, Gilbert and Dangerously.
The camera zoomed in on a bleeding Sandman rolling around on the canvas....

Jay Sulli is joined at ringside for Eastern Championship Wrestling once again by his special guest broadcast colleague "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes talks about how there were two situations last week where it looked like Rhodes was ready to get physically involved.
Dusty explains that he came to ECW to try out a new avenue - he's always felt he had a strong connection with the people and being ringside calling the action is a lot less painful than being in there. However, a couple of different people here in ECW are testing Dusty's patience and he can't help but feel like he's getting all fired up all over again!
Kevin Sullivan is out now - motioning that he wants no trouble. Sullivan tells Dusty he thinks things have got out of control the last few weeks. The past was coming back to Sullivan and he got carried away! Kevin tells Dusty that he can lose his temper too and so he'd like to apologize to The Dream on behalf of himself and Tazmaniac. Dusty looks hesitant but nods to Sullivan.
In the first match of the day, Stevie Richards was in the ring waving to an apathetic crowd when Arn Anderson made his way down for his official ECW debut. Richards was on the receiving end of a blistering spine-buster and then a DDT put him away.
Following the match, as Anderson was holding up the four fingers towards the camera, Tommy Dreamer entered the ring. Anderson turned around to see the rookie and motioned for him to shoo. Dreamer wouldn't budge and as he tried to begin speaking with Anderson, Double A booted him and laid out Tommy with a DDT!

Backstage, Arn Anderson is short and sweet as he warns that "some punk kid" got lucky last week and this week found out what happens when you try your luck twice with a Horseman!
The Public Enemy made their first appearance in the ring on ECW TV after two weeks of vignettes - and they did not endear themselves as they came out wearing Dallas Cowboys ball caps. In the match itself, Rocco Rock and Johnny Grunge isolated opponent Larry Winters from being able to tag Sal Bellomo. The Wildman never even got the tag and was frustrated as Public Enemy put away Winters with an assisted seton off the top rope from Rocco Rock. After the match, Wildman Bellomo huffed and puffed about wanting another go at the Public Enemy.

A filmed piece sees ECW special correspondent Joey Styles speaks with the newest addition to the roster, "The Fabulous" Shane Douglas. Shane talks about training under the legendary Ricky Steamboat but the fact is he learned all he needed to learn and now he's ready to be a bigger star than Steamboat ever was! Douglas says Philadelphia can finally have a hero - an adopted hero, because Douglas is a proud Pittsburgh boy. Just like Bruno Sammartino and Larry Zbyszko before him, Douglas will be a 'living legend' for the 1990s.
Douglas is approached by Paul E. Dangerously and "Hotstuff" Eddie Gilbert of the Dangerous Alliance / Hotstuff International. Dangerously tells Douglas that he always knew Shane was a winner - and he thinks there could be a position for him in the Dangerous Alliance! Gilbert pipes in "and Hotstuff International", to which Dangerously nods.
The next match sees Don Muraco in the ring, with Paul E. Dangerously in tow, after paying a $500 fine last week's vicious assault on ECW Heavyweight Champion Sandman! A title match has been signed between Muraco and Sandman for March 25, 1993 at the ECW Arena. Tonight, Muraco's victim is J.T. Smith. Muraco puts away Philadelphia's own Smith fairly quickly with the reverse piledriver.
After the match, there's a fracas because Kevin Sullivan charges into the Eagles' Nest wit the golden spike and jabs Dusty Rhodes while he's at the broadcast booth! Sullivan is maniacal as he draws blood from Dusty, jabbing him in the forehead until officials eventually force him away. A bloodied Rhodes has to be helped away from ringside.

Hunter Q. Robbins stands by with ECW Tag Team Champions The Super Destroyers and says he's so confident his team cannot be defeated that he will offer an open contract for right here next week on ECW TV!
In our remaining minutes, we go back to the ring where the maniacal Kevin Sullivan is back out with Tazmaniac to battle Chad Austin. Austin is battered from pillar to post until Tazmaniac finally drops him with a T-bone suplex. However, there's a commotion at ringside as a bandaged and still-bleeding Dusty Rhodes runs down with a trashcan. Rhodes bashes Sullivan from behind and begins wailing on him with the can.
Tazmaniac jumps out to the floor but he gets a shot in the head from trashcan, Rhodes throws Sullivan in the ring and begins pounding on him, until Tazmaniac jumps Rhodes from behind. Sullivan is wobbly but he grabs the dented can and bashes it over Dusty's head. The Dream is down again as Kevin Sullivan rips off the bandage on his forehead and gouges it! Sullivan is merciless and drenched in Dusty Rhodes's blood.
A big red "X" is placed over the graphic violence in the ring but viewers can hear Jay Sulli describing brutality of Tazmaniac and Kevin Sullivan absolutely mauling Dusty Rhodes.
Fans, we have to go! We'll show you more - if we even can - next week!
