Monsoon, “Welcome everyone! Jess, we are a week away from ‘Spring Stampede’. What a night it will be!”
Ventura, “Yea, Hogan is going to be destroyed! And I love it!”
Monsoon, “Highly unlikely! We will hear from the ‘Hulkster’ later. We also have a great main event, ‘The King’ defends the North American Title against Austin Idol. We could see a title change! now let’s get underway.”

The Simpson Brothers vs. Black Bart and Tony Falk
The popular South Africans are making a name for themselves in the GWA. Shaun starts with Bart. Shaun uses his speed, and Bart counters with roughhouse tactics. Bart traps him on the corner, and works him over. Shaun fights his way out and tags in his older brother. Steve goes to work. Falk tags in, and he’s no match for Simpson. Steve hits a flying bodypress for the win.

Wahoo McDaniel vs. Keith Larsen
The veteran from Oklahoma has arrived with a bang. He meets the game youngster. Wahoo goes to work. He dishes out punishment, and the crowd is behind him. Wahoo is impressive, and wins with a deep double underhook.
Winner- Wahoo McDaniel
Mean Gene Okerlund is with Bam Bam Bigelow and Bobby “The Brain” Heenan.
Okerlund, “Fans, the ‘Texas Shootout’ is coming up! ‘Spring Stampede’ is March 4 at Reunion Arena in Dallas, TX. The ‘Texas Shootout’ wil feature 30 men, and many people think this man may be the favorite. Bam Bam Bigelow and his manager Bobby The Weas..I mean ‘Brain’ Heenan.”
Heenan, “Okerlund, I’m so happy, even you can’t upset me. I have Bam Bam Bigelow, and Lex Luger, they will be the last two men in the Shootout, and we’ll decide who wins it.”
Okerlund, “There is a lot of talent in this event.”
Heenan, “And we’re going to beat them all.”
Okerlund, “Bam Bam Bigelow is in action when we come back.”

Bam Bam Bigelow w/Bobby “The Brain” Heenan vs. Johnny Mantell
Bam Bam Bigelow goes to work quickly. He overpowers Mantell. Heenan is very confident. He shouts instructions from ringside. Mantell puts up a fight, but Bam Bam is too much. He uses the reverse piledriver for the win.
Winner- Bam Bam Bigelow

Eric Embry vs. Robbie Ellis
Embry is locked in a feud with the Light Heavyweight Champion, Eddie Gilbert. The fans love the underdog Embry. Ellis is skilled, and should be a good test. The match goes back and forth. Embry takes over, and wins with the piledriver.
Winner- Eric Embry
Mean Gene Okerlund is with General Skandor Akbar and Kamala.
Okerlund, “With me is General Skandor Akbar and his charge, Kamala the Ugandan Warrior. General Akbar, Kamala put Hulk Hogan in the hospital, but he’s now out for revenge!”
Akbar, “Let him come for us! Hogan, you show up in Dallas, and Kamala will finish the job! This time your career will end!”

Jungle drums play, and the massive Ugandan comes to the ring. South is in trouble. Kamala goes right after him. He chops and kicks. South is overwhelmed. Kamala slams him, and hits a big splash for the win.

“Hot Stuff” Eddie Gilbert (Global Light Heavyweight Champion) w/Woman vs. “Cowboy” Scott Casey
The Light Heavyweight Champion is in action. Gilbert is very talented, but so is Casey. The action is fast and furious. Both men trade holds and counter holds. Both men get near falls. Gilbert is frustrated, and leaves the ring to confer with Woman. Eddie starts to rough up Casey. Scott puts up a good fight, but Gilbert hits a piledriver, and gets the fall.
Winner- Eddie Gilbert

First of all, Demolition will challenge the Hart Foundation for the Global Tag Team Championship.
Tonight, we can add another title match. ‘Hot Stuff’ Eddie Gilbert will defend the Global Light Heavyweight Title against the popular Eric Embry.
We will also see a new concept, the ‘Texas Shootout’. Here is how this match works. Two men will start out in the ring. Every 90 seconds, another man will enter. There will be 30 total entrants. A man can be eliminated by being thrown over the top rope, pinfall, or submission. The possibilities are endless. One man will be the ‘last man standing’. Here are a few of the stars you will see.

“The Universal Heartthrob” has come looking for “The King”. These two men have gone at it all over the south. Referee Earl Hebner calls for the bell. Both men are veterans, and are very cautious. They know one mistake can cost them. Both men trade holds and counter holds. Lawler gets the early edge, but Idol mounts a comeback. Now the Alabama native has the edge. The crowd loves the King, and they get behind him. Lawler has one of the hardest punches in wrestling, and he lands several on Idol. They go back and forth until both men end up slugging it out on the floor. Hebner’s count reaches 10. Both men are counted out. Lawlervgrabs the mic.
Lawler, “Idol, I’m not satisfied with this! Let’s get it on in Dallas!l
Idol appears to agree. We have another match for ‘Spring Stampede’.
