The third episode kicks off from The Showboat Sports Pavilion in Las Vegas, Nevada, with the AWA banner superimposed over a shot of the Showboat. We join announcers Nick Bockwinkel & Lee Marshall at the announcer's desk for anther exciting hour of AWA Championship Wrestling. interviewer 'Mean' Gene Okerlund. The announcers remind the fans the first two AWA events will be held in Milwaukee, WI @ MECCA Arena Saturday, February 11 and in Green Bay, WI @ Resch Center Sunday, The Saturay show features the crowning the inaugural AWA World Tag Team Champions and AWA Women's World's Champion. February 12. The Sunday event features the crowing of the AWA World's Heavyweight and AWA World's Junior Heavyweight Champioons.

We go immediately to 'Mean Gene' Okerlund for a speial interview with the just signed Ultimate Warrior. The Warriors says he is bringing the warrior nation to the AWA. With their support, the Warrior is going to be the AWA World's Heavyweight Champion. (He runs out towards the ring.)

We go to Marshall who says featured in action today are Susan Sexton, Joe Malenko, Vader w/manager Harley Race, .Hulk Hogan & Woman's trio of Tully Blanchard, Ted Dibiase & Mike Rotondo

We go to the ring for the first match of today. All TV matches are 1-10 time limit. Ring announcer is Mike McGuirk.

1. Ladies Single Match. Susan Sexton pinned Malia Hosaka with a backslide.

Okerlund interview with manager Harley Race with Vader. Race says the debut of the Ultimate Warrior means nothing to them. Vader will destroy all the competition on his way to the AWA World's Heavyweight Belt.

2. Single Match. Joe Malenko submitted Derrick Dukes to the Texas Cloverleaf. (7:56).

Okerlund interview with Woman & her stable. The sexiest woman manager in wrestling says that Dibiase & Rotoundo will be the AWA World Tag Team Champions just as Tully Blachard will stun the world by winning the AWA World's Heavyweight Belt.

3. Single Match. Vader w/mgr. Harley Race rolled over Bobby Walker with Vader Bomb. (2:48).

Okerlund interview with Eddie Guerrero who still believes he is the one who will be the AWA World's Junior Heavyweight Champion on Sunday.

4. Single Match. Hulk Hogan pinned John Paul following the leg drop. (8:03).

Okerlund interview with 'Mr. Wonderful' Paul Orndorff on going after the AWA World's Heavyweight Belt Sunday. Orndorff doesn't care whether it was Hogan or Piper or Vader, Orndorff is going to be the champion.

5. Six Man Tag Team Match. Tully Blanchard, Ted Dibiase & Mike Rotonda w/Woman beats Al Perez, Terry Taylor & Mike Rapade. Dibiase sleepered Rapada. (8:42).

Okerlund interview with Hulk Hogan who vows Sunday night to win the title that eluded him early in his career -- the AWA World's Heavyweight Belt. It makes no difference where it is Ultimate Warrior, Vader, Orndorff, Piper or whoever. The Hulkster is not going to be denied.

5. Tag Team Elimination Match 2#. Ted Dibiase & Mike Rotoundo w/mgr. Woman beat Tito Santana & Ric Martel.
4.Tag Team Elimination Match.1# Smokin Guns (Bart & Billy Gunn) beat the Pit Bulls (Gary Wolfe & Anthony Durante) when Bart Gunn covered Wolfe for the 1-2-3.
3. Women's Finals Match. Sue Sexton defeated Magnificent Mimi with an inside cradle for the belt.
2. Elimination Match. 2# Magnificent Mimi won by dq. over Miss Linda
1. Elimination Match. 1# Sue Sexton rolled up Takako Inoue

Heavyweight Tourney
Final Match. Hulk Hogan beats Paul Orndorff with a leg drop for the belt. Orndorff was all over Hogan & wanted to end the match quickly. The Hulkster came back with punches & kicks to soften up Mr. Wonderful to get the big 1-2-3.
Semi-Final Match 2#. Paul Orndorff beats Roddy Piper with the piledriver in a battle of ex-partner turned rivals. Out of now where, Woman appeared. She was enough to distract Piper who had Orndorff in the sleeper but released it to have words with her.
Semi-Final Match 1#. Hulk Hogan advanced on referee's decision over the Ultimate Warrior. Ultimate Warrior. was joined ringside by Race. Warrior didn't want him there. A fight broke out with Vander getting involved & injuring the Warrior's shoulder. He could not compete.
Elimination Match. 4#. Hulk Hogan beat Vader w/Harley Race by count out. Brutal match with Vander jumping Hogan coming into the ring. In the end, Vader collided with Harley who was standing on the ring apron. Vader fell between the ropes on top of Race. Vader was more concerned with Race than beating the 10-count.
Elimination Match. 3# Ultimate Warrior won with a clothesline over Tully Blanchard w/Woman. Nothing Tully did fazed the Warrior in what was a short match.
Elimination Match. 2# Paul Orndorff defeated Ric Martel with the piledriver after escaping several near pins by Martel.
Elimination Match. 1 # Roddy Piper came back to beat the younger Dustin Rhodes with the sleeper.

Jr Heavyweight Tourney
Finals M. Eddie Gurrero beats Tatsumi Fujinami for the belt with a reverse rollup into a bridge.
Elimination Match. 2# Eddie Guerrero defeated Joe Malenko with a frog splash in a scientific match.
Elimination Match. 1 # Tatsumi Fujinami beat Adrian Steet w/Miss Linda with the Dragon Suplex. (Takano Inoue came ringside to chase Linda back to the dressing room after she interfered several times for Street).
