Funny thing is I spent the weekend watching 1993 ECW for the first time in yeeeears and while it was just as goofy, it was like a totally different kind of goofy than what was going on Global.

Both good on their own ways. But boy were both weird…

To me, Global got progressively sillier, and more unwatchable as time went on. It started out with a bunch of guys who I had never seen, but were pretty good, and then the good ones left, and you had Mike Davis and the moon rock, Crybaby Buxton and his mother, Sebastian a poor man’s Jamison, etc. At some point I gave up.
