On "Wrestling from Europe" this week:
The Rockers arrive from across the Pond!
"Doc" Dean gets a rematch with Jim Breaks after their draw last week.
In our featured main event, grapple-fans will see Robbie Brookside clashing with Dave Taylor.
1- The Rockers (S. Michaels and M. Jannetty) defeated "Ironfist" Clive Myers and Johnny Kidd when S. Michaels came off the second rope with a flying elbow drop across the chest of Myers.

At ringside, the American duo The Rockers aren't shy about calling themselves the single greatest tag team in the world today. That means the US, Europe or even the USSR if that Russian tandem of Salman Hashimikov and Victor Zangiev want to see what American pro wrestling is all about.
Shawn Michaels tells Lord Blears that although the women of the United Kingdom and Europe have been going crazy for the Rockers, him and Marty have standards and none of the women here tonight in Bolton come even close! Maybe they'll have better luck with their tag team opponents.
2- "Doc" Dean wrestled Jim Breaks to a count-out victory when Breaks fled the ring after Dean set up for that tombstone piledriver finisher.
Dean was frustrated after the match as he said he needed a clear-cut victory over Breaks to be named #1 contender to Johnny Saint's Eurosport Light Heavyweight Championship at the Albert Hall! Dean begged promoter Brian Crabtree to give him one more match with Breaks next week - this time using All-In Rules where he couldn't be saved by a draw or count-out.
Brian Crabtree made his way out and acknowledged that while the request for an All-In Rules match on telly was quite unusual, he will take it under advisement for next week!

Clips from Davey Boy Smith's "British Bulldog UK Homecoming Tour" were shown next on "Wrestling from Europe", including news footage of thousands lining up for autographs outside Selfridge's in London.
There also brief clips of The British Bulldog appearing as a guest for an interview with fill-in presenter Jeremy Vine on Radio 4's Today program. On the Today program, it was announced that Smith will be the guest of "Scotland's own" 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper for a Piper's Pit segment at the Albert Hall on February 15.
3- Mark "Rollerball" Rocco pinned Scrubber Daly with the Rollerball splash in a match where Rocco overcame a huge size disadvantage to score a TV victory. Rocco was then formally announced as the challenge to David Finlay's European Heavyweight Championship at the Albert Hall.

Eurosport Light Heavyweight Championship

The Rockers vs. Tiger Mask and Kenta Kobashi

A filmed promo featuring European Heavyweight Champion David "Fit" Finlay and his 'Band of Rogues' David Taylor and Normal Smiley saw Finlay promise he'd teach Mark "Rollerball" Rocco a lesson he should have learned a long time ago at the Albert Hall.
Finlay talks about how their fathers spent many a night wrestling each other all across this continent, so it's time to end this family feud. Well, there's no chance in hell the Finlays will ever lose a family feud to "English swine". Smiley and Taylor look surprised, but Finlay shrugs and says "present company excluded".
4-Robbie Brookside defeated Dave Taylor by disqualification when the other Band of Rogues members hit the ring to jump on Brookside. Taylor and Smiley had Brookside ready for the spike spike piledriver when Rocco ran in with a wooden baton to clear the ring.
Rocco said he's sick and tired of the Band of Rogues interfering in each other's matches - he wants all three of them in the ring next week against himself, Brookside and a very special partner on their final stop on the road to The Albert Hall.
Also next week, an All-In Rules match between "Doc" Dean and Jim Breaks!
