Monsoon, “Welcome to ‘Monday Night Wrestling’! Jess, there is so much going on in the GWA right now.”
Ventura, “I can’t wait to see who Bobby Heenan is bringing in.”
Monsoon, “That piece of human garbage, I’ll believe it when I see it. Our feature match is a rematch from ‘Christmas Chaos’, Billy Jack Haynes meets the Angel of Death, let’s go to Howard Finkel and get things started!”
Match #1
Brian Adias vs. Robbie Ellis
Adias is a very skilled wrestler from Arlington, TX. Ellis is the wrestling art dealer. The action is fast paced and very even. Adias gets the edge, and Ellis begins to use his underhanded tactics. Brian survives and uses the side Russian legsweep for the win.
Winner- Brian Adias
Match #2
Iceman King Parsons vs. Keith Larsen
The popular Parsons starts fast. Larsen is very game. He fights back, and Parsons picks up the pace. He hits the butt bump for the win.
Winner- Iceman King Parsons
We see highlights of Wahoo McDaniel. A voiceover tells us Wahoo will be here in two weeks.
Match #3
Larry Zbyszko vs. George South
“The Living Legend” takes on a tough trial horse. South starts fast, and Zbyszko is stunned. He rolls out of the ring. He argues with the ringsiders. He returns and goes after South. Larry is very good, and he shows it. He hits a neckbreaker for the win.
Winner- Larry Zbyszko
Match #4
S.D. Jones vs. Black Bart
Two veterans go at it. Jones starts fast, and Bart fights back. We have a brawl very early on. S.D. uses his quickness to take control. Bart fires back with rights and lefts. Bart uses the Texas trash compactor for the win.
Winner- Black Bart
“Mean” Gene Okerlund is with Hulk Hogan.
Okerlund, “With me is the Global Champion Hulk Hogan. Hulk Hogan, you have held the title for a couple of weeks now, and the challengers keep coming!”
Hogan, “Well, you know something Mean Gene! Everyone wants a shot at this title, and I don’t care who is on the other side of the ring. With the millions of ‘Hulkamaniacs” behind me and the training, the prayers and vitamins, I can’t lose!”
Okerlund. “It gets tougher next week, on this very program, you put the title on the line against the mysterious Missing Link! He is dangerous and unpredictable.”
Hogan, “he sure is, but I’m ready for him! What’s he gonna’ do when Hulkamania comes running over him!?”
Okerlund, “Hulk Hogan vs. the Missing Link, next week!”

Kerry and Lance Von Erich vs. The Davidson Brothers
The popular Texans meet the tough bikers from California. Lance starts with Rick. Von Erich gives up size, but he uses his quickness to control the action. Rick is able to trap Lance in the corner. Both Davidsons dish out punishment. They tag in and out. The crowd gets behind Lance. He escapes and tags in Kerry. The former World Champion cleans house. He control the action, and hits the discus punch to pin John.
Winners- Kerry and Lance Von Erich

Non-Title Match
Jerry “The King” Lawler (North American Champion) vs. Gary Royal
The King has become very popular in the Northeast. Royal is tough, but can he handle Lawler. The match turns into a brawl. That is right down the King’s ally. They slug it out until Lawler hits the piledriver for the win.
Winner- Jerry Lawler
We see the Piper’s Pit set. Roddy Piper walks out.
Piper, “Hello everyone! Tonight I have someone I Really want to talk to. Old Boobs says he has a new wrestler, who is it? Let’s see who it is.”
Out walks Bobby Heenan.
Piper, “Ahh, you forgot something Boobs.”
Heenan, “Shut up Piper, I’m running this show. I do have a new man and he’s backstage.”
Piper, “OK, OK, let’s see this guy.”
Heenan, “Alright, all you humanoids, prepare to be stunned, my new man…Bam Bam Bigelow!”
Bigelow comes out and shakes hands with Heenan.
Heenan, “What do you think now Piper?”
Piper, “Boobs, you impressed me. This guy is good.”
Heenan, “I’m putting all the GWA, especially that big goof Hogan, Bam Bam is here, and we are talking what we want!”
Piper, “Bam Bam Bigelow is going to be a force in the GWA.”
Match #7
Billy Jack Haynes vs. The Angel of Death
This is a rematch from Christmas. Billy Jack got the nod at the Garden, but tonight could be different. The match begins with a series of power moves. Both men are tremendously strong, and they show it. Things begin to go Haynes’ way, so the Angel drives a knee to his midsection. This slows Billy. Haynes begins to fight back, and the brawl continues. Finally, Billy Jack clamps on the full Nelson. The AoD fights, but he must submit. Billy Jack Haynes is ready for anyone.
Winner- Billy Jack Haynes

Monsoon, “Jess, what a night! ‘The Brain’ has Bam Bam Bigelow!”
Ventura, “That’s why he’s ‘The Brain’.”
Monsoon, “Let’s talk about next week. Hulk Hogan puts the Global Title on the line against the Missing Link. What is the Link going to do with a title belt?”
Ventura, “Maybe he’ll eat it! Anyway, Hogan is in trouble.”
Monsoon, “I don’t think the Hulkster is worried, but we'll see.”
