Jack Reynolds: Welcome everyone to Pro Wrestling USA brought to you by Pro Wrestling America. It is the first show of many and we are here to showcase the very best in action for the Middle American fans. If you missed it, Monday night, January 2nd, we crowned new PWA American tag team champions in The Nasty Boys. Today, we are going to hear from the new champions. We are also going to crown a new Iron Horse television champion in a 4-man tournament. We are going to see the only man personally trained by the great Lou Thesz, Mark Fleming, take on “Starfire” Derrick Dukes and Canadian Doby Gillies taking my broadcast partner Bruno Sammartino’s son David. Bruno?
BS: Doggone it, this is going to be a great show. My son David has been getting ready for weeks in preparation to become the first Iron Horse television champion and he is ready.
JR: We are also going to see “Diamond” Timothy Flowers & his partner Kerry Brown, take on a very powerful and veteran team of Spike Huber & Frankie Lancaster. Plus, the new American tag team champions will speak. Let’s get to the ring for the first match of the Iron Horse Television title tournament.

Single Match (Iron Horse Television Championship Tournament): David Sammartino def. Doby Gillis via bearhug Submission

~~Sammartino is in the ring after his match~~
DS: Doby Gillis…you gave me a good fight. A real good fight and I will be happy to be in the ring with you again sometime but right now my focus is on my next match. I am either going to fight a friend in Derrick Dukes, or face off against a man trained by a legend in Lou Thesz. I hope it is you Mark Fleming. I hope we get to pit the training of two of the greatest wrestlers ever in head to head action. The training of Lou Thesz Vs the training of Bruno Sammartino. In the end though, it doesn’t matter who wins. All that matters is I am the Iron Horse TV champion for the great fans of the PWA.

Charlie Platt: Welcome folks. Tonight there is a huge show in Bloomington at the National Guard Armory. You are going to see Hillbilly Jim taking on the hated Col. DeBeers. You are going to see Top Guns, Ricky Rice & John Paul in action and you are going to see the American tag team titles being defended when champions The Nasty Boys take on this team, The Rock N Roll RPM’s. Gentlemen?
Mike Davis: This is rich. Me and Tommy being called “gentlemen”. Here is the facts, Jack. The RPM’s are here for tag team gold. In the tournament, Steve Cox & Jerry O cheated to take the win from us. They pulled hair and held the tights.
CP: I don’t think that is what happened at all.
MD: I don’t care what you think. If I say that is what happened, that is what happened. So later that night, these punks, these Nasty Boys win the American tag team titles. Ok..this is the only time Punk will ever do something Rock N Roll didn’t do first. But that will be something rectified tonight in Bloomington. Remember something Nasty punks…Rock N Roll was dirty WAY before Punk was even a thing. Tonight you are going to see why the RPM’s are the standards in tag team wrestling.
CP: There you have it folks. We will be right back.

JR: We are back and don’t forget that super card in Bloomington tonight. Right now we have David Sammartino in the finals and main event and he will be taking on either Mark Fleming or Derrick Dukes for the Iron Horse TV title. Do you have a preference, Bruno?
BS: I don’t because I think my son can beat either. No offense to Derrick Dukes but I think Mark Fleming will be the harder challenge. I know his mentor Lou Thesz. I know him very well and he is tremendous. If Fleming has half the skill of Lou, he will be tough to beat.
~~ Mark Fleming comes down to the ring and stops in front of Bruno, sneering before getting in the ring for the match.
BS: I don’t know what his problem is but he better pay attention in the ring.
JR: Let’s get the match started.

Single Match (Iron Horse Television Championship Tournament): Mark Fleming def. Derrick Dukes via Thesz Press

~~ Fleming in the ring after his match~~
MF: This is a message to you, Bruno, and your punk son David. He went and told everyone it was going to be the training of Lou Thesz Vs the training of Bruno Sammartino. Here is the thing. You can’t hold a candle to the great Lou Thesz. You could never beat him. You could never -be- him. When I beat your boy in the center of the ring and take the title later today, I want you to look at it as your failure, old man.
BS: Are you talking to me, punk? If so, you better worry about my son kicking your tail, Doggone it. He will be coming in the main event and he will be kicking your tail.
JR: Folks, to calm everyone down, let’s head to Charlie Platt at the event center.
BS: I am sorry but that was so uncalled for and disrespectful. My apologies to the great fans of Minnesota watching right now.

CP: Earlier was spoke to the challengers for the American tag team match in Bloomington tonight at the Armory. We also announced appearances by Top Guns, Ricky & John Paul and this man Hillbilly Jim as he takes on Col. DeBeers. Hillbilly, welcome.
HJ: Thanks, Charlie Platt. Tonight I have this match against a man who hates America, hates the mid-states especially. Let me tell you something, that makes me so mad. The good people of the middle states work hard. They work hard on their farms and in their jobs to make America work and I will not stand by and have this man trash that. Tonight in Bloomington I am going to kick his booty all over the Armory.
CP: I have heard that an announcement regarding the American heavyweight title will be coming next week. Is that something you are interested in holding?
HJ: Of course it is, who wouldn’t be? It is the premier title in all of wrasslin’ right now. It is the most wanted belt. But, like I said, right now my focus is tonight in Bloomington and teaching that Col. DeBeers a lesson in manners.
CP: Fans, we will be right back after these commercials.

JR: We have our finals tonight. Mark Fleming will take on David Sammartino in the finals and main event to crown the very first Iron Horse television champion.
BS: I want to apologize again for my actions and words. My son is a grown man who can defend himself. He doesn’t need me but DOGGONE IT….when you target me through my son it makes my blood boil. Mark Fleming, I hope you are paying attention because when my son David gets his hands on you, it won’t be a pretty sight, that’s for sure.
JR: Right now it is tag team action. A team from Canada, “Diamond” Tim Flowers, a street fighter from Fire Island but has wrestled in Canada for the last 5 years, will team with Kerry Brown, nephew of the legendary “Bulldog” Bob Brown. They will take on a very tough and powerful team of Spike Huber and Frankie Lancaster. Both have been wrestling for a long time and look ready for that next level. Let’s go to the ring for the action.

Timothy Flowers & Kerry Brown def. Spike Huber & Frankie Lancaster via Brown holding the tights of Lancaster
/
/
~~After the match, Lancaster & Huber are not letting Flowers and Brown get away with their cheating. As the heel team are starting to head up the ramp, Huber speaks.~~
SH: HEY!!! GET BACK IN THE RING!!!! You don’t get to grab the tights of my partner and cheat your way to a win. Get back here. Get back in the ring and try it again….are or you scared?
~~Flowers & Brown stop in their tracks. They head back but stop outside of the ring with Flowers taking a mic~~
DTF: Scared? Of you two? We just beat you and I didn’t have to hold any tights to do it.
SH: No, your partner did. You can’t beat us fair and square.
DTF: We can and did. But if you two punks want another beating, tonight in Bloomington, we are free to give that to you.
SH: If that is where we need to go to get you back in the ring, see you in Bloomington.
~~ At the Interview Area in front of the Pro Wrestling America logo~~
CP: Fans, tonight will be a huge card but the main event will be even bigger. You heard about some of the matches and you heard from the one half of the main event in the RPM’s. But now you get to talk to the other half, the American tag team champions, Nasty Boys, Brian Knobbs & Jerry Saggs.
BK: That’s right. You get to talk to the champs and why are we champs? Because we beat the butts of every other tag team in that tournament. We beat’em all. Now me and Saggs here…we were celebrating kicking the tails of everyone and holding the gold and what do we hear?
JS: What did we hear?
BK: We hear two geeks talking about Rock N Roll. Thing is, Lane & Davis….Rock N Roll is dead. So are you two geeks tonight in Bloomington.
JS: It is going to be a one way trip to Nastyville tonight fellas. Bring your “A” game because we will. And remember, we ain’t going to wrestle. We are going to fight. You are faster, you are quicker. But we hit harder. RPM’s, you are going to get beaten and there is nothing none of you can do about it.
CP: There you have it. We will be right back after these commercial breaks.
.

**COMMERCIAL BREAK (Local commercials with ads for house show events interspersed including how to get tickets and be involved in PWA shows & wrestling school.) **

JR: The finals and the main event. Mark Fleming takes on David Sammartino in what will be a solid match for everyone. They have trained under two different greats, two legends of this sport. Tonight we will see which one is the better one as they face off for the Iron Horse television title. We already know your pick, Bruno, so let’s get the match going and head to the ring for the action.
/
/
MAIN EVENT (Finals for the Iron Horse Television Championship): Mark Fleming def. David Sammartino via count out after Sammartino is rammed headfirst into the ring post and becomes the new Iron Horse Television champion.
/
/
~~ Fleming is celebrating his win in the ring. David Sammartino, now a bloody mess, tries to get back in the ring. His father is telling him to stay out. Fleming picks up Sammartino and delivers a piledriver. Picking him up again, he points at Bruno but does not get a chance to do another one as Bruno hits the ring to try to protect his son. Fleming drops David and heads out of the other side of the ring, pointing to his head to show how smart he is before lifting the title over his head, heading to the back. Bruno checks on his son as we hear Jack say goodbye.
JR: Goodbye fans and remember to get to Bloomington for the action tonight and next week make sure you are here by 9:30 am to get a seat for more Pro Wrestling America.
