I’ve been watching a lot of early 90’s wrestling as we prepare for this new undertaking. When Axis had the cobra hold on the Patriot, I enjoyed the announcer listing the men who used the cobra and named the Masked Supetstar.

Global wasn’t always bad. After they lost a lot of talent, and went overboard with Mike Davis’s antics, it got ridiculous. For a good period of time it was pretty good.

I am on the second round of the TV title tournament, so...1991. It has it's appeal for sure. I do love Busick and his Bully Blaster.

They gave exposure to a lot of guys, Shawn Waltman, Jerry Lynn, Bagwell, Dell Wilkes, Billy Black, among others.

How long does this tournament for the TV title last? I am in July of 91 and every episode is half recap of this tournament. I want to get to the good stuff.

I looked it up. It was a 24 man tournament. I don’t know how long it lasted on TV.
