A couple things to think about before proceeding----

-How realistic it would it be for lets say ECWA out of Wilmington or another "real life" minnow 1993 promotion to draft someone like Hulk Hogan? Realistically, where would they get the money or even create a territory large enough to pay him? Would it be better to just let promoters create their own territories?

-WWF and WCW ran regular pay per views in 1993 and before that; again, I cannot imagine smaller promotions getting jnto this game in 1993 (ECW didn't have one until 1997 and Abrams UWF tried in 1992 but failed famously). Would WCW and WWF get "weak" enough to no longer hold pay per views? (This is my fault because of the scenario I presented to Commish!)

For instance, I have an idea for a smaller territory but would be ok with picking up the scraps after the draft to create a roster: I know Bret Hart, Lex Luger and the Steiners would never be able to eat from it.

To me, you leave it up to the promoters. We have a group of long time wrestling fans. I think each will make good decisions, if not, it’s fantasy wrestling with the emphasis on “Fantasy”.
