Okerlund, “Hello everyone, ‘Mean Gene’ here! I am in the GWA, and I’m ready to tear the lid of the best stories in wrestling!
We see Jim Ross and Jesse “The Body” Ventura.
Ross, “Jess, Gene Okerlund is in the GWA!”
Ventura, “So what, he’s a loud mouth! No one likes loud mouths!”
Ross, “O.K, that reminds me about a story about a pot and a kettle. Anyway, we have a big show tonight. Larry Zbyszko is in ‘Piper’s Pit’ and we hear he has an announcement to make. Also, our feature match is a non title tag team match. The Champions, the Midnight Express, will take on Ricky Santana and Skip Young. The Champions have been receiving strange messages, Jess what’s going on?”
Ventura, “Ross, I don’t know. Why don’t you put Okerlund on it?”
Ross, “He might get to the bottom of things. You don’t seem to be able to. Let’s get things started with Howard Finkle.”
Match #1
Tito Santana vs. Robbie Ellis
The veteran from Mexico takes on the wrestling art dealer. Ellis goes to the illegal tactics from the start. This sets Tito back. The crowd gets behind the poplar star and he rallies. Santana uses the flying forearm for the win.

Match #2
Eric Embry vs. Eric Spracchia
Embry is quickly becoming one of the more popular wrestlers in the GWA. Spracchia is an arrogant, but talented, wrestler. The action is fast paced. Both men have their chances. Spracchia goes to the underhanded tactics, but Eric is too much. He wins with a piledriver.

Match #3
Kelly Kiniski and Kevin Kelly vs. New Breed
The strange, and talented, New Breed take on the two big blonds. Kelly and Champion start the match. Kevin is very strong and he dishes out punishment. Champion fights back and we have a pier six brawl. Kiniski tags in and he goes to work. Royal enters for the New Breed. He takes the fight to Kiniski and hits a flying body press for the win. The New Breed continues to impress.
Winners-The New Breed
We see the “Piper’s Pit” set.
Roddy Piper walks out.
Piper, “RP here! Tonight, I have a special request from someone who wants to be on the ‘Pit”. He wants to make a ‘biiiiig’ announcement! Larry Zbyszko!”
Zbyszko comes out and he and Piper go eye to eye.
Piper, “Alright, alright, Zbyszko, what’s so important that you have to take up my time?”
Zbyszko, “Just keep your mouth shut Piper. This is for wrestlers, not has beens. After 13 glorious years in wrestling, I came to the GWA, and I’ve beaten everyone. It’s time for me to make some noise.”
Piper, “Talk, talk, talk, get to the point!”
Zbyszko, “Piper, just shut up! I’m here to issue a challenge. I challenge “Macho Man’ Randy Savage for the North American Championship. The people deserve a great wrestler as Champion, not a man who hides behind a woman's skirt.”
Piper, “I know Macho won’t back down from that challenge, I’d like to see it!”
Zbyszko, “Hopefully Elizabeth will let him out of the house, and he'll get in the ring with me. I will be the Champion!”
Piper, “Monsoon, get this match signed!”
Match #4
Richard Charland vs. Hacksaw Jim Duggan
Duggan continues to pursue Butch Reed and the TV Title. Tonight he meets the rugged veteran from Canada. Both men hammer away. There are very few wrestling moves. Charland stands toe to toe with Hacksaw, but Duggan is too much; he lands the spear for the win.

The Great Wojo vs. Dutch Mantell
The fans have taken to the rugged Mantell. Dutch starts fast, but Wojo is very skilled. The first few minutes are even. Wojo begins to get frustrated, and turns to the underhanded tactics. Mantell is ready and uses the cobra hold for the win.
Winner-Dutch Mantell
“Mean” Gene Okerlund is with the Million Dollar Man and Virgil.
Okerlund, “With me is the most controversial man in wrestling, the ‘Million Dollar Man’! Mr. DiBiase…”
Million Dollar Man, “That’s the ‘Million Dollar Man’ Okerlund! Peons like you need to show me respect!”
Okerlund, “Alright, Mr. Million Dollar Man, there are rumors floating around that you have been offering large sums of money so you can receive preferential treatment at arenas, you can be placed higher on the card, you have demanded a limousine to and from the airport, who do you think you are?”
Million Dollar Man, “I’m the Million Dollar Man, I told you that! You better be careful with the questions, or I’ll pay the USA Network to fire you! HAHAHAH!”
Okerlund, “The Million Dollar Man is in action when we return!”
Match #6
Million Dollar Man w/Virgil vs. David Sammartino
The Million Dollar Man grabs the mic.
MDM, “Listen Sammartino, Virgil has $100 right here! Why don’t you take it and go back to Italy, or wherever you came from before I hurt you!”
Virgil flashes a wad of cash. Sammartino attacks the MDM. He is stunned and rolls out of the ring. He regroups and returns to the ring. He may be the Million Dollar Man, but Ted DiBiase is a great wrestler. He goes to work, and Sammartino is in early trouble. David puts up a good fight, but DiBiase is too much. He clamps on the “Million Dollar Dream” and Sammartino is out. The MDM grabs the mic again.
MDM, “Sammartio, you look like you need the money, Virgil give it to him!”
Virgil stuffs a $100 bill in David’s mouth.
Winner- The Million Dollar Man
Match #7
Non-Title Match
The Midnight Express (Global Tag Team Champions) w/James E. Cornette vs. Skip Young and Ricky Santana
Cornette grabs the mic from Howard Finkle.
Cornette, “Here, let me do this before you hurt yourself. Let me introduce to you, the greatest tag team in the world, and the Global Tag Team Champions, Sweet Stan, and Beautiful Bobby, the Midnight Express!”
The Champions start fast. Bobby goes to work on Santana. Ricky is a very good wrestler, and he rallies. Cornette goes from overconfident to worried. The Express traps Santana in the corner and go to work. Ricky fights his way out and tags in Young. Skip starts fast, but the Champions are too much. They use the rocket launcher for the win.
Winners-The Midnight Express
Mean Gene comes ring.
Okerlund, “Alright Cornette, I came to the GWA to get to the bottom of the tough stories. I have it on good authority that you are receiving letters at every arena you wrestle in. What’s with all these messages, who’s sending them?”
Cornette, “Okerlund, if that is indeed your real name, I don’t care, Bobby and Stan don’t care. No one can rattle us, we are the Global Tag Team Champions, and the greatest tag team in the world!”
We hear,
“Listen everybody let me tell you 'bout the rock 'n' roll
Feel that rhythm and it's really gonna thrill your soul
She said come along with me, to a land of make believe”
Down the aisle come, Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson, the Rock and Roll Express! They climb into the ring.
Okerlund, “Oh My! The Rock and Roll Express! They are your biggest Rivals!”
The program ends with two of the greatest tag teams of all time in the ring together.
