Taped Friday, March 25th, 1988
Airing Friday, April 1st, 1988
Ox Baker: You're watching Wrestling on the Cape ... and I want to hurt someone!
With the end of the music, the camera zooms in on "The Professor", Percival Pringle who introduces his rather large and scary co-host, the indomitable Ox Baker. Scary is right as we get a close up of the evily smiling bushy eyed Baker who holds up a large menacing fist.
Never the less, Percy welcomes everyone to Wrestling on the Cape and the Cape's very own 30 minutes of mayhem and mirth. He talks about the show from the Hyannis Armory and The Cheetah Kid beating Jonathan Rotten Esquire ...
Speaking of which ... it's Jonathan Rotten!
Rotten comes out to loud booing and tells the fans to shut up. Rotten complains about the officiating and demands a rematch ... TODAY!
Percy sends it to a commercial break!

Back from the break, Percy and Ox talk about Rotten's challenge to The Cheetah Kid. It's been thrown out there, now to see if The Champ answers or not.
We've got our first match with the masked Super Bee taking on the Wrestling School Dropout. Pringle wants to know if Ox has any predictions on this one? Besides not have a killer instinct, the WSD doesn't know a wrist lock from a wrist watch, so he's putting all his money on the Super Bee
Match 1: Wrestling School Dropout versus the Super Bee. Referee Tom Fornini.
Not much answer from the WSD to whatever is thrown at him before the Bee takes the match with a running bulldog.
After being helped to his feet, the WSD tries wrestling referee Tom Fornini who just wraps him up before he comes back to his senses and is helped to the back.
Following the match, Tony Stetson and Johnny Hotbody stroll out to a chorus of boos. Both men run down the competition here in Cape Cod. They beg any team here to come and face them next week ... so they can make short work of them, too!
Percy sends it to a commercial.

Damien Kane, the Godfather of Wrestling is coming to Cape Cod ... and things will never be the same!
x-x-x-x-x END THE TAPE x-x-x-x-x
Ox talks about Kane, having seen him work. There is a guy who has the killer instinct. Percy says we'll find out soon enough as the Godfather of Wrestling comes to town ... but right now, Jonathan Rotten is in the ring waiting for The Cheetah Kid to answer his challenge ... and the fans don't have to wait long ... HERE COMES THE CHAMPION!
Match 2 - Title Match: The Cheetah Kid (C) versus Jonathan Rotten. Referee: Bill Alfonso.
The Kid slides into the ring and goes right after Rotten! Forearms knock the challenger back into the ropes. Irish whip and on the return, sends him flying with a huge back body drop. Back to his feet, Rotten charges forward again and over he goes with several arm drags before sliding to the safety of the outside ... NO! Cheetah Kid throws himself back against the ropes to throw himself forward ... DIVE TO THE OUTSIDE AND DOWN GOES BOTH MEN!
Cheetah is back in the ring and celebrating after climbing the corner while Rotten staggers around the ring. Pulling himself onto the apron, he ducks a forearm and throws one of his won. Using the ropes, he slingshots himself up and over ... SUNSET FLIP ... 1! 2! CHEETAH KID KICKS OUT!
Rotten with a side headlock, gets in several closed fists, drawing warnings from the referee and more booing from the fans. Using the champ's body to shield him, Rotten continues with the closed fists. While Cheetah struggles to break the hold, Rotten jaws with the fans. Adjusting his weight, Cheetah Kid lifts Rotten off his feet and falls backwards. Rolling over, Cheetah with the cover ... 1! 2! 3! NOOOO!!! ROTTEN KICKS OUT!
Cheetah Kid charges forward and climbs up Rottens body ... HEAD SCISSORS TAKEDOWN! Rotten shakes the cobwebs off as the Cheetah Kid tries the move a second time ... to the well once too often and Rotten sits down into a Power Bomb. The champ is down. 1! 2! CHEETAH KID KICKS OUT!
The frustrated Rotten grabs the referee and threatens him with bodily harm, claiming a slow count. Tossing him aside, Rotten puts the boots to the champ before pulling him to his feet. Shoving the Kid into the corner, Rotten sneakily reaches into his tights and pulls out something he wraps around his fist. The fans scream out about the infraction as the Cheetah Kid takes a nose dive into the canvas. Rotten flips him over and makes the cover ... 1! 2! 3!
He wants Bill Alfonso to raise his hand in the air before giving him the title belt but the referee sees the object still in hand and calls for the bell instead. Rotten goes berserk and throws referee Bill Alfonso to the outside and does the same to referee Tom Fornini when he rushes into the ring. With no one to stop him, he directs his attention back to the Cheetah Kid putting the boots to him once again.
The jeering turns to cheering ...
IT'S RAY ODYSSEY TO THE RESCUE!
Odyssey comes up swinging before dropping kicking Jonthan Rotten to the outside! Rotten looks ready to come back in and "get it on" as Ray invites him back in but waves him and thinks better of the idea, walking off to the back instead.
The fans cheer as Ray Odyssey helps the Cheetah Kid to his feet and raises his hand.
Percy Pringle and Ox Baker go over the matches. We'll see you right back here next week for more Wrestling on the Cape! For Ox Baker, I'm "The Professor" Percival Pringle ... Good night!
